Abstract

Abstract Regional head elections cannot be separated from the political dynamics that occur in the village. In various regions, the use of identity politics is rampant as campaign material. Therefore, Bawaslu is collaborating with religious leaders to make several movements against the politicization of religion and the issue of identity politics in the 2018 Pilkada campaign. Because the explanation of religious leaders will be very important to cool the warm atmosphere of the 2018 Pilkada campaign. The same is the case with the regional head elections in Betung Village. namely by prioritizing a religious figure as someone who can provide a broad understanding of the 2018 Banyuasin Pilkada. This research was conducted using qualitative data types. The data source is done by using primary data obtained from field studies and secondary data obtained from literature studies which are then processed and analyzed qualitatively in order to obtain conclusions. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that religious leaders have a very important role in regional head elections in Betung Village. Abstract

this study aims, firstly to determine the interaction of ulama with the government and political figures and second to determine the form of ulama involvement in winning the Regional Legislative Council Candidates for Electoral District VI in Sukacinta Village, Sungai Rotan District, Muara Enim Regency. This research uses a qualitative method where the results of observations and some data related to the research are collected in order to interpret the study as detailed as possible, so that the results of the research are clear that the relationship between ulama and politics is not always caused by economic motives, dependence, or so on. More than that, both of them also stand as two entities that can form contributive and solution partners in practicing the humanist values ​​of Pancasila. Especially the implementation of the fifth principle, namely social justice for all Indonesian people. Therefore, it would not be wiser if scholars and politics were only seen tendentiously and excluded their potentialities which could significantly change the benefit of the people. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis paper examines Traditional Leadership in the Simbur Cahaya Law (Case Study: Pajar Bulan Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency). The background of the research problem because leadership is an essential thing which actually needs to be studied in various fields of knowledge. This study seeks to portray the history and forms of traditional leadership that have been applied in Pajar Bulan Village and the relevance of the Simbur Cahaya Law with current leadership. This type of research uses a qualitative research type with various procedures and stages that produce descriptive data. The data sources obtained are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The conceptual and theoretical framework that the writer uses, namely the concept of leadership and the theory of authority put forward by Max Weber. The results showed that the leadership that had been applied in Pajar Bulan Village before the current leadership was traditional leadership that was based on the Simbur Cahaya Law. The traditional leadership that has been applied in Pajar Bulan Village is known as krio leadership. In which the selection of a krio was held by means of deliberation and consensus held by community leaders in Pajar Bulan Village. Furthermore, after the election of a krio, it was immediately announced to all levels of society in Pajar Bulan Village and the community immediately agreed to it. In this regard, the traditional leadership system has no influence in the current government leadership in Pajar Bulan Village. Furthermore, the rules of the Simbur Cahaya Law that are still used and have become a tradition in Pajar Bulan Village are some of the rules contained in Chapter 1 (one) of the Simbur Cahaya Law which regulates single, girl and marriage. As for the Simbur Cahaya Law, it is not a legislative product as its name suggests. Which, if viewed in terms of the relevance of the Simbur Cahaya Law to the current leadership of the village head, is the local customary law (pearaturan) that has become a tradition or in other words the customary law regulations from the Simbur Cahaya Law are used as guidelines and pointers. Abstract

Artikel ini berjudul POLITIK LOKAL DAN PATRONASE (Studi Kasus Keterlibatan Tuan Guru Kiai dalam Pemilihan Umum Serentak Tahun 2019 di Desa Aremantai Kecamatan Semende Darat Ulu Kabupaten Muara Enim). Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bahwa sejatinya eksistensi politik lokal yang membentuk patronase tidak selamanya menghambat laju perkembangan demokrasi modern. Kemudian peneltian ini juga membantah tuduhan terhadap lokalitas yang diklaim sebagai otoritas tradisional yang menghambat laju perkembangan demokrasi modern. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif studi kasus. Peneliti langsung terjuan ke lapangan dengan melakkan metode observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa eksistensi kearifan lokal tidak sekedar menjadi aktivitas cipta karya manusia saja, melainkan juga menjadi sistem sosial yang solutif dalam menggandeng demokrasi pancasila yang berkeadilan. Lebih dari itu, kearifan lokal juga dimaknai sebagai buah mufakat yang mengkonstruk tatanan sistem nilai dan memeberikan bobot politis yang potensial. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal ini menjadi alternatif untuk mengatasi problematika sosial yang bersifat normatif atau bahkan malampaui dari pada itu (konstitusional).

Abstract

Media convergence is a concrete step carried out by various mass media in the world as a result of technological transformation and internetization. The presence of the internet encourages the mass media to apply the concept of media convergence such as online media, e-papers, e-books, streaming radio and social media combined with other media. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the strategy used by the Sumsel Tribune in the era of media convergence, as well as the challenges faced and innovations made by the Sumsel Tribune in dealing with media convergence. The type of research used in this research is qualitative using the SWOT theory and media convergence theory. The research results reveal (1), the Sumsel Tribune is in the quadrant I position, is getting stronger and has a lot of potential opportunities by implementing an aggressive work strategy, (2) the media convergence system uses the concept of convergence dimensions according to Rich Gordon. Kehadiran internet mendorong media massa menerapkan konsep konvergensi media seperti media online, e-paper, e-books, radio streaming dan media sosial yang digabungkan dengan media lainnya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan strategi yang digunakan Tribun Sumsel di era konvergensi media, serta tantangan yang dihadapi, dan inovasi yang dilakukan Tribun Sumsel dalam menghadapi konvergensi media. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori SWOT dan teori konvergensi media. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan (1), Tribun Sumsel berada pada posisi kuadran I, semakin kuat dan memiliki posibilitas peluang yang banyak dengan menerapkan strategi kerja agresif, (2) sistem konvergensi media menggunakan konsep dimensi konvergensi menurut Rich Gordon. Abstract

The development of Islamic political thought has been going on for 15 centuries and Islam is a distinctive and independent cultural unit. Political Thought examines the exercise of power, who deserves to exercise it and how much power they can have. Political Thought tries to explain the concept of Justice that is carried out in human relations, especially in the system of government between the ruling and the ruled, including the thoughts of Islamic leaders who have their own views regarding the Islamic government system. The purpose of this study was to determine the Islamic government system according to Muhammad Rasyid Rida and Ali Abdurraziq. This research is a library research. Data collection was obtained from library materials such as scientific books, journal articles, encyclopedias and other written sources, both printed and electronic. To analyze this research, in analyzing the data, the writer uses descriptive technique. Based on the results of the research data, it can be concluded as follows. That they are reformers who are in the contemporary period such as Rasyid Rida, an Islamic political thinker as well as a politician of the Muslim Brotherhood who defends a type of government characterized by popular sovereignty, namely a government formed by representatives and deliberation through ahlul halli wa al aqdi because Rasyid Ridha has a view regarding the Islamic government system. where the Caliphate is needed which of course its function is to fulfill worldly interests and regulate the religious affairs of the Muslims. Meanwhile, the thought of Ali Abdurraziq who is also an Islamic political thinker who once worked as a judge of the Syar'iyah Court is that the caliphate is an outmoded Islamic political institution and only causes disasters for Muslims. The Islamic political institution only existed at the time of the Prophet in its perfect form.

Abstract

This research is about the local oligarchy in the 2015 election of Ogan Ilir. The purpose of this study is to find out how the local political oligarchy occurred in the Ogan Ilir election. And what factors caused the local political oligarchy. This study uses Jeffrey A. Winter's theory, Oligarchy typology, political resources, and Vedi R. Hadiz's theory, Oligarchy operationalization patterns at the local level. This research method uses qualitative research with a political sociology approach. Then the data sources are parties who are able to read from the local level oligarchic movements from academics, socio-political observers, mass organizations engaged in socio-political and also data from related agencies such as election organizers, data collected through the observation process. , in-depth interviews and documentation, data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the 2015 Ogan Ilir Pilkada became Oligarchy when the candidate pairs for the Ogan Ilir Pilkada appeared to have political advantages that were exclusively individual and also came from among the local political elite families. official position, formal political rights, intervention power, mobilization power, and material power.

Abstract

Political Literacy Level is the level of a person's ability to process and understand information while doing the process of reading, writing, and understanding something. In the past, literacy was defined as the ability to read and write. Currently, the term Literacy has begun to be used in more meanings. This study aims to analyze how far the level of political literacy of Islamic politics study program students to the Omnibus Law policy. The sample used in this study were students of the 2017-2020 Islamic Politics study program who are still active at the Faculty of Adab and Humanities. The variable sought in this study is the level of student political literacy on the Omnibus Law policy.The sampling technique used is proportional sampling with predetermined criteria. A sample of 68 students was obtained from 4 batches of the Islamic Politics study program at the Faculty of Adab and Humanities. The data collection technique used is using questionnaires distributed in 4 different batches.The results showed that the level of political literacy of the students of the Islamic Politics Study Program towards the Omnibus Law policy was relatively high, this was evident from the results of the questionnaires that were randomly distributed in 4 different classes showing a high understanding. Abstract

ABSTRACT The General Election of Regional Head and Deputy Regional Head of Ogan Ilir Regency 2020-2025 has been held on December 9, 2020 which is a form of democracy where all people in Ogan Ilir Regency have the right to choose their own leader directly. In the 2020 post-conflict local election, 2 candidates for regent and deputy regent were participated, where the 2 candidates were Panca Wijaya Akbar Mawardi-Ardani and Ilyas Panji Alam-Endang PU Ishak. Of the two pairs of candidates during the campaign period, they traveled from village to village to convey their vision, mission and superior work program to the people of Ogan Ilir Regency, including Indralaya Raya Village. This research is interesting because the post-conflict local election which was held in 2020 brought together newcomers, namely the younger brother of Ovi, the Ilyas couple, in the last election and the incumbent will be the hottest arena for political contestation in South Sumatra and the focus of this research is the Muslim community. This study aims to determine the political perception of the Muslim community towards the campaign material for the candidate pair for regent and deputy regent Ogan Ilir in the 2020 post-conflict local election and the factors that influence this political perception. This type of research is quantitative research which is expressed by numbers. The method used is a questionnaire/questionnaire method, interviews and literature as supporting data in this study. The technique of taking respondents in this research is purposive sampling with a total of 286 respondents according to the research criteria. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study are the emergence of political perceptions of the Muslim community in Indralaya Raya Village towards the campaign material for the candidate pair for the regent of Ogan Ilir in the 2020 post-conflict local election, considering that the post-conflict local election is 100% important, the public also knows who the candidate for regent is 97.7%. In terms of the campaign issues carried out by the two pairs of candidates, the average Muslim community in Indralaya Raya Sub-district had participated in 90.7%, the Indralaya Raya village community itself listened more to the campaign material for the regent candidate only through explanations from the family of 60.5%. They also have their own opinion about who is the most attractive during their campaign period 62.8% and the most convincing them to vote for them is 60.5%. Respondents chose serial number 1 Panca-Ardani because from their explanation there were several factors that influenced them to choose serial number 1, namely: internal factors exist within each individual such as a person's ability to accept and process influences from outside and external factors from external characteristics such as the characteristics of the objects involved, such as size, color, uniqueness and the movement of other objects. What is meant by objects here are banners, billboards and posters. Public perception arises because of the influence factor from within the voters themselves as well as external factors. The perception of the Muslim community in Indralaya Raya Village only focuses on the campaign materials brought by the candidates for regional heads and the factors that influence people's perceptions of choosing their regional head candidates. Keywords: Campaign Material, Muslim Community, Ogan Ilir, Regional Head Election, Political Perception ABSTRAK Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah Kabupatan Ogan Ilir 2020-2025 ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 Desember 2020 yang merupakan wujud demokrasi dimana semua masyarakat di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir memiliki hak untuk memilih sendiri pemimpinnya secara langsung. Dalam pemilukada tahun 2020 lalu diikuti oleh 2 calon bupati dan wakil bupati, dimana 2 calon tersebut adalah Panca Wijaya Akbar Mawardi-Ardani dan Ilyas Panji Alam-Endang PU Ishak. Dari kedua pasangan calon tersbeut selama masa kampanye diadakan mereka berkeliling dari desa ke desa untuk menyampaikan visi misi serta program kerja unggulannya kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Ogan Ilir tak terkecuali di Kelurahan Indralaya Raya. Penelitian ini menjadi menarik karena pemilukada yang telah dilaksanakan pada tahun 2020 mempertemukan antara pendatang baru yakni adik dari Ovi pasangan Ilyas dipemilukada periode lalu dan incumbent ini akan menjadi ajang kontestasi politik di Sumatera Selatan yang terpanas dan yang menjadi focus penelitian ini adalah masyarakat muslim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi politik masyarakat muslim terhadap materi kampanye pasangan calon bupati dan wakil bupati Ogan Ilir pada pemilukada tahun 2020 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dari persepsi politik tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang dinyatakan dengan angka-angka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode angket/kuesioner, wawancara dan literature sebagai data pendukung dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan responden dalam penelitian ini yakni purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 286 responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah timbulnya persepsi politik masyarakat muslim di Kelurahan Indralaya Raya terhadap materi kampanye pasangan calon bupati Ogan Ilir pada pemilukada tahun 2020, menganggap pemilukada itu penting 100%, masyarakat juga mengetahui siapa saja calon bupatinya 97.7%. Untuk masalah kampanye yang dilakukan oleh kedua paslon rata-rata masyarakat muslim di Kelurahan Indralaya Raya pernah mengikutinya 90.7%, masyarakat kelurahan Indralaya Raya sendiri lebih banyak mendengarkan materi kampanye calon bupatinya hanya lewat penjelasan dari keluarga 60.5%. Mereka juga memiliki pendapat masing-masing tentang siapa yang paling menarik dalam masa kampanye mereka 62.8% dan paling meyakinkan mereka untuk mereka pilih 60.5%. Responden memilih pasangan no urut 1 Panca-Ardani karena dari penjelesan mereka ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi mereka untuk memilih no urut 1, yakni : faktor internal terdapat dalam diri setiap individu seperti daya pilih seseorang untuk menerima dan mengolah pengaruh dari luar dan eksternal itu faktor dari luar seperti karakteristik dari objek yang terlibat misalnya ukurun, warna, keunikan serta gerakan objek lainnya. Yang dimaksud objek disini adalah banner, baliho dan poster. Persepsi masyarakat timbul karena adanya faktor pengaruh dari dalam diri pemilih itu sendiri serta faktor dari luar. Persepsi masyarakat muslim di Kelurahan Indralaya Raya hanya terfokus pada materi kampanye yang dibawakan para calon kepala daerah serta faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat memilih calon kepala daerahnya. Abstract

Isu agama merupakan hal yang paling sering kita dengar pada tahun 2019 lalu tepatnya pada momentum pemilihan umum serentak dan isu agama dijadikan sebagai bahan serangan untuk menjatuhkan lawan politik, baik personaliti calon maupun partai sekalipun yang mana semuanya tak luput dari serangan isu agama yang sering di munculkan pada tahun 2019 lalu yang menurut peneliti ini menjadi bahan yang menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. Mengetahui Pengaruh isu agama terhadap pilihan partai. 2. Untuk mengetahui dampak pengaruh isu agama partai nasionalis.3. Untuk mengetahui kapan dan imana saja biasanya isu agama dimunculkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui Observasi, wawancara Dan dokumentasi Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa isu agama tidak terlalu berpengaruh pada masyarakat yang akaan memilih ini dikarenakan sudah banyak para calon lagiilatif dan partai yang menjual agama namun masih ingkar janji dan melanggarar sumpah, disisi lain alasan politisasi uang menjadi alas an mengapa para masyrakat menentukan pilihan tidak berdasarkan agama melaikan berdasarkan siapa yang memebri uang. Untuk kapan dan di mana isu agama biasa dimunculkan biasanya muncul saat mendekati tahun pemilu seperti tahun 2019 lalu dan isu agama sendiri mulai muncul saat pemilihan gubernur DKI yaitu saat peristiwa pak Ahok yang terkait kasus penistaan agama. Isu agama biasanya disebarkan di media sosial dan ada juga beberapa yang dimunculkan di rumah-rumah ibadah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi bahan informasi dan masukan bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, pemerintah daerah, dan semua pihak yang membutuhkan di lingkungan Prodi Politik Islam Fakultas adab dan humaniora UIN RF Palembang dan pihak pemerintah sumatera Selatan Indonesia.
