Abstract

Background: Changes in the pattern of life in society and the number of content of certain food elements in the body lead to degenerative diseases, such as hypertension. In West Java Province, Tasikmalaya City has the potential to experience an increase in the incidence of hypertension, reaching 192 per 1000 household members 19.2%, with hypertension sufferers reached 160 cases. Purpose : Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge of hypertension sufferers and the behavior of undergoing a hypertensive diet. The Method: Using a descriptive-analytic method with a cross-sectional approach, the population and sample in this study were 160 people with hypertension and 114 people using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis used was Univariate and Bivariate analysis. The validity test was carried out on 20 people. The Result: The lack of knowledge of hypertension sufferers was 55.3%, and the response to not undergoing hypertension diet behavior was 67.5%. Conclusion: Most people with hypertension at the level of knowledge and behavior on a hypertensive diet do not do a hypertension diet.

Abstract

Usia toddler adalah periode penting karena pertumbuhan otak telah mencapai 80 % ukuran otak orang dewasa. Perkembangan bahasa merupakan indikator dari seluruh gangguan perkembangan salah satu penyebabnya yaitu kurangnya stimulasi. Pemberian stimulasi harus didasari dengan pengetahuan karena akan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan perkembangan bahasa yang sesuai dengan usianya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang stimulasi dengan perkembangan bahasa anak usia toodler di Desa Sukamaju kecamatan Baregebeg. Metode menggunakan analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional, jumlah populasi 167 responden ibu dengan anak usia toodler dan cara pengambilan sampel proposional random sampling sebanyak 63 responden. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan pengetahuan tertinggi kategori cukup sebanyak 50,8%, pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 33,3% dan terendah kategori baik sebanyak 15,9%. Perkembangan bahasa tertinggi kategori sesuai sebanyak 58,7% sedangkan perkembangan bahasa kategori tidak sesuai sebanyak 41,3%. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan yan signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang stimulasi dengan perkembangan bahasa anak usia toodler di Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Baregbeg dengan hasil statistik p-value 0,000.

Abstract

Aloe vera is a potential natural ingredient that can be used as a cosmetic ingredient because it has antioxidant properties and nutrients that are good for the skin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of differences in PVA concentrations as a basis for evaluating peel off gel mask preparations.The type of research to be carried out is experimental research. The sample that will be used is the extract of aloe vera meat (aloe vera). The peel off mask formulation from aloe vera extract was made from 3 formulas with different concentrations of PVA, namely 10%, 15%, and 20%. After that, a physical evaluation of the gel exfoliating mask preparation was carried out which included the organoleptic test, viscosity, pH test, spreadability, and drying time. The evaluation data will be analyzed statistically using one way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that differences in the concentration of PVA in each formula could affect the viscosity value and the drying time of the preparation. It can be concluded that the formula that meets the standards is formula I with a concentration of 10%.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pedofilia ialah salah satu kelainan atau gangguan perkembangan psikoseksual dimana individu memiliki hasrat erotis yang abnormal terhadap anak-anak. Tingginya tingkat kekerasan seksual pada anak menunjukkan pentingnyapengetahuan orang tua untuk mencegah terjadinya kekerasan seksual pada anak. Tujuan : Untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengetahuan orang tua tentang pedofilia di desa Cibenda Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling dengan jumlah populasi 125 orang tua.Hasil Penelitian : Pengetahuan orang tua tentang pengertian kekerasan seksual oleh pedofilia adalahkategori baik sebanyak 51 responden (53.7%). Pengetahuan orang tua tentang penyebab terjadinya pedofilia frekuensi tertinggi yaitu baik sebanyak 45 responden (47.4%). Pengetahuan orang tua tentang dampak kekerasan seksual oleh pedofilia frekuensi tertinggi yaitu cukup sebanyak 46 responden (48.4%). Pengetahuan orang tua tentang penanganan kekerasanseksual oleh pedofilia frekuensi tertinggi yaitu kurang sebanyak 58 responden (61.1%). Pengetahuan orang tua tentang pedofilia frekuensi tertinggi yaitu cukup sebanyak 57 responden (60.0%).Kesimpulan : Pengetahuan orang tua tentang pedofiliadi Dusun Sinargalih didapatkan frekuensi tertinggi yaitu kategori cukup sebanyak 57 responden (60.0%). Sehingga diharapkan orang tua dapat lebih mengawasi kegiatan anak supaya anak dapat terhindar dari kekerasan seksual oleh pedofilia.

Abstract

Educational Game Tools is a game tool that can provide optimum game function and child development. The recommended editing tools for children aged 4-6 years include paint colors, blocks and puzzles. Impacts that may occur if the Educational Game Tools is is not fulfilled, the process of child growth is not optimal so that the talent and potential that exist in the child is not excavated or if the child has a developmental disorder such as delay cannot be immediately known. The method in this research is descriptive, the research done to find out the value of independent variables, either one variable or more (independent) without making a comparison, or connecting with other variables. The population in this study were all parents of students aged 4-6 years in RA Rohmawiyah Banjarsari Kabupaten Ciamis academic year 2017-2018 as many as 32 people.Sampling in this study using total sampling that is the entire population used as research samples. The results showed that the use of educational games in preschool children (4-6 years) in RA Rohmawiyah Banjarsari Kabupaten Ciamis, most categorized do not use as many as 20 people (62.5%). Suggestions are expected for parents to further improve their understanding of good educational game tools and in accordance with the development of children, this understanding can be done by following the various counseling from health workers, or reading other books that have something to do with educational game tools.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is one of the important indicators to watch out for in the Ministry of health. According to the performance indicators of hospital of health RI year 2016, patient satisfaction related to the quality of hospital services. By knowing the level of satisfaction of patients, the hospital management may make improvements to the quality of service. The percentage of patients who are declared satisfied against the Ministry on the basis of the survey results with instruments that baku. The quality of service provided a nurse should be based on aspects of the 5 dimensions i.e. quick response (responsiveness), reliability (reliability), guarantees (assurance), empathy (empathy), evidence of physical (tangible). This research aims to know the relationship of nursing services with a level of satisfaction of patients in HOSPITALS Banjar Dahlia year 2018. The research method used i.e. quantitative analytic approach of using crosssectional. The population in this research is the whole space in inpatient HOSPITALS Banjar Dahlia class III. Samples were taken using a technique of non probability sampling by means of total population (sampling of saturated). Research results showed the highest frequency of nursing service categories i.e. either as many as 45 people 80.4%, patient satisfaction level of the highest frequency category well that is as many as 35 people 62.5%. Based on the results of the analysis of the data above, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the level of satisfaction with nursing services patients, because the value of value  0,003 . The conclusions of the study i.e. There is a relationship between the level of satisfaction with nursing services patients in HOSPITALS Banjar Dahlia Room. It is recommended to perform actions before the nurse nursing hand-washing in advance, as well as to takephysical examinations such as checks of blood pressure, pulse, respiration and temperature periodic (morning, noon, night).

Abstract

Background : Thalassemia is a congenital blood disorder disease characterized by red blood cell (eritrosit) condition is easily damaged or shorter than normal blood cells in general. Major thalassemia affects the physical, psychological and social conditions in adolescents. Family support affects the health of thalassemia patients with a positive impact in avoiding the negative effects of severe stress.Objective : This study aims to determine the relationship of family support with the pride of adolescents thalassemia patients in polyclinic thalasemia RSUD Ciamis year 2018. Research Methodology : The type of this research is correlational quantitative research with cross sectional study design on 45 respondents. Population number 117 peoples, and sampling using totalsampling method (taken sampling) taken from adolescent thalasemia patient in polyclinic thalasemia RSUD Ciamis year 2018Research Result : Good family support with high self esteem of 2 respondents (28.6%), moderate self-esteem of 2 respondents (28.6%), and low self-esteem of 3 respondents (42.9%), For the category of family support enough with high self esteem as much as 1 respondent (2,6%), moderate self-esteem of 14 respondents (36.8%), and low self-esteem of 23respondents (60.5%).Conclusions and suggestions : There is a relationship between family support and self esteem of adolescent thalassemia patients with values (? = 0.041 at ? = 0.05). The results of this study can be used as input for hospital institutions in providing facilities and infrastructure that is privacy specific for patients with thalassemia in order to provide comfort in the treatment.

Abstract

Anxiety and stress that occur in pregnant women greatly affect the quality of sleeping pregnant women and can pse a risk to the mother and fetus. In Kabupaten Ciamis in 2017 the number of pregnant women as many as 18,881 people. The number of pregnant women in Handapherang Puskesmas working are in february 2018 as many as 237 people. While the number of thirdtrimester pregnant women as many as 91 people. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety with sleep quality of third trimester pregnant women in the work area of Handapherang Puskesmas.The research method uses quantitative method of correlational analytic design using simple random sampling technique, with the number of samples counted 48 people from the population number 91 people. The results showed that most of pregnant women’s anxiety was on the level of mild anxiety that is as much as 22 respondents (45,8%). Level of moderate anxiety asmuch as 11 respondents (23%). Severe anxiety as many as 9 respondents (18,7%). While those who did not experience anxiety only 6 respondents (12,5%). Result of research of sleep quality of pregnant mother of trimester III got result only 6 pregnant mother (12%) which sleep quality good while bad sleep quality as much as 42 pregnant mother (88%). Statistical test using spearman rank test with corellation value 0,542 included in strong category and ? value 0,000.Conclusions there is a relationship between the Relationship of Anxiety Level with Sleep Quality of Trimester Pregnant Woman in Working Area of Handapherang Puskesmas with ? value 0,000 smaller than ?= 0,05.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Aspek perkembangan anak pada masa prasekolah merupakan aspek penting yang perlu dioptimalkan terutama perkembangan sosialisasi dan kemandirian. Perkembangan sosialisasi dan kemandirian anak prasekolah dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor salah satunya lingkungan keluarga, orangtua dalam menerapkan lingkungan keluarga akan menjadi role model bagi seorang anak dalam membentuk perilakunya.Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan keluarga dengan perkembangan sosialisasi dan kemandirian anak prasekolah di TK ABA (Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal) Kelurahan Linggasari Ciamis Tahun 2018.Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode observasi korelasi dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional yang menggunakan tehnik total sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh orangtua yang mempunyai anak prasekolah usia 3-6 tahun di TK ABA (Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal) Kelurahan Linggasari Ciamis Tahun 2018. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 responden. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 21 Mei – 31 Mei 2018. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu kuisioner yang diolah uji pearson chi-square menggunakan SPSS.Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik Pearson Chi-Square, hubungan antara lingkungan keluarga dengan perkembangan sosialisasi dan kemandirian anak prasekolah di TK ABA (Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal) Kelurahan Linggasari Ciamis Tahun 2018 diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,014.Kesimpulan: Lingkungan keluarga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perkembangan sosialisasi dan kemandirian anak prasekolah (p value< 0,05).

Abstract

These changes affect the physical fatigue, joint pain, balance disorders and coordination. This condition is exacerbated by blurred vision, poor hearing, adaptation disorders, and the effects of consumption of certain drugs that all result in the risk of falling in the elderly. There are several risk factors that fall one of them intrinsic factors are hypertension disorders, impaired limb system, nervous system disorders, impaired vision, and hearing loss.The method in this research is quantitative analit by using cross sectional approach. The population in this researchis all elderly in Working Area of Health Unit of Puskesmas Handherang of Ciamis Regency in year 2017 as many as 6587 people Sample as many as 99 people.The results showed that intrinsic factors mostly categorized as many as 57 people (57.6%), the risk incidence of falling in the elderly most categorized the risk of falling as high as 56 people (56.6%) and there is a significant relationship between intrinsic factors with events the risk falls on the elderly because the value of ?> ? value (0.05> 0,000) and the value of chi square (?2)counts> chi square (?2) table (65,705> 5,991). Suggestions are expected for elderly to improve healthy lifestyle so as to decrease the risk incidence of falling inthe elderly.
