Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused Danish Cake SMEs to experience a decline in turnover of up to 30%. This is due to the focus on offline product marketing, both through agents and resellers. While the pandemic has changed the way of shopping, most consumers prefer online shopping, because it is considered safer and minimizes direct contact with sellers. The problem-solving method used is to optimalize the marketing 4.0 strategy that combines offline and online interactions between producers and customers. For online channels, the service team created a shopping application via an Android phone as a virtual shopping facility and created a paspastry.com website which also functions as a customer database. With this application, consumers just shop through their respective cellphones, choose the desired cake, make a payment, and the cake will be sent to the buyer's house. Another use of online channels is to improve promotional content through Instagram, Facebook, and fanpages as well as by creating accounts on marketplaces such as Shopee. With the implementation of the Marketing 4.0 strategy, Danish Cake SMEs will increase their product sales, both online and offline, in addition to increasing branding awareness of the product.

Abstract

Waste is an inseparable impact of human activities, both the result of organisms or natural processes. Waste that is not managed properly will cause problems, especially those related to public health and environmental hygiene. The amount of garbage piled up every day is quite large and the majority comes from residential waste. Therefore, it is necessary to manage waste through 3R (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle). However, the implementation of 3R activities in the community is still constrained, especially by the lack of public awareness to sort waste. The purpose of the community empowerment is to increase public health literacy through the 3R principles at the waste bank in Wonosuko Hamlet, Tegalrejo, Magelang. The method used in this community service activity is to use the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach by socialization, training and mentoring. The results of this service activity indicate that after the training there was an increase in awareness in establishing a healthy environment by implementing 3R through a waste bank in the Wonosuko Hamlet, Tegalrejo, Magelang.

Abstract

Gondosuli Village is located in Muntilan District, Magelang Regency, and has a high population growth rate, economy, and development, all of which contribute to increased community activities. This causes waste production to continue to rise; additionally, there are issues with waste management from upstream to downstream, namely a lack of waste reduction, which leads to waste accumulation in landfills. This is due to a lack of proper management, which consists of only collection, disposal, and transportation. As a result, the community service is carried out by planning for a solid waste management system capable of reducing waste from upstream. The cultivation of maggots from organic waste is an upstream system approach that can be used to solve the waste problem. BSF maggot cultivation has several advantages, including the production of pre-puppa, which can be used as a source of protein for animal feed, and aiding in the resolution of the community's organic waste processing problem. The concept of integrated waste management (TPS 3R) can be combined with a waste bank to reduce waste disposal in the TPA while also providing economic value.

Abstract

Functional positions or academic positions of lecturers are positions that indicate the duties, responsibilities, authorities and rights of a person in higher education which in its implementation is based on certain independent skills. The collection of lecturers' functional position files before the existence of this system was still done manually, by collecting files or portfolios in hard files and sent to LLDikti 6. This administrative aspect is one of the barriers for lecturers in improving competence. There are also a number of lecturers who do not yet have the ability to implement information technology related to the collection of functional position files. This community service was carried out with a webinar, which discussed the use of information technology called REJAFA (repository jabatan fungsional). The results of the community service were quite interactive and the enthusiasm of the participants was quite good because the main discussion was related to optimizing the REJAFA system to improve document filing for the functional positions of lecturers.
