Purpose - This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, gross domestic product (GDP), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and financing to deposit ratio (FDR) to non performing financing (NPF) at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.Method - The research approach used is a quantitative approach. Determination of samples is done by purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data, obtained from publication reports on the official website of each Sharia Commercial Bank, Bank Indonesia, and the Central Statistics Agency. The population in this study were all Islamic Commercial Banks registered in the Statistics of Islamic Banking in Indonesia for the period 2013-2017. Based on the specified criteria, five Sharia Commercial Banks were obtained as research samples. This study uses panel data regression analysis with the Fixed Effects Model approach which is processed through the Eviews 10 program.Result - The results of hypothesis testing show that partially Inflation has a positive but not significant effect on NPF, GDP has a significant negative effect on NPF, CAR has a negative but not significant effect on NPF, and FDR has a significant negative effect on NPF. Simultaneously inflation, GDP, CAR, and FDR have a significant effect on NPF.Implication - This study uses all data from commercial Islamic bank.Originality - This study analyzes the determining factors that influence financing risks from both internal and external factors.

AbstractPurpose - This study aims to analyze the behavior of investors towards voluntary disclosure in the form of green investment information.Method - This research is using qualitative descriptive method, the data will be taken and collected from several literatures and literature studies.Result - The result of this research indicates that there are investors’ behaviors in voluntary disclosure of green investment information.The first, green investor refers to the investors rejecting to the stocks that do not receive green investment, investor will react positively if a disclosure of green investment information stands.The second, the investors react negatively by giving pessimistic respond towards green investment, investors who do not have choice of shares from other companies.Implication - This study uses the data from study of literature.Originality - This research develops several old and new theories related to green investment and it is applied using certain different types of companies as the objects.

AbstractPurpose - By upholding the value of sharia principles economic activities. Electronic money is a financial transaction that is used by the community as a substitute for cash, and ottopay is part of it, to help become a financial intermediary with an electronic system through QR and billers.Method - The research is based on researching ottopay in its transactions by using a descriptive qualitative.Result - From the research method process used in the study resulted in the study that the implementation of ottopay in topping up by filling directly via the bank ATM or through an agent by clicking the wallet menu then top up and following the steps until the confirmation is successful and the balance is ready whenever it can be used.Implication - The existence of the Ottopay system is a support for the community to be able to think forward in the world of finance and technology, in addition, ottopay can be used as a business opportunity to provide benefits in the form of added value in the form of turnover that can be owned by merchants and can be used as additional income for the community. Â Originality - The implementation of ottopay between users and publishers and users and merchants is in accordance with the rules of the DSN MUI fatwa, therefore the benefits of the ottopay application can guarantee security, easy and practical use so that people's economic turnaround is faster because it has an electronic digital system.

Purpose - This research aims to know how the implementation of revenue sharing system to Musyarakah finance and to know the Conformity between the implementation done with Fatwa DSN No.08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000.Method - The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of case study research.Result - The results showed that a). the implementation of revenue sharing system to Musyarakah finance in BPRS Saka Dana Mulia uses projections or estimates between 1,75% - 2,5% multiplied by the bank's capital. This revenue sharing system has been determined at the beginning of the nominal magnitude of the result for which the customer must be deposited every month. But the bank continues to see the customer's business, when the customer's business suffered losses that are not caused by human error then the bank and the customer will renrenegotiate regarding the outcome.b). The implementation of Musyarakah finance to PT. BPRS Saka Dana Mulia which has been adjusted to Fatwa DSN No.08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 located at the statement of ijab qabul, contract object (capital, work, andloss), Operational costs and disputes. While that is still not appropriate, that is in the part of the object contract about the profit.Implication - This research is only researching in PT. BPRS Saka Dana Mulia Kudus.Originality - there are differences in the division of sharing system between theories and practices implemented in BPRS Saka Dana Mulia.Â

AbstractPurpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of macroeconomic variables on the amount of savings in Islamic banks in Indonesia.Method - This study use quantitative research type using secondary data using OLS (ordinary least square) analysis which aims to examine the independent variable on the dependent variable.Result - The results of this study indicate that inflation and exchange rate variables do not affect the amount of savings, M2 variable has a positive and significant effect on the amount of savings. While the SBIÂ variable has a negative and significant effect on the amount of savings.Implication - This study uses the data from Central bank of IndonesiaOriginality - This study uses several macroeconomic variables that are used to test its effect on the amount of savings in Islamic banking. By using secondary data taken from official government institutions for several years. The results show that macroeconomic variables greatly affect the customer's decision to save in Islamic banking.

AbstractPurpose - This study aims to examine the effect of supervision and leadership on work discipline and to determine whether or not there are differences in work discipline among male and female workers in Islamic banking institutions in Semarang City.Method - The data collection needed was done through interviews using questionnaires and analysed using a regression test approach to test the effect between variables and a comparative test to examine differences in work discipline behaviour based on gender.Result - The results of the tests carried out in this study indicate that employee work discipline can be explained by supervision and leadership. This study also shows that there are no differences in work discipline for male and female employees who work in Islamic banking institutions in Semarang City.Implication - There is no difference in work discipline for male and female employees, so to improve work discipline, it is done by increasing supervision and leadership that applies fairly and equitably to male and female employees.Originality- Variables developed to explain work discipline behavior based on the results of previous research and have relevance to empirical phenomena. This study was also conducted a comparative study of work discipline behavior based on gender which had never been done in previous research.

AbstractPurpose - This study aims to examine and analyze how the influence of Electronic Channel (E-Channel) service quality on customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia.Method - The research uses a quantitative approach. The population used in this study is the customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia using E-Channel. With the number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents.Result - The variables of reliability, privacy and easy to use have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the efficiency variable has a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And for the design variable has no effect on customer satisfaction.Implication - The implication is that the quality of e-channel services (electronic channel) provided by the bank will affect customer satisfaction.Originality - This study analyzes the quality of service in the E-Channel includes five components, namely Reliability, Efficiency, Privacy/Security, Design, and Easy to Use on customer satisfaction.

AbstractPurpose - The purpose of this research to determine the Effect of Communication Skills, Incentives, Career Opportunities, Commitment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance KSPPS Pemuda Buana Cooperative (KOPENA) Pekalongan.Method - The population in this study were 50 employees of the KSPPS Pemuda Buana Cooperative (KOPENA) Pekalongan. The sampling method that will be used in this study is the census sampling method of 50 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis.Result - The results of this study concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of communication skills. There is a positive and significant effect of providing incentives. There is a positive and significant influence of career opportunities. There is a positive and significant effect of commitment. There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture.Implication - The implication is that communication skills, incentives, career opportunities, commitment and organizational culture will affect employee performance.Originality - This study analyzes Communication Skills, Incentives, Career Opportunities, Commitment and Organizational Culture will affect Employee Performance.

AbstractPurpose - This study aims to examine the capital market's reaction to the merger of BUMN Syariah Banks, which is seen as abnormal returns at PT Bank BRI Syariah Tbk.Method - The data for this study were taken ten days before and ten days after announcing the BUMN Sharia Bank merger. The data was processed by paired sample t-test using SPSS.Result - Based on the analysis and discussion results, it shows that there is no market reaction to the announcement of the signing of the BUMN Islamic bank merger on BRIS shares as seen from the abnormal returns before and after the signing of the merger, which there is no significant difference.Implication - This can happen because the world is currently facing the COVID-19 pandemic, which causes market uncertainty. In addition, abnormal returns are not the only indicator to measure the wealth created by an event. Another factor that causes no significant difference in abnormal returns is that the data used in the event window research is daily and short enough to have no visible reaction. AbstractPurpose - This study aims to find out what a hasanah savings product is and the marketing strategy implemented by KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah Semarang.Method - This research is a type of field research conducted at KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah Genuk Semarang to explore relevant data or primary and secondary data sources. The author collects data by interview, observation, and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed by analytical descriptive method.Result - The marketing strategy carried out by KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah is advertising by KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah in the form of brochures, internet, MMT and souvenirs. In addition to advertising, there is also personal selling, in practice marketing KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah serves and influences, offers, and directly disseminates its products to partners. There is also publicity carried out by KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah through tausiyah activities at the school foundation which is a mandatory activity once a month in the last week of the month accompanied by door prizes.Implication - This research can be used as a reference in marketing KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah hasanah savings products.Originality- The marketing strategy used in marketing KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah hasanah savings products in Semarang is through advertising in the form of brochures, internet, MMT and souvenirs, besides that there are tausiyah activities and door prizes.
