Abstract

The utilization of palm oil products in Indonesia is still limited to the production of crude palm oil (CPO) and food products, while palm oil derivative products such as red palm oil (RPO) have not been a concern. RPO consists of palmitate, -tocopherol, oleic, -tocotrienols, linoleate, carotene, -tocotrienol, and -tocotrienol compounds, these compounds act like vitamins and antioxidants. The aim of this article is to examine the potential for developing red palm oil-based products as functional and nutraceutical food products. This article is a review related to palm oil and its derivatives starting from its potential, content of chemical compounds, potential as food and nutraceutical, as well as several processing technologies. We access these articles from various primary sources, especially from journal websites. RPO is a derivative product of CPO processing. RPO has a good nutritional value such as carotene, tocopherol, ticopherol, and tocotrienols. RPO development technology is carried out by adding probiotics and encapsulation technology as functional and nutraceutical food.

Abstract

Abstract School-based management is important for one-roof State Junior High Schools, especially those in disadvantaged areas, because it is useful in efforts to improve the quality of education. The problem faced is that the implementation of SBM is not optimal. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation methods. The method of analysis using triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that, (1) Leaders did not fully know about school-based management and its implementation. (2) Community participation has not been maximized in various school activities, especially to support learning activities. (3) Parents do not facilitate and provide learning assistance for students at home, especially reading activities. (4) Supervision to evaluate the implementation of school-based management in One Roof Junior High School has not been optimal. Likewise, the implementation of teacher supervision in the learning process carried out by the principal is still limited. It is recommended for further research to find tips or strategies as a solution to improve the implementation of school-based management in one-roof Junior High Schools. Stakeholders must make a program of strengthening or technical guidance for school-based management with participants from school principals, teachers and school committees. Abstract

Research competitions for high school students are increasingly being held. Several prestigious research competitions at the national level include: LKIR BRIN, OPSI and MYRES. Along with the increasingly prestigious competition, the government began to make a policy that favorite schools need to participate in research competitions. So that each school competes with each other to include students in research competitions. Educational startups such as Big Edu Indonesia become third parties for schools. This study aims to describe the Big Edu Indonesia mentoring service and the impact of the service on students' research abilities. The method used is qualitative. As for the results of this research, the mentoring service for scientific competitions is carried out with the main curriculum, namely preparing the background, theoretical basis and research methods. The learning method used is learning by doing, with the help of media zoom meetings, google meet, discord and whatsapp. The impact of these services can improve students' innovative thinking skills to develop research ideas, make it easier for students to find references, and develop scientific methods.Keywords: Big Edu Indonesia, research abaility

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang optimalisasi media sosial berbasis internet yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam bentuk aplikasi website di www.sswalfa.surabaya.go.id. Tujuan kajian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi demi memaksimalkan pelayanan publik di bidang pengurusan perizinan maupun non perizinan (rekomendasi, sewa, dan surat keterangan) di lingkup Pemerintah Kota Surabaya lintas instansi. Teori yang digunakan adalah determinasi teknologi. Konsep Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan yang dijadikan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa dalam menyoroti kebijakan publik dijadikan landasan. Kajian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan etnografi virtual. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengobservasi laman website di empat level; ruang, dokumen, objek, dan eksperimental. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Surabaya telah melakukan optimalisasi website. Optimalisasi media sosial membuat semua warga dari berbagai latar belakang bisa mengakses layanan publik dengan lebih mudah. Kebijakan ini mengurangi penggunaan kertas yang berarti lebih ramah lingkungan. Pemanfaatan media dalam jaringan membuat pelayanan lebih transparan dan akuntabel. Semua proses terdokumentasi dengan rapi serta terpantau. Para calo yang dalam sejumlah kesempatan meresahkan masyarakat bisa dihilangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Kota Jambi Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan program SPSS Versi 23, data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel independen kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai. Hasil perhitungan SPSS diperoleh nilai t = 4,666 dengan (Sig) = 0.000. Ini menunjukan bahwa 0.000 < α = 0.05 yang berarti siginifikan, dengan kata lain Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, hipotesis dapat dinyatakan bahwa: “Ada pengaruh signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KONI Kota Jambi” dapat diterima kebenarannya. Dengan nilai R square sebesar 40,50 %. Dan dari hasil kuesioner dapat disimpulkan pimpinan KONI Kota Jambi menganut gaya Kepemimpinan Bebas (Laisez Faire Leadership).

Abstract

Level of Experience and Coaching Style on the Quality of the KUD director's leadership affects the village business productivity. This study took 123 respondents who were directors of village businesses. The research approach uses an explanative method using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The research findings show that: (1) the level of experience of directors has a strong and significant effect on the Quality of Leadership with Partial Mediation of the Coaching Style; (2) The level of experience of KUD directors has a strong and significant effect on the Coaching Style performed by the directors; (3) Coaching Style performed by influential directors strong and significant towards the Quality of Leadership; (4) Level The experience of directors has a strong and significant effect on productivity Business with Partial Mediation of Coaching Style and Quality Good leadership from the board of directors; (5) The coaching style performed by the directors has a strong and significant effect on business productivity with Partial Mediation of good Leadership Qualities from the board of directors; (6) Good leadership qualities from the board of directors have a strong and significant effect to the productivity of business.
