<![CDATA[The growing behavior of consumerism has proven to be significant in contributing to waste that damages ecosystems. However, recently there has been groups of people who adopted zero waste behavior in order to reduced waste. The zero waste concept originally come from companies awareness regarding their waste disposal, but over the years this concepts has been reached out to the household level. Using qualitative approach, this study combined in-depth interview and observation as data collection methods to explore the role of local wisdom and ecological awareness in shaping zero waste behavior and follow up questions regarding social learning theory. The study involved 10 informants. They are varied on the basis of age, gender, and income. The study indicates that the concept of zero waste is a derivative concept of voluntary simplicity that has existed since the 1950s and developed as a concept that initially used by companies as their disposal waste method then developed as behavior adapted by households. Zero waste behavior is important for circular economy, Local wisdom, ecological awareness, health awareness, income, and access to information are various aspects that influence the formation of zero waste behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze inpatient installation development strategies in an effort to improve service quality (Case Study at Hermina Pasteur Hospital).The results of this study are expected to contribute to increasing the ability of practitioners with regard to operational management studies and can provide input for solving problems in matters relating to management "Strategy for Development of Inpatient Installations in Efforts to Improve Service Quality at Hermina Pasteur Hospital in particular and Hospital in the city of Bandung in general. The research method used is qualitative with a single case study approach. The data collection used was interviews accompanied by observation and literature techniques. The informants used in this study really understood and mastered internal and external situations by giving several questions (interviews) related to the strategy for developing an inpatient installation. Hermina Pasteur Hospital, Bandung City. The results of the study show that the current condition of the inpatient installation is inadequate or it can be said that it is still not good. <![CDATA[Digitalization has brought about significant changes in the business operational landscape at various levels, including SMEs. This research aims to explore the impact of digitalization on SMEs in Jambi City based on the perspectives of experts and SME business actors. Qualitative research methods were adopted in this study to provide in-depth insight into the impact of digitalization on SMEs. To collect accurate and quality data, this research relies on a Focus Discussion Group (FGD) with 6 experts and individual interviews with 22 SME business owners operating in various business sectors. This research approach follows the COREQ (Consolidated criteria for REporting Qualitative research) Checklist guidelines, which ensures the accuracy and superiority of research results. Data analysis was carried out using ATLAS.ti software which makes it possible to find, code, and manage data from FGDs and individual interviews more efficiently. The results of the analysis identified five main themes of the impact of digitalization on SMEs, namely: Improved Business Management, Marketing and Branding, Technology Challenges, Partnerships and Collaboration, and Customer Experience. It is hoped that this research will provide a better understanding of how digitalization has affected SMEs from various aspects, as well as illustrate the challenges that need to be overcome. The results of this research can be used as a basis or guideline for developing better strategies to support the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in the ever-developing digital era.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of understanding of zakat as a deduction for taxable income (PKP) on zakat reporting at KPP Pratama Bengkalis. This research is an associative quantitative research using a causal relationship (cause and effect). The research subjects were Muslim taxpayers at KPP Pratama Bengkalis with sampling techniques using purposive sampling totaling 308 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and literature (literature study). The results showed that there was a positive influence of Muslim taxpayers' understanding of zakat as a deduction for PKP on zakat reporting decisions. The calculated t value obtained is greater than the t table value, namely 29.909> 1.6498 and the Sig value. 0,000 < 0,05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.745 concluded that the effect of Muslim taxpayers' understanding of zakat as a deduction for PKP (X) on zakat reporting decisions (Y) is 74.5% and the remaining 25.5% is influenced by variables or factors outside this study. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that KPP and LAZ will play an active role in socializing zakat as a deduction for PKP on an ongoing basis so that more and more taxpayers as well as muzzaki know their rights, namely zakat as a deduction for PKP.]]>

<![CDATA[The climate challenge is essentially an energy challenge. With that in mind, policymakers around the world are trying to accelerate the adoption of clean energy technologies. Stronger policy support such as minimum performance standards is needed so that the building sector is on the right track towards a Zero Emission Scenario by 2050. PUPR Ministerial Regulation number 21 of 2021 concerning green building performance assessment which is a minimum performance standard as a government policy must be implemented in Indonesia. The districts/cities of Jambi province currently have not carried out green building construction at any time, both in terms of planning and implementation. Therefore, it is hoped that this policy can be implemented well from the aspect of building construction. This research aims to identify factors exploring the performance of green building criteria, environmental awareness and the implementation of workshops on the impact of barriers to green building construction. A qualitative approach was used in this research and data was collected from workshop participants in Jambi City. The analysis method was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0 qualitatively. From the results of the research conducted, environmental concern for barriers to green buildings has a significant influence, so it is important to socialize the impacts of global warming to the community, one of which is the role of implementing green buildings. <![CDATA[Regional Autonomy is implemented so that regions can explore regional potential and be independent in managing existing resources. One of the policies for implementing regional autonomy is the granting of authority to regions to carry out expansion as part of community aspirations. After regional expansion, regions are required to be able to overcome their economic problems, such as increasing economic growth, reducing poverty rates, reducing unemployment rates, improving income distribution, and reducing development inequality. This research aims to see how far the regions resulting from this expansion have developed, An evaluation was carried out by measuring the Economic Performance Index (IKE) in the three districts resulting from the expansion, namely West Pasaman district, Dharmasraya district, and South Solok district. The economic performance index is the result of the average rate of economic growth, the ratio of district GRDP to provincial GRDP, GDP rate per capita, and poverty level. This research uses secondary data with descriptive analysis. The research results show that Dharmasraya district is a district with a better economic performance index than West Pasaman district and South Solok district.]]>
