YouTube is one of the most popular information and entertainment media today. The information and entertainment provided by YouTube is in the form of videos. YouTube channels can be subscribed for free and paid. YouTube is a company founded by three former PayPal employees in 2005. Then in 2006 YouTube was bought by Google. The most YouTube user accounts in the world and one of the most user countries is Indonesia. Information related to the activities and performance of an institution can be obtained from its YouTube channel. To find out the activities and performance of the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) institution can be seen on its YouTube channel called Badan Wakaf Indonesia TV. The purpose of the research on this YouTube channel is to analyze the profile and columns on the BWI YouTube channel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with explorative analysis. The results showed that BWI's YouTube channel has a profile with 3.01 thousand subscribers and 312 videos. Posts on BWI's YouTube channel only consist of video posts (no image posts). BWI's YouTube channel has nine columns. Of the nine columns (home, videos, shorts, live, playlist, community, channels, about, and search), only seven columns can be analyzed exploratively. Meanwhile, the community and channels columns cannot be analyzed exploratively.

The flourishing land makes Indonesia to be an agricultural country. Majority of the population in Indonesia works in the agricultural sector. This sector is one of the sectors that supports the country's economy. One of the areas in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) Province that has quite large agricultural potential is Gunungkidul Regency. This research aimed to analyze the agriculture sector role in economic growth in Gunungkidul Regency. This research method used data analysis techniques consisting of the Klassen Typology Method and Location Quotient analysis. Based on the results of the Klassen Typology Method analysis, the agricultural sector in Gunungkidul Regency is in quadrant 2, namely the advanced but emphasized sector. Meanwhile, the results of the Typology Method analysis show the agricultural sector as one of the sectors in Gunungkidul Regency with a base or source of growth. This means that it was able to meet agricultural needs for its own region and the excess can be sold to other regions.

Changes in the criteria for Human Rights Care based on Permenkumham number 22 of 2021 have caused many districts/cities to not get the status of Regency/City Caring for Human Rights, the number of regions that care about human rights decreased from 2020 and 2022. This evaluation aims to provide an overview of the implementation of Permenkum HAM Number 22 of 2021 in Jambi Province and what are the obstacles faced in its implementation as well as the relevance, sustainability and effectiveness of MMAF HAM programs/activities, in Jambi Province. Evaluation using an evaluative research approach using the Goal-freeevaluation model, descriptive analysis, evaluation carried out in Jambi Province with samples of Legal Bureaus and Legal Sections of Province/District/City Setda. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the process/mechanism for implementing the fulfillment of the Human Rights KKP Criteria in Jambi Province has run well, and is in accordance with the scheme that has been stipulated in the guidelines for the implementation of the Human Rights MMAF. However, there are several obstacles in its implementation such as a long and costly reporting mechanism; supporting data that is difficult to meet; the officer's lack of understanding of the form and supporting data; still not optimal socialization and technical guidance; and MMAF HAM activities have not become regional priority activities, which have an impact on budget availability in their implementation, from the results of the analysis also obtained several notes on the relevance, sustainability and effectiveness of MMAF HAM programs / activities in Jambi Province in the future, namely on the fulfillment of data supporting the right to legal aid and the right to diversity and pluralism these two aspects are partly difficult to fulfill in Jambi Province because they are hit by the availability of regulations. However, this does not significantly affect the sustainability and effectiveness of KKPHAM activity programs in Jambi province in the future. The main objective of this study was to determine the indirect effects of local income on economic growth with local expenditure as a mediator variable. In more detail, the objectives of this study are to determine the effect of local income on economic growth with local expenditure as a mediator. The study are is Jambi Province with 11 regencies/cities as the unit of analysis, covering the period 2017-2022. The analytical tool used is path analysis. Local income in this study is translated into four variables, local taxes, provincial tax revenue sharing funds, central tax revenue sharing funds, and general allocation funds. Meanwhile, local expenditure is translated into two variables, personnel expenditure and goods/services and capital expenditure. This study did non find local revenue variables that had an indirect impact on economic growth.

Abstract This research aims to understand the socio-economic characteristics of motor vehicle taxpayers (PKB) in Jambi Province and analyze the influence of education level, type of work, and income level on PKB taxpayer compliance. This research uses primary data collected from 141 respondents in 11 districts/cities in Jambi Province during the 2018-2022 period. Data analysis was carried out using logistic regression. The results of the research show that the level of education has a negative influence, this is because the level of education for some people, especially those with high education and just starting their careers, can influence the cost of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB). be a significant financial burden, while the type of work has a positive effect. This is because taxpayers with stable and secure employment have a more stable income, this also allows them to more easily allocate funds to pay motor vehicle taxes and this income level has a positive effect. This is because taxpayers with high levels of income generally have greater financial capacity to fulfill their obligations to pay motor vehicle tax, thereby minimizing the potential for delays or arrears in tax payments. The purpose of this study is to analyze legal protection related to wages for domestic workers in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. This research uses an analytical descriptive method with a normative juridical approach, then the data obtained is analyzed qualitatively. The results obtained are that the wages of workers regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower are only intended for formal sector workers and have excluded domestic workers from the regulation. Regulation of the Minister of Manpower No. 2/2015 on the Protection of Domestic Workers (Permenaker PPRT) as one of the regulations protecting domestic workers has not provided optimal protection for domestic workers due to the option to make verbal agreements. Work agreements that are only made verbally with a basic understanding of each other's roles cause clarity regarding domestic workers' rights, such as the wages they receive, to be unclear. A step that can be taken considering the peculiarities of the domestic work sector is the formalization of the employment relationship, by requiring the requirement of a written employment contract or written statement of information, including normal working hours, overtime requirements, wages, including payment in kind if any, agreed deductions, and wage periods and payment methods.
