Abstract

Internet as a center of information and communication among the public. By providing adequate convenience and flexibility, it is very helpful for promotion in the service sector and others. The author analyzes the running information system of RA MASHITOH 03. So that the Raudhatul Athfal application has been made, this is an application that can help parents and students to see the progress of their children's grades and payment of dues and can do online consultations without having to come directly to school. This application runs on the website and integrates with applications that are on the server using php and mysql, the admin is in charge of filling in grades to students which then the application will store student grade data which will be entered into the database. In this system the admin can also input payments student fees and answer consultations from parents regarding their children's problems. This application can also save costs compared to when parents come directly to school, which costs money and takes a long time to travel to school.

Abstract

Data processing in a building store is generally the system used is still manual, so usually transaction data or sales reports are not neat because there are so many transaction documents that may be tucked away or lost. The Web-Based Building Material Inventory Application at the TB Ageng Jaya Store is expected to help make it easier, especially in inventory (stock). The background of the TB Ageng Jaya Store, which initially only sold paint and ceramics, developed into a building shop that was more complete than before and made manual data or reports programmed. The research method of this thesis is to provide transaction convenience services to consumers and provide good reports to building shop owners and in this research method using literature methods, interview methods, observation methods and design and build methods. The conclusion of this thesis is to process building store data from manual to programmed which is supported by the PHP programming language and MYSQL Server database and Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 Web editor. The results achieved with the Web-Based Building Materials Inventory Application at the TB Ageng Jaya Store, the TB Ageng Jaya shop owner can carry out data processing so that it makes his task easier in terms of data processing and can also make services to customers more efficient. For further research, it is hoped that this program will be able to improve so that it can have a wider reach.

Abstract

We all realize and feel that today the world is moving fast towards the formation of a science-based society, science-based business activities and the realization of a new culture based on science and technology, especially information and communication technology or also known as information and communication technology whose main form is the internet. One form of using internet technology to support the learning process is E-Learning. With this E-Learning, educators or tutors can put learning materials, give assignments, collect assignments, and quizzes for evaluation. In the process of this research, the author uses a methodology that is commonly used by other research, the methodologies used include the method of literature study, observation, interviews with teachers, and literature studies. The purpose of this paper is to create a web-based learning media (e-Learning) that can be used by teachers as a learning tool with various sources for providing learning materials. The results achieved are the authors try to design a web-based learning media or better known as E-Learning. It is hoped that later the school can implement this E-Learning so that it can improve the performance of teachers as teachers and increase the absorption of students in mastering the material. The conclusion of this paper is that with E-Learning teachers and students are given convenience in the teaching and learning process and increase creativity for teachers and students.

Abstract

The payroll information system in Aldomaru still uses Microsoft Excel, so there are often difficulties in finding payroll data if at any time the data is needed and it takes a long time to make data reports. This causes inefficient processing of payroll data. So we need a computerized system for processing payroll data in Aldomaru. So that it can be used as a fast, precise and accurate information in the form of an application. The research methods used are analytical methods and fact-finding methods: interviews, observations, and literature studies. Design method through database design and database application. The result achieved is the introduction of a payroll database system that facilitates the performance of the payroll department of PT Wangsa Indah Nusantara. The conclusion of this study is that the design of a new database can facilitate the payment of salaries. The objectives of this study include: finding the obstacles faced by the employee payroll department at PT Wangsa Indah Nusantara, designing an employee payroll information system. In this design, the author uses Visual Basic.NET programming language with database format using Microsoft Access 2010. The result to be achieved is the design of a payroll information system for management to make it more efficient and effective in making decisions on matters relating to payroll. The conclusion of this paper is that with the Payroll Application, the payroll administration section can easily make reports.

Abstract

The process of selling software at PT. Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia is a very important thing besides the programmer division which is the company's kitchen, without sales the company is less effective. The purpose of writing is to design a system that can provide easier for companies in the process of selling software so that it will be more economical and communicative. The research method used in this research is using quantitative methods using primary and secondary data as samples. Primary data is taken from field observations in the workplace, namely by observing, interviewing customers and company employees. Secondary data is taken from available data by conducting a literature study. The software used in designing web-based software sales system applications is using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySql as the database. The system development method used is the waterfall method with the modeling tools used are context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The results achieved in the design of software sales systems by utilizing computer system technology to assist customers in buying products sold by PT. Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia practically. Conclusion The system is designed as simple as possible so that customers and companies can use it very easily.

Abstract

The background is a problem that occurs in al-Ittihad elementary school which causes the author to take the title of this thesis. . Around the Al-Ittihad Elementary School, the network signal from ISP providers, both GSM and CDMA, is not very good so that the data access received is not optimal. This is based on the author's own experience using GSM modems, surveys and interviews with teachers and school staff at Al-Ittihad Elementary School. Also faced with the fact that the high tariff for unlimited data access from the service provider PT. Telkom (speedy) made the author look for a solution, is there another way that is cheaper and simpler to be able to use the internet easily in the scope of this al-Ittihad elementary school comfortably, safely without having to worry about banned sites. The purpose and objective of the research is to first recognize and understand further computer network technology, especially wireless/wireless (wireless) networks. Both members make it easy for users to access the internet. Third, knowing the technique of making / building an infrastructure and implementation. Fourth, get to know information technology in the al-Ittihad elementary school environment. The research method is the method used by the author in the preparation of this thesis. The author uses methods and techniques to compile and present appropriate and accurate information. Therefore, appropriate methods and techniques are needed to obtain valid and accountable data. The method used by the author is as follows, the first research location. Second Collecting data and third Designing. Implementation is discussing how to install and configure the devices used in designing the WLAN network at the Al-Ittihad elementary school in Cilacap with Mikrotik. The output or results achieved in the design of this WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) is to provide convenience for teachers, students and school visitors in accessing the internet, accessing the internet is not only in the school room but can also be accessed around the school environment via a wireless network. and does not require a data cable so that it is more efficient and effective.

This research is motivated by the owner of a wholesale pen trading business, so far CV. SARWODADI is still doing promotions and sales manually, so the range of promotions and sales is still limited and cannot be extended to several areas which causes the products produced to be less well known by the wider community. Troubleshooting solutions in CV. SARWODADI, namely by implementing a website-based sales application, so that it is expected to increase sales and marketing of CV. SARWODADI. The goal achieved is as a promotional media on the CV. SARWODADI and make it easier for consumers to see and buy products without having to go to the store. The research method used is the interview method, namely by asking questions directly to the owner of the UD. Irma Jaya Pen about how the flow of sales transactions, purchases, availability of goods, and the reporting process in CV. SARWODADI. Abstract

CV Tirta Kalimaya is a company engaged in Water Treatment which has products in two categories, namely Hexabion and Biotech. The marketing technique uses digital marketing, namely market places and websites. The current condition of the website has very few visitors, one of the factors is because the user interface and user experience are not quite right. It is important to pay attention to the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) so that the product can be used properly by users according to its functionality. This study aims to make the CV Tirta Kalimaya company website able to provide what users/website visitors need in terms of functional and visual design by analyzing and designing the user interface and user experience using the Google Design Sprint method, which consists of 5 stages namely, understand, diverge. , decide, prototype and validate. For the validate process using A/B Testing by displaying two variables to see which variable gets good performance. Based on the analysis, implementation and evaluation resulted in a final prototype that has been validated, in terms of appearance, duration of use to consideration of criticism and suggestions from users. And produce user interfaces with matching color schemes, consistent layouts and user experiences that match the respondent's mindset to get information or achieve goals

Abstract

Currently, MSMEs continue to make improvements so that their productivity continues to increase. From year to year there are no Micro Enterprises that are able to advance to class. The low performance and productivity of MSMEs, especially Micro Enterprises, is certainly caused by several things. This will be described in this paper. carried out on MSMEs assisted by the Nurjalin Cilacap Foundation, totaling 16 MSMEs and spread in 4 provinces throughout Indonesia. The method used for sampling is the purposive random sampling method, where the sampling is random, but there are certain limiting criteria related to the suitability of the research objectives and is only limited to MSMEs assisted by the Nurjalin Cilacap Foundation. The number of samples taken entirely from the existing population or known as saturated sampling technique. The conclusion of this study is that the Individual Characteristic variable has a positive and significant effect on Performance and the External Factor variable has a negative and significant effect on Performance.

Abstract

In the agency administration, the letter is an important means. Important information related to the agency and the secret is embodied in it . The timeliness of receipt of both outgoing and incoming mail should also be considered, therefore the management of incoming and outgoing mail must be implemented correctly. At this time, the procedure is applied to the management of incoming and outgoing mail to the Division of Administration of the STMIK Komputama Majenang from receipt, manufacture, storage, documentation, to verify the letter, all done conventionally. Documentation of incoming and outgoing mail only in the form of writing in the ledger. While on the stage of filing a letter only a hardcopy document storage. The Administration of STMIK Komputama Majenang felt the need to change the mail management method they are currently using, into a computerized and automated mail management method. With the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Management Information System, it is expected to be able to manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems. The filing of letters is done electronically, namely the storage of softcopy documents, and is equipped with reports of incoming and outgoing letters both daily and per period. In addition, this application also helps monitor the disposition of letters at the verification stage. The research methods used to solve various problems that occur are literature, observation, interviews, data and system analysis, system design, program development, program testing, program implementation. The result of this research is to produce an application that can manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems.
