Abstract

Currently, academic data processing activities at YPIA Cimanggu Vocational School are still done manually, academic data storage is still stored in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel files stored on certain devices or flash drives, this sometimes makes it difficult for teachers and staff of YPIA Cimanggu Vocational School to access academic data because Accessing data can only be done with certain devices or flash drives that take a relatively long time. To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to have an integrated web-based academic information system, to simplify and speed up inputting, processing, and accessing data anywhere at any time so that time is used more efficiently. In making this website-based academic information system, using the waterfall method and several tools such as PHP, MySQL, HTML and CSS. The results obtained are in the form of a web-based academic information system that presents data in an integrated manner, to facilitate the process of inputting, processing data, and facilitating access to academic data anywhere at any time so as to increase efficiency and time effectiveness, in addition so that the academic information system created can be used optimally. it is necessary to have training so that users can better understand the system and how to use it and the current system can be developed to be more complex. Abstract

School libraries must be built and developed properly in order to provide a service to students, library admins, and leaders in finding a book reference. This information service can also be done well and can be seen in the ease of members to get accurate and fast information, so from changing the form of data processing that is still manual to computer-based data processing is one of the innovations to overcome delays in information and difficulty processing detailed data collection of existing books. The Diponegoro Majenang Middle School library is still using the manual method, there is no website or application program that can process class data, member data, loan and return transactions, loan transaction reports, returns and late returns. is due on the due date for returning to the library. The method used in making this website-based library information system is the waterfall method which consists of several stages, namely Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Maintenance. With the development of data communication technology, school library information systems can be built as a means of online library information systems (website-based).

Abstract

The design of the application for the application and approval of employee leave is very useful to simplify and speed up the process of filing for leave to be applied at PT. XXX and can help improve performance in the HRD (Human Resource Development) Section because nowadays technology is growing rapidly with website-based applications. It is also hoped that the studies that have been carried out can inspire readers. By using xampp, the CodeIgniter Framework that we need in designing this application which also includes employee data, leave requests, leave approvals and reports on submissions and approvals for taking leave. In addition, in the design and development of this application there is an engine twige method to assist the performance of making application designs to make it look more attractive. Application settings are carried out by the admin both in the process of data security and data confidentiality. All of these things are used to accommodate the necessary data and streamline the application.
