Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a comparative measurement of life expectancy, literacy, education and living standards for all countries around the world. The human development index is used to classify whether a country is a developed country, a developing country or a backward country and also to measure the effect of economic policies on the quality of life. The purpose of this study is to find out how the percentage of poor people and the unemployment rate are related to the human development index in Central Sulawesi. In this study, the Nadaraya-Watson kernel regression method was used with a regression comparison between normal kernel functions and quadratic kernel functions. Based on the results of the study, the best model on X1 (percentage of poor people) with the smallest MSE value is the CV.LS method with a bandwidth value of 1.369349, and for the best model on X2 (open unemployment rate) with the smallest MSE value, namely the CV.AIC method. with a bandwidth value of 1.331878.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Penjualan Daging sapi pada UD. Sakinah berbasis web, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL yang bertujuan untuk membantu usaha tersebut dalam proses transaksi penjualan serta untuk penyusunan laporan penjualan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penyusunan Karya Tulis Minor (KTM) yaitu Metode Observasi (Pengamatan Langsung), Metode Interview (Wawancara), Metode Kepustakaan. Metode Observasi (Pengamatan Langsung) adalah metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara langsung dengan cara mengamati dan mempelajari masalah-masalah yang ada pada UD. Sakinah. Metode Kepustakaan adalah metode pengumpulan data dengan cara membaca buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Daging Sapi Pada UD. Sakinah yang diangkat sebagai judul dalam tugas akhir ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, proses transaksi penjualan pada UD. Sakinah masih banyak kesalahan dalam pencatatan maupun proses penyusunan laporan penjualannya. Sehingga dibuatlah sistem informasi penjualan ini untuk membantu pemilik dan kasir dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL yang terintegrasi dengan database

Abstract

West Java is one of the areas in Indonesia with high rainfall. One of the causes of frequent flooding in the DKI Jakarta area is due to receiving water from the West Java area. The method used in this study is the Association Rule using the Apriori algorithm and FP-Growth. Association rule is a rule in data mining in determining all association rules that meet the minimum support (minsup) and minimum confidence (minconf) requirements in a dataset. In this study, the minimum support used is 5 and the minimum confidence is 0.9. The purpose of this study was to obtain a pattern of rainfall intensity that often occurs every month in the measurement station areas. The measurement stations in the West Java region are the Citeko Meteorological Station, the Penggung Meteorological Post, the Kertajati Meteorological Station, the Bogor Climatology Station, and the Bandung Geophysics Station. The results of this study indicate that in April, May, June, October, and November there is no pattern of rain intensity that occurs between the measurement station areas. Heavy, very heavy, and extreme rains are very rare. In July, August, and September, most areas do not experience rain.

Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 disease that has attacked the world since the end of 2019 began in the city of Wuhan, China. Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2, a type of coronavirus. Various efforts have been made by companies to keep their employees free from COVID-19 cases. Several regulations were changed during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as those on employee absenteeism. Companies that initially employed fingerprints can now use QR Codes for employee attendance. This research applied an automatic system for serving the employee attendance process by recording the employee data, attendance time, and body temperature check. If an employee's body temperature is declared high, there will be a notification indicating an unfavorable health condition, and the employee is not allowed to work that day. The component used in the series was ESP32, as a functional centre and an intermediary between tools and applications. Next, there was the GY-906 MLX90614 body temperature sensor, functioning as an infrared thermometer for non-contact temperature measurement. The barcode scanner served as a tool to read the QR-code on each employee's cellphone. To test the system, the Quality of Service (QoS) test, consisting of three parameters, was applied. In terms of presence and body temperature systems, first, the throughput value of 72.01812 bytes/s was classified into the poor (medium) category. Second, the delay average value of 0.00000117 ms was categorized as Very Good (Best), and finally, the jitter value of 0 ms was classified as very good (Perfect). Abstract

Radio amatir (ORARI) merupakan salah satu wadah atau tempat bernaungnya para organisasi Radio republik indonesia. Salah satu kegiatan utama dari Balai Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Radio adalah proses pemberian izin bagi pengguna radio HT yang ingin mengudara dengan menggunakan frekuensi VHF/UHF yang selama ini sistem pemberian izin tersebut dari mulai proses permohonan hingga pemberian izin masih dilakukan dengan cara konfensional. Konfensional yang dimaksud disini adalah proses tersebut dilakukan dengan cara belum menggunakan sarana komputerisasi yang layak mulai dari proses penyuratan untuk izin frekuensi, pengumpulan berkas persyaratan, seleksi kelengkapan berkas untuk mengikuti ujian, penyampaian jadwal hingga pengumuman hasil tes kelayakan mengudara. Sehingga permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah keterlambatan informasi yang diterima oleh pihak pemohon mengenai kelengkapan berkas, jadwal tes, dan hasil pengumuman. Dimana proses pembuatan website ini hanya mencangkup proses pendaftaran secara online, proses pengiriman berkas secara online, melihat pengumuman kelulusan berkas serta ujian secara online. Aplikasi ini menggunakan tools dan bahasa pemprograman website sabagai halaman yang di tampilkan pada internet HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) dan PHP (Personal / Home Page) yang di gunakan segagai bahasa pemprograman Server Local Database (AppServ) dan MySQL sebagai platform dalam perancangan dan pembuatan database. Hasil aplikasi ini berhasil memudahkan proses pelayanan pemberian izin bagi pengguna radio HT yang ingin mengudara dengan menggunakan frekuensi VHF/UHF.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan efisiensi dan fleksibilitas pada sistem pemerintahan sangat dibutuhkan di era teknologi dan informasi seperti sekarang ini, tidak terkecuali pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Bone yang mencatat seluruh berkas-berkas kepegawaian dimana seluruh sistem pemberkasan masih dilakukan secara manual yang memakan tempat dan biaya yang banyak untuk perawatn. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi digitalisasi arsip kepegawaian untuk proses percepatan pengurusan berkas kepegawaian baik dari segi kemudahan mengakses atau menyimpan berkas. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall untuk perancangan sistem yaitu dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan sistem, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program, dan implementasi program. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh BPKSDM Kabupaten Bone saat ini dan mampu mempercepat proses pemberkasan sehingga efektifitas dan efisiensi pelayanan menjadi lebih baik. Target luaran wajib penelitian ini adalah Artikel Ilmiah yang dimuat pada Jurnal Teknik Informatika Terakreditasi Sinta 5 serta luaran tambahan buku ajar. Tingkat Kesiapan Teknologi dalam penelitian ini adalah digitalisasi arsip pegawai berbasis web.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and build an information system that can help the Young Farmers Group Of Ampera Village, Pagimana District, Banggai Regency in managing the receivables of its members and the purchase of patchouli crops from farmers and existing members. As we know together today the Nilam plant (Pogostemon Cablin) becomes the prima donna of agriculture because of the relatively short planting time (4-6 months) and commodity prices are quite high in the market. This research uses the concept of qualitative methods with several data collection techniques such as interviews, literature studies, and direct observation. While in the implementation of the system using context diagram tools, diagram zero, data flow diagram, and ERD integrated with MySql database. The results of this study show that the information system designed and built can solve the problems that exist in the Young Farmers Group working related to the management of receivables and purchase transactions from non-member members and farmers, this information system can also present data/information quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

In recent years, there have been many studies conducted with the aim of making it easier to determine vacant parking lots in a parking area. In this study, the authors discuss the creation of an application to calculate the availability of vacant parking lots using the Image Processing method. OpenCV is a library in the Python programming language that is needed during the Image Processing process. OpenCV will help to create applications related to images such as images or photos and videos. The methodology of the Image Processing and OpenCV processes, along with their descriptions, will be provided in this research. In this application, the technology used is video image processing through video recording taken from an overhead angle using a drone camera. The data needed by this application is a video recording of the car when entering or leaving the parking lot. Then the data will be processed through an engine, then the output generated from the application is in the form of an image file of a parking lot that is entering or leaving the parking lot in file.png format. The program will give the value of each object that is in the available parking space. If the Count < 900, it means that there are no large objects, namely cars, in the parking lot. If the count > 900, it means that there is a large object, namely a car, in the parking lot. In the trial phase using a sample in the form of a video with 10 respondents stating that 92.6% of this application could function according to its purpose and it was found that there were no problems in calculating the application and the application could run properly and as the purpose of making it, namely as a calculator for the availability of parking areas on a land open parking.

Abstract

Forecasting is one effort that is often carried out by every institution with various business fields. Electricity consumption is a problem that requires a solution in the form of a forecasting model. The electricity consumption data is in the form of time series data which when used for forecasting can be in the form of univariate data or multivariate data. Forecasting using univariate data will be carried out in this study by utilizing the stacking method with the hope of producing a low RMSE value so that the accuracy of the research results becomes better. Besides that, the stacking method will also be applied to three different data intervals to find out the type of interval that is able to provide the smallest error value. Based on the research results, it was found that the application of stacking was able to reduce the RMSE value by 0.7%. In addition, the fact is also generated that the shortest data interval is better able to provide the smallest RMSE with a difference of about 7% with a longer interval.

Abstract

Every year more than 2 million Americans die from heart disease which is the number one killer in the world. The results of the Sample Registration System (SRS) survey show that heart disease is the highest cause of death at all ages after stroke, which is 12.9%. The method used in this study uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The purpose of this study is to determine if anyone with heart disease has a stroke. From the research results obtained by splitting data using 80:20 to get a prediction accuracy rate of 83% for heart disease prediction cases. In the trial results using the label test data obtained, namely no stroke.
