Abstract

Islamic capital markets instruments such as stocks, mutual funds, and sukuk are tools to drive economic growth through the capital market sector. The financial sector's performance in the first semester remained stable in 2022. The indicator that is getting stronger in the JCI index is 5.02% or a year-to-date level of 69 11.58 as of June 2022. This article aims to find out the performance of the Indonesian Islamic capital market for the 2022 period. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach regarding the development and growth of sharia capital market performance after Covid-19 pandemic. The result of the discussion for the population has an Islamic majority population, so the capital market industry is expected. To accommodate and collect contributions from Muslim citizens to be active in the stock market, especially the Islamic stock market, and a local investor in the Indonesian Sharia capital market. Realize naturally that investment products are developed following Islamic principles and teachings. The financial sector's performance in the first semester remained stable in 2022. The indicator getting more assertive in the JCI index is 5.02% or a year-to-date level of 69 11.58 at the end of June 2022.

Abstract

Sharia compliance is crucial for Islamic Financial Institutions, so SSB an importantelement is the existence. The SSB is tasked with providing advice and suggestions tothe directors as well as supervising and making decisions, policies related to bankactivities so that they comply with sharia principles. The amount of remuneration inseveral banks is a problem in this research, so is it really necessary to have SSB in everybank, will the DSN not be enough? Remuneration can be allocated as an additionalfinancing fund for debtors. This paper examines the relationship between SSBeffectiveness, their remuneration, asset efficiency. Using a quantitative descriptivemethod, the Common Effect Model CEM as a model and form of dummy variable crosssection data. The results that can be drawn from this study are the SSB remuneration,the number of members of the SSB, the total number of meetings held and the size ofthe assets have a significant effect on financing. Even though the percentage ofremuneration in several banks is not reasonable, the role of SSB in each bank is stillvery much needed according to their roles and obligations.

Abstract

The online Higgs domino maisir chip transaction among millennials in the Bengkalisregion is the focus of this study. The purpose of this study was to determine how the millennial generation views online Higgs domino chip transactions and how they affect them. This kind of exploration is subjective examination. This kind of research uses descriptions and field conditions to develop concepts, understandings, and theories. Descriptive analysis is the method used in this study, which aims to accurately describe a person, disease, symptom, or group. The Interview is the method that is used to collect data. It is a form of verbal communication that aims to gather information. Written documents like diaries, magazines, documents, meeting minutes, and others are used to gather information on Islamic law and opinions about the Maisir Higgs domino chip transaction in the Bengkalis area for the millennial generation. The law of online Higgs domino maisir chip transactions, which includes the prohibitions of gharar, usury, and maisir from an Islamic economic perspective, are the findings of this study.

Abstract

With the development of the population which continues to increase along with thetimes, there is also a shift in people's lifestyles and human desires to be able to meettheir needs, this can be seen from the many community businesses that make ends meetand encourage the family's economy without thinking about the impact on thesurrounding environment. The purpose of this study is to find out how theimplementation of the green economy and partnership program is carried out in the tofuprocessing industry in a socio-economic system to encourage sustainable development,so that later it is hoped that the results of this research resume can serve as an examplefor other processing industries to implement green economy and partnership programs.good for the socio-economic system. This research is a descriptive study using literatureand summarizing the results of previous studies. This research shows the results that thetofu processing industry on Singkep Island, Bandar Lampung City has implemented apartnership program, and through this research it can also be seen that the processingindustry studied has implemented green economy principles in promoting sustainabledevelopment. development. The existence of an exemplary application of partnershipprograms and the green economy can foster a socio-economic system that is inaccordance with the main objectives of Islamic economics, namely creating aprosperous society based on justice, equity and balance.

Abstract

Apart from being a place of worship, a mosque can become a center for thepeople's economy. One of the Islamic instruments that can be used is productivewaqf. Nadzir waqf who doubles as mosque takmir must have good knowledge ofmanaging waqf assets so that they can become a driving force for the economy insociety. Therefore, this study aims to empirically examine knowledge, attitudes, andpractices in empowering people by takmir mosques in Indonesia. The method usedin this study is quantitative by using the concept of Knowledge, Attitude, andPractice (KAP) theory using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysistechnique. Data collection in the field was carried out by distributingquestionnaires to 514 private mosque takmirs spread across 25 provinces in Indonesia. This research is expected to contribute to the development of waqf inIndonesia as an effort to increase the welfare of the people.
