Abstract

A project is a temporary series of activities that takes place within a limited timeframe, with allocated specific resources, and is intended to carry out tasks whose objectives have been clearly defined. In a project, project management is necessary to organize, coordinate, and carry out activities within the project, such as the development project of the PLTD Unit VII Warehouse of Gudang Garam Kediri, which is the subject of this research. Project control is needed to ensure that the project is completed according to plan. Value analysis can be applied to determine the performance index of completed project work. The performance of the project execution in the 20th week in terms of cost shows that project expenses are higher than planned costs, as indicated by the Cost Performance Index (CPI) with a result of 0.898 < 1. Meanwhile, in terms of schedule, there is a delay, indicated by the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) with a result of 0.960 < 1. If the project execution performance in the 20th week remains the same until the end of the project, the estimated total cost of project execution (EAC) required is Rp. 36,421,987,702.67, then the project will incur a loss of Rp. 3,710,669,761.04 or a loss percentage of 11.334% from the planned cost. The estimated project completion time (EAS) based on reporting data in the 20th week is 52.66 weeks, indicating a delay in completing the work of 16.66 weeks or a delay percentage of 46.28% from the planned project schedule of 36 weeks. Some solutions to overcome the occurring delay include adding overtime work hours to critical path activities, implementing shift work systems, and maximizing the productivity of labor and available tools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of biometric attendance on worker support and performance at Tulungagung district education service. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. With the entire population of 461 being in the shade of the education service Tulungagung district. There for a research sample using a Slovin technique it was obtained by as many as 82 responders used in this research. Field observation and literature method. Meanwhile the data analysis uses linier regression analysis. The result of this research show that biometric has a positive effect on benefits. Supported by F a count of 48,280 with a sig value 0.000. It sows that F a count are greater than F table or 48.280 > 3.96 with a sig value 0.000 < 0.05. in addition the t count 6.948 > t table 1.665, so it can be concluded that hypothesis accepted. Which means that biometric impact on the work. While in the employee performance of known values F count is 80.971 an the sig value 0.000. Those showing that the F count 80.971 > F table 3.96 with the sig < 0.05. Then t count 8.998 of biometric. Because te value of t count 8.998 > t table 1.655. that’s way, it can be concluded that hypothesis accepted. Which means that for biometric attendance influences the employee performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing level of competition in the retail world. To attract and retain customers to continue shopping, retail companies continue to try to find new strategies that are different from other competitors. This research aims to determine the influence of Price, People and Physical Evidence simultaneously and partially on consumer satisfaction at Supermarkets in the Watugede Village Area, Puncu District. This research is quantitative in nature, primary resources from questionnaires distributed to Ds supermarket consumers. Watugede District. Puncu. The sample used was 97 respondents. The test tools used in this research were the classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, with the help of SPS version 25. There is a partial influence between price (X1) on consumer satisfaction at Pasaraya Supermarkets, where the results of the t test obtained a significant value of 0.020 <0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. There is a partial influence between people (X2) on consumer satisfaction at Pasaraya Supermarkets, where the t test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha2is accepted. There is a partial influence between physical evidence (X3) on consumer satisfaction at Pasaraya Supermarkets, where the t test results obtained a significant value of 0.006 < 0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. There is a simultaneous influence between price(X1), people (X2), and physical evidence (X3) on consumer satisfaction at Pasaraya Supermarkets, where the f test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha4 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between jobspecifications and workload on employee performance. The population of this study was 49 employees. Using censussampling, 49 Blitar District Court employees were found as samples. The data collection method uses a questionnaireand analyzes it using the t-test, Ftest, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The results ofthis study found that job specifications and workload partially or simultaneously had a direct effect on job satisfaction,and job specifications and workload partially or simultaneously had a direct effect on employee performance. Jobsatisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the relationship betweentransformational leadership and employee performance, which means that the indirect influence of job specifications onemployee performance is greater than the direct influence. Job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship betweenworkload and employee performance, which means that the direct effect of workload on employee performance is greaterthan the indirect effect

Abstract

The aims ofthis study were (1) to find out the effect offinancial insentifonemployee engagement in PT. Exa Brillian Wijaya (2) to find out the effect of nonfinancial insentif on employee engagement in PT. Exa Brillian Wijayaemployees (3) to find out the effect ofcareer pathon employee engagement in PT. Exa Brillian Wijaya employee.The type of research in this study of 35 peoplewas survey research. Sample size (sample size). The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The analysismethod used descriptive quantitative with multiple linier analysis. Based on the results ofthe research and discussionthathasbeendone,theconclusionsthatcanbedrawnare(1)Theresultsofthefirsthypothesistestingindicatethatthefinancial insentif variable has a significant posotive effect on employee engagement. (2) The results oftesting thesecond hypothesis indicate that the nonfinancial insentif variable has a positive and significant effect onemployee engagement. (3) The results oftesting the third hypothesis show that career path variable has a positive andsignificanteffectonemployee engagement.

Abstract

Era globalisasi yang kian pesat ini, keberhasilan sebuah organisasi atau lembaga pemerintahan Pentingnya manajemen layanan kehumasan tergambar dari konsep Program Jumat Berkah yang diimplementasikan oleh Kementerian Agama Kota Kediri. Implementasi manajemen layanan kehumasan untuk meningkatkan antusiasme bersedekah masyarakat melalui program Jumat Berkah Kementerian Agama Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kehadiran peneliti sendiri. Kehadiran peneliti pada penelitian kualitatif merupakan suatu keharusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Kementerian Agama Kota Kediri yang beralamatkan di Jl. Mayor Bismo No.30-A, Semampir, Kec. Mojoroto, Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Fabruari sampai Maret Tahun 2024. Sumber data sekunder yang diperlukan yaitu: buku-buku, jurnal, artikel, makalah, majalah, dokumen-dokumen yang menjelaskan tentang kepemimpinan dan kehumasan, dokumen berupa foto dan dokumen Kementerian Agama Kota Kediri. Sumber Data Primer dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan observasi partisipasi (pengamatan), wawancara mendalam (interview), dan studi dokumentasi data. Metode analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Implementasi manajemen layanan kehumasan melalui program Jumat Berkah dalam meningkatkan antusiasme bersedekah masyarakat terhadap Kemenag Kota Kediri dilaksanakan dalam lima tahapan, yaitu proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengendalian dan proses evaluasi.

Abstract

This research aims to: Analyzing the simultaneous significant effects of nalyzing the simultaneous effects of variables on the quality of education, analyzing the influence of motivation on the quality of education; determining which variable, either asistence for poor students or motivation, is more dominant in influencing the quality of education. This research uses Descriptive Quantitative. the population all first-grade students in publick/private school in Tulunggaung Regency. The sample for this study is 10% of the total population, which is 635 people. The technique is a method of data collection now. In this study, researchers used the software (software), Microsoft Office Excel 2007 to carry out a descriptive and statistical analysis software (software) Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows version 21.0 to carry out the test, test the classical, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression analysis, , The research findings indicate a significant influence betwen the variables of direct cash assistence (BSM), nd motivation on the quality of education in Tulungagung regency
