Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tuah Negeri has to constantly put first professionalism when pursuing its mission to advance higher education. Obviously, every effort is made to ensure that this educational institution is accepted by the community. Observing the increasing interest of prospective students is a top priority. Examining this is crucial because it relates to the expansion of postsecondary education as the nation's primary mode of instruction. This study will examine the influence of product, price, location, and advertising on students' selection of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tuah Negeri. Students from the Management Programme contribute to the population of the study. Using the Leedy formula, one hundred respondents comprise the sample. Utilizing the confidence sampling technique, the sample is determined. Utilizing the Classical Assumption Test to analyze data. All of the evaluated factors had a significant impact on the selection of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Tuah Negeri by students.

High inflation in Lampung Province in the second quarter of 2022 had an impact on people's lives. This affects the priority scale of needs that must be met by the community. The Bandar Lampung BPJS Kesehatan subsidiary is one of the affected organizations. Based on the December 2022 target achievement report, it was announced that the achievement of interests was below the previously set target. As operational actors, employees play an important role in achieving goals. Having an optimal accounting information system can produce good productivity. This research was conducted at the BPJS Kesehatan Bandar Lampung branch. The method of determining the research sample is based on saturated sampling technique, where the sample is 83 employees. The questionnaire is used as a research tool, by utilizing data analysis techniques such as data quality testing, statistical testing, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the use of accounting information systems had a positive effect on improving the management efficiency of BPJS Kesehatan employees in the Bandar Lampung branch.

Pasar Prabumulih Health Center is a regional public service agency that is required to carry out accounting and prepare financial reports in accordance with Government Accounting Standards (PSAP) No. 13. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of accounting at the Pasar Prabumulih Health Center. Types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data collected through interviews and documentation techniques. In this research, the writer uses descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the Pasar Prabumulih Community Health Center has not fully implemented Financial Reporting Standards (PSAP) No. 13, the basis for accounting records and cash management is in accordance with PSAP, but at the summary stage there was a mistake where PPK Puskesmas did not journalize used inventory expenses. Then in the operational report there are unrecorded expenses so that the expenses do not show their true value, the same goes for reports on changes in equity because there are unrecorded expenses there is a misstatement report. As for the notes on the PPK Puskesmas financial reports, they haven't made them yet, but for the realization reports, reports on excess budget balances, cash flow reports, they are in accordance with PSAP No. 13.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Non TPI Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisioner/angket yang telah dibagikan kepada 44 responden dari Pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Non TPI Karawang dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel work life balance, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai memiliki skor yang baik secara deskriptif. Secara verifikatif, work life balance berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai kemudian terdapat pengaruh simultan work life balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The writing of this thesis aims to find out how the actual process and conditions of market structuring activities at PD Pasar Jaya Pasar Pondok Labu, where Pondok Labu market conditions are less conducive and irregular with less organized conditions in the Pondok Labu market area which causes Pondok Labu Market conditions disturbed. With the rearrangement based on the lack of previous implementation, it can reduce and even eliminate the negative impacts that arise due to unfavorable and irregular market conditions, as well as re-functioning of the facilities and infrastructure around the Pondok Labu Market so that it can be used and functioned as it should. Research method used is descriptive method using a qualitative analysis approach, and this research was carried out on the implementation of market structuring in this case Cilandak Sub-district. Pondok Labu Market management research uses the concept of goal approach, systems perspective and individual behavior in the organization. Based on the results of the study, the market arrangement in Pondok Labu Market, Pondok Labu Sub-District, Cilandak Sub-District runs smoothly and effectively where the arrangement follows the objectives and objectives of the arrangement, although there are some obstacles and constraints. This obstacle can be overcome by the coordination of various related agencies in the Pondok Labu market structuring activities so that the infrastructure in the Pondok Labu market area can function properly he Government in this case Cilandak Subdistrict accelerates the provision of places / locations and revitalizes adequate locations for street vendors so that they do not return to facilities and infrastructures and provide socialization and appeals to the new traders who occupy the infrastructure that has been trimmed so as not to occur violation.

This study intends to ascertain the impact of organizational culture and work motivation on the productivity of Karawang Regency's Population Control and Family Planning Office staff. The population and family planning office of the Karawang Regency provided 41 respondents for the saturated sample, which was created using a non-probability sampling technique. The primary data used was collected directly from the respondents and went through analysis and processing. Data processing using SmartPLS 3.0 software's Path analysis (Path analysis) tools. Using the SmartPLS 3.0 Software, the following tests were run: convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, reliability test, t-statistic test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test, and effect size test. The research's findings are: 1. Organizational culture and work motivation are strongly and favorably correlated. 2. Work motivation has a limited impact on employee performance. 3. Organizational culture has a limited impact on worker performance. 4. Both company culture and work motivation have an impact on employees' performance.

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effect of fintech, number of directors, profitability, GDP and bank size on the stability of banks listed on the IDX using a modified Altman Z- Score formula. The sample in this study is 40 banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2021 period. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach and panel data regression analysis and uses REM as the best model after passing the Hausman Test. The results of the study show that together or simultaneously there is a significant influence from fintech, number of directors, profitability, gross domestic product (GDP) and bank size on banking stability and segmentally or partially there are 2 variables that have a positive influence on banking stability namely fintech (X1) with the results of t count > t table, namely 4.480633 > 1.975092073 and gross domestic product (GDP) (X4)with the results of t count > t table, namely 2.236197 > 1.975092073. While the other three variables partially have a negative effect on bankingstability, namely the number of directors (X2) with the results of t count < t table, namely 0.687293 < 1.975092073, profitability (X3) with the resultsof t count < t table, namely 1.432645 < 1 .975092073 and bank size (X5) with the results of t count < t table, namely 0.600556 < 1.975092073.

One of the shops that uses Instagram as a marketing medium is the online shop Grosirolshop.id which sells goods such as clothing, accessories, headscarves, shoes, bags, makeup tools. One of the features used to introduce their product is only through a short photo/video that is uploaded, which gets a positive response from potential customers. From this presentation, this study aims to find out how digital marketing marketing communication is through Instagram media used by the owner of the Grosirolshop.id online shop. The research method in conducting this research is a qualitative method. The results show that marketing communications are carried out through Instagram media used by the owner of the Grosirolshop.id online shop through promotion on the Instagram application. Of the various Instagram built-in support features, the features most frequently used are the Instastory photo upload feature and Story Highlights. In the instastory feature, Grosirolshop.id uses it to inform the latest products and store situations every day. Meanwhile, for uploading photos, Grosirolshop.id uses it to post new products with an attractive layout. Highlights Story is used to provide important information such as how to order online, store location instructions, shopee address and more. The features used are felt to be very effective and helpful in the promotion process of Grosirolshop.id products, because they can convey direct messages to consumers .

This research is a scientific study on the determination of specific economic growth for the Sumatra Island region of Indonesia. The modeling is arranged in the economic equation of four sectors. This research method uses quantitative methods with panel data regression analysis tools for the research data series for the period 2015-2019. The results of the study explain that consumption, investment, and government spending affect the economic growth of Sumatra Island. In addition, exports and imports do not affect the economic growth of Sumatra Island. The economic growth of Sumatra Island is currently feeling the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This condition requires the island of Sumatra to continue to carry out social and economic activities. The community is expected to be able to adapt to the new normal life (new normal). The impact of the new normal is now beginning to be felt, which can bring back an economy that previously experienced a decline in economic growth. During the new normal period, it is hoped that the economic activities of these four sectors can revive, including consumption, investment, government spending, exports,and imports.

This study aims to analyze the Islamic work ethic as a mediating effect of compensation, career development, on the performance of Islamic bank employees in Riau province. In order to face competition, Islamic banking needs to develop human resources who have skills so they can be relied on.This research uses the Structure Equation Model (SEM) by analyzing the facts that have occurred. In this study, primary data were collected using a questionnaire with a total of 288 respondents. Respondents in this study were employees of Islamic Commercial Banks in Riau Province, namely BSI, Bank Muammalat, Bank BTPN Syariah, Bank BTN Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah.This study yielded interesting findings, including the first: Compensation has a positive effect on the performance of Islamic bank employees in Riau. Furthermore, career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Islamic bank employees, compensation through an Islamic work ethic has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Islamic bank employees in Riau. Career Development through Islamic work ethic has no effect on the performance of Islamic bank employees in Riau.
