Abstract

Product sales forecasting is used by companies to estimate or predict future sales levels using sales data in the previous year. The Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation Algorithm can forecast the sales of goods for the next period for each item in the company. The forecasting process begins by determining the variables needed in the network pattern, and then the established network pattern continued in the network training process using the backpropagation algorithm. After carrying out the network training process, the researcher comparisons with several network patterns formed. This research was conducted to discuss the forecasting analysis of PT XYZ products on spiral and leaf springs. Forecasting carried out on Toyota 48210-25290 R3 type leaf springs using the Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation method with a learning rate weight value of 0.1 hidden layers four and an error of 0.01. From the data processing analysis that has been carried out based on the weight parameters selected, the prediction of sales in April.

Abstract

This study aims to provide convenience for the company's management to solve problems in the process of selecting the best Brand Ambassador in promoting cosmetic tools. The problem identified in this study is the large number of prospective Brand Ambassadors, causing the management to find it difficult to determine the best Brand Ambassador. In this study, the decision support method applied is SMARTER which can determine the ranking results in the final decision using the level of importance of each parameter. The results of this study conclude that the selection of the best Brand Ambassador who is ranked first is A5 (Lucky) with a value of 0.653108466

Abstract

Young Lecturers are lecturers who have a relatively new tenure compared to lecturers who have served more than 10 (ten years) at a university. Assessment of the performance of young lecturers at universities is very necessary, it aims to get an assessment of the performance achievements of the tri dharma of higher education that have been passed in several years. In order for the assessment of performance achievements to be more effective, a method is needed in generating decisions. In this study, an analysis of the combination of the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) and Rank Order Centroid (ROC) methods was carried out with the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. The WASPAS method is a ranking method that requires weights. For this reason, the ROC method is used to generate weight values. While the PSI method is a PSI method that is used to rank without the need for a weight value for each attribute. The results showed that alternative A1 is the best alternative with the highest performance with a value of 0.323 (WASPAS+ROC method) and a value of 2.016 (PSI method).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design a sales activity monitoring application by utilizing the existing GPS on a smartphone. This research is an experimental research with the waterfall method. There are 5 stages in the waterfall method, namely requirements analysis, system design, implementation, integration & testing, operation & maintenance. Testing is done by testing the latest geolocation and jquery to see the success, failure or delay in the three test locations. The result of this research is that under the tree the highest success rate is 0.875, the lowest failure rate is 0.125 and the smallest delay (distance between data entry) is 0.45. The conclusion of this study is that the tracking system using Geolocation and the Latest jQuery if implemented in an open space with conditions under trees gets the highest rating compared to other test locations

Abstract

E-Commerce Unique Regional Souvenirs in Indonesia is a buying and selling application made to make it easier for tourists to find a place or location for typical regional gifts and make it easier for tourists to order souvenirs during a pandemic like now, as well as a means for traveler's local souvenir sellers to promote their products online. Making regional e-commerce specialties in Indonesia uses the Web Engineering paradigm and system modeling with UML (unified modeling language) with business cases, activities, use cases, and class diagrams. At the same time, the database management software uses MySQL with the PHP programming language and the Laravel Framework. The system design is expected to make it easier for people to find local souvenirs based on the place or location of souvenir merchants and local souvenir sellers to promote their products online

Abstract

Statistics on foreign tourist arrivals show an upward trend in recent years. This is beneficial because foreign exchange in the tourism sector is generated by spending by foreign tourists visiting Indonesia. Mapping the number of tourists who visit Indonesia is necessary to determine the extent of a region's natural potential. The number of foreign guests at Indonesia's star hotels is one indicator that can be used. The goal of this study is to use data mining techniques to visualize the mapping pattern of the number of foreign guests at five-star hotels in order to obtain important information. The Central Statistics Agency (abbreviated BPS) provided the data for the number of foreign guests at five-star hotels in 2017-2019. Clustering with the k-medoids technique is the data mining method employed. The Davies-bouldin index (DBI) operator is used to calculate the number of clusters. The number of good clusters was 3 (k=3), with cluster 0 (low) = 20 provinces, cluster 1 (normal) = 23, and cluster 2 (high) = 1 province, and a DBI value of 0.215 (k=3). According to the study's findings, the province of Bali is one of the areas with the greatest potential for foreign tourist visits (high cluster). Meanwhile, there are 20 provinces with a low number of foreign visitor visits, so this can be used to assess how to increase the number of foreign visitor visits to the province.

Abstract

The development of information technology began with advances in the field of computerization. The early use of computers to simply write, create graphics and images and store incredible data has been transformed into a communication tool with a soft network that can cover the entire world. With the advancement of technology, the process of interaction between humans can reach the layers of society in the back of any world becomes increasingly open. Along with the advancement of technology all the information needed can be obtained easily, not least information that is confidential or top secret. Because with the help of technology all confidential information is locked or stored properly even though it can be opened and accessed by irresponsible parties. The most popular methods today are steganography and cryptography. Steganography is where confidential data is hidden or pasted in other data such as images, text, audio, or video so as not to cause suspicion of others or steganalyst. Unlike the cryptographic method, where secret data messages are scrambled or encoded so that they cannot be understood by others. And this raises suspicions from the other party or often called cryptanalyst. Based on the results or outputs of a text-based steganography (stegoteks) process against a message, text steganography in Indonesian patterns can evoke a correlation of ambiguity with cryptography in avoiding disclosure of confidential messages with a 100% accuracy rate.
