Pupuh Pucung is one part of the sekar alit which is part of the Balinese song. Sekar alit/pupuh has a rule in writing lyrics called padalingsa, which consists of guru wilangan, namely the number of syllables in each line, guru dingdong, which is the vowel in the last word of each line and guru gatra, which is the number of lines in one stanza. This study discusses how the text-to-speech application can help in developing pupuh pucung. Text to speech is an application that converts text into sound. In this research, an application design that can sing Pupuh Pucung's lyrics was developed with the concept of text to sing. This study uses the mbrola application as a text-to-speech converter. The analysis results, namely the frequency of the fundamental tone, aim to determine each phoneme's initial frequency in Pupuh Pucung. With the initial frequency, it will shorten the range of subsequent prosodic observations. The use of pupuh pucung's fundamental tone as a guide for the formation of prosody can be used as an initial guide in forming pupuh pucung's prosody.

One of the learning processes is to give assignments to students with the aim of increasing students' understanding of the material that has been given, besides that assignments can also be used as an evaluation tool for whether students have understood the material. The obstacle faced by lecturers is the process of checking and recapitulating the value of the assignment, where the value of this assignment will also affect the final score of students. Many lecturers use excel to record the value of this assignment, but this process still takes time, especially if the number of students is quite large. The purpose of this research is to create an application with the help of barcodes to help lecturers facilitate the process of recording assignments, by using this barcode the process of finding student numbers will be very easy and fast. The working principle of this application is, students, include their number on their respective assignment sheets in the form of a barcode, then after the assignment is checked and given a grade, the lecturer scans the student ID using a barcode scanner, the application will look for the student ID and the lecturer just enters value, with this system the process of recapitulating tasks will be fast and accurate

Each company has its own standards in giving bonuses to outstanding employees in accordance with the company's rules. So we need a system that is able to solve the problem so that the bonus is given according to the performance of each employee. The problem that often occurs today is in the form of a lack of user knowledge in providing bonuses according to employee performance, so that this research can be used as a reference in giving bonuses to each employee according to performance. The solution for giving this bonus uses a decision-making system using Sugeno's Fuzzy Logic. The Sugeno method is to determine the input variable and the output variable which is a firm set, the second step is to change the input variable to a fuzzy set with a fuzzification process, then the third step is to process the fuzzy set data with the minimum method. And the last or fourth step is to change the output into a firm set with a defuzzification process using the centroid method, so that the desired result will be obtained on the output variable. Solving production problems using a comparison of the Sugeno and Mamdani methods. This method uses constants or mathematical functions of the input variables, and in the defuzzification process uses the centralized average method.

The background of this research is how to make an accounting information system that is initially offline will be made online, while the problems and methods raised in this research will be explained in the abstract. The problem raised in this research is how to make the existing system at PT ARS COMPUTINDO ABADI into an online system that can assist leaders and subordinates in managing the company so that regular and periodic online checks can be carried out. The method used in this study is to use the 4K method, namely the boundary control, input control, processing control, and output control methods. Where the method is, it can be seen how the data entered into the system is processed and generated. The purpose of this research is how to find out whether the online system that is applied to the accounting information system, in a company works optimally after being analyzed, the data obtained are the results are much better, and company data can be seen in general and free but conditional and the leaders can do internal control anywhere and anytime.

The Gerenete and test algorithm is a very simple method in a heuristic search. The principle of this method is a combination of the depthbforst search method with backtracking because it produces a complete solution before the test process is carried out. If the work process is carried out systematically and follows the procedure, it will find a solution. The problem in this research is that if the problem is broad and large, it will likely take time to find a solution. The main purpose of this research is to test the distance in order to find a solution so as to produce a solution that is fast and saves time. Generate and test work system, namely 1. Gypsum is a ceiling that is often used by many people for housing parts that are on the ceiling of the house which serves to limit the height of a house or building that is useful for security, security and beauty in a room. Everyone has a desire to have a good gypsum building to be comfortable when in the house. The problem in the research is the lack of user knowledge in determining a good form of gypsum and having resistance for a long period of time. The purpose of this study is to assist users in selecting gypsum according to the wishes of the user. This study uses a decision-making system using the Sugeno method using the AND operator. Fuzzy logic has four work steps to obtain a decision-making system. The final output results obtained a value of 1 which is in the Interest Decision.

BISINDO or Indonesian Sign Language is one of the sign systems used in Indonesia. BISINDO comes from the first language or mother tongue for the deaf. The phenomenon of the Covid 19 pandemic has changed the world of education globally. The results of a survey of people with hearing impairments in Bali, especially in Denpasar, showed that 72 respondents, 62.5%, stated that it was difficult to understand the learning process carried out at home during the pandemic. 37.5% indicated that they had no difficulty understanding the learning process at home during the pandemic. According to respondents, 75.7% of respondents chose BISINDO, which is easy to understand and 24.3% chose SIBI. An augmented reality application was designed to recognize the BISINDO alphabet from this data. This application is expected to provide a solution to make it easier for deaf people to understand BISINDO sign language during a pandemic. SIBI is an adaptation of American Sign Language which is currently applied in special schools (SLB). To provide support in learning SIBI sign language, in advance of technology, the design of Augmented Reality to introduce SIBI letters will help in the learning process. The results of the black box test show that all the features and functions of the application can run well. In observing the response time when scanning markers using the Xiaomi PocoF1 marker on the SIBI letters, the average time is 6.05 seconds. Observation of the scan distance of SIBI letters, the average scan distance of markers that can be scanned at a distance of 5 cm to 50 cm.

Digital imagery from digital image cameras often has some disturbances that may occur, such as lenses not focusing, spots appear caused by the imperfect capture process. This ineptness can be caused by uneven lighting resulting in uneven intensity, low image contrast and the appearance of noise in the image. Of course all these negative effects will reduce the quality on digital imagery. To overcome the noise, efforts need to be made to improve the quality of that image. One of them is by filtering the image both linearly and non-linearly. There are many methods that can be used to perform linear and non-linear filtering. Images that contain noise can limit the valuable information needed when image analysis is done. Gaussian filter is one of the linear filters that serves to smooth and eliminate noise in an image. Mean Filter is very simple and easy to implement and is very useful for reducing the variation in value of a pixel with the next pixel. This filter works by replacing the intensity of the pixel value with the average the neighboring pixels.

Determination of the final result in determining the decision is to determine the best alternative from several existing alternatives based on several predetermined criteria. The criteria are measures, rules, or standards for making decisions. It can be done by combining several Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods such as AHP, VIKOR, SAW, TOPSIS, and others to get the best decision results. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one of the MCDM methods with advantages at the criteria weighting stage. It uses a consistency test to see whether the weights obtained are consistent. In comparison, the VIKOR and SAW methods are also of MCDM methods but do not apply the weighting consistency test. With the advantages and disadvantages of each MCDM method, it is possible to combine several existing methods to provide better solutions or alternatives. This study compares the ranking results between the combination of the AHP-VIKOR method and the combination of the AHP-SAW method in a performance appraisal case study. The AHP method is used to weight the criteria and sub-criteria, while the VIKOR and SAW methods are used in the alternative ranking process. The test results show differences in the alternative ranking results between the two combinations of MCDM methods used.
