Abstract

A large number of movies around the world, causing a person to take a long time to find the movie they want to watch, not only that the audience will be confused to determine which movie suits their interests. A recommendation system is defined as a decision-making strategy for a user under complex information environments. From the perspective of e-commerce, the recommendation system was described as a tool that can help users decide related to user interest and preference [5]. The recommendation system is intended primarily for individuals who have no experience evaluating the number of alternative items offered, such as movie selection. This study will implement a recommendation system to form association rules from the two algorithms for frequent itemset, namely Apriori and FP-Growth

Abstract

Population growth caused by the year of birth led to the classification of population groups into several generations. Classification is important because in each generation there is based on population growth has different characteristics and traits in each generation. This research was conducted to try to group generations based on provinces in Indonesia based on the number of residents owned. When researchers analyzed the data obtained from population census data conducted by the central statistics agency (BPS). The method used in generation classification grouping uses the K-Means algorithm method based on 3 clusters. Based on the results of calculations carried out for 3 clusters obtained cluster 1 has 25 provinces, cluster 2 has 3 provinces and cluster 3 has 6 provinces. Based on the 2020 census that has been conducted, the current population is generation Z, generation and Pre Boomer generation is last in line so that from the available data can provide information about mapping in 34 provinces to be able to improve communication patterns between generations and fulfill public facilities that can be used every generation

Abstract

Puzzle 8 game is a game that shifts numbers in the form of a box consisting of 9 squares arranged with numbers 1 to 8 based on the order of count and there is an order of 3x3. This form of game is very easy to complete if you follow the rules that have been applied to the algorithm. Comparison of the ascent hill climbing algorithm and the simple hill climbing algorithm. The purpose of this algorithm is to help children who are just learning to arrange a sequence of numbers so that they explore brain power and increase imagination for children. The difference between the ascent hill climbing algorithm and the simple hill climbing algorithm lies in the search movement which does not start from the far left position but the next movement is searched based on the best heuristic value. To obtain the Goal, a systematic process is needed to make it easy and fast in finding solutions so as to save time in finding the final goal.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the sectors most affected by the pandemic. This is indicated by a decrease in business and service production, a decrease in labor and a reduced income turnover. The affected Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are dominated by the fields of trade, services, creative industries and tourism. The government seeks to encourage economic recovery by providing BLT assistance funds for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as an economic stimulus so that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises can revive. In order for the grants to be right on target, special research using the TOPSIS method is needed. TOPSIS is used to find the preference value that is closest to the optimal final result by calculating and testing alternative criteria. The results of research conducted in the Districts of Dramaga, Tamansari Ciomas and Tenjolaya show that the provision of BLT funds for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises should be prioritized for MSME actors who have never received Micro Business Aid (BPUM) funds

Abstract

Innovation is very important in developing a smart city. Therefore, Innovation must be flexible to be applied when developing an area. We must not look only at one side in developing Innovation; Innovation must be broader than it should be and can provide significant changes in others' lives. This article is a long-term process, where this is gradual research, starting from a concept that will then be continued on a prototype and an application to measure a smart city's performance. The main problem is that there are still gaps and difficulties in understanding and implementing innovations. A definite basic concept is needed to execute Innovation right on target. In this article, the method used is from previous research, some formula from smart city 5.0. Moreover, this article's results are the basic concepts of Innovation, formulas, four basic types of Innovation, and seven types of innovation profiling: the innovation profiling framework. We have explained this research roadmap so that readers will know and understand the research process we are doing. It is very important because producing something must have a strong concept. What is produced can be more structured, systematic and on target in its application, especially smart city profiling.

Abstract

North Sumatra is the largest palm oil-producing province in Indonesia. The region of North Sumatra has an extensive area of oil palm plantations compared to other provinces in Indonesia. To produce a good clustering of oil palm production using the K-Means Clustering method, it is necessary to compare several calculation methods to find the shortest distance in K-Means Clustering. This study focuses on comparing Euclidean Distance with Manhattan Distance on K-Means Clustering. To determine the best method of calculating the shortest distance, the researchers looked for the smallest Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). The smallest DBI value is at k=2 0.145. The result of grouping oil palm production in Sumatra province with k=2 is the high group being Asahan, Langkat and North Labuhanbatu regencies, while 30 other regencies/cities are in the low group
