Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and determine the effect of world crude oil prices of the WTI type, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Dow Jones Industrial Average Index, and Nikkei 225 Index on the Composite Stock Price Index. The data collection technique in this study uses the Correction Model (ECM) method. The results of this study indicate that the application of the error correction model (ECM) that has been used can provide an explanation of the influence of world crude oil prices, exchange rates, inflation, Dow Jones Industrial Average, and Nikkei 225 Index on the Composite Stock Price Index. Overall in the long-term model the variable world crude oil prices, exchange rates, inflation, dow jones industrial average, and nikkei 225 index has a variation of 0.784464 or 78.44% able to simultaneously or together affect the value of the composite stock price index, while the remaining 21.56% is influenced by variables outside this variable. The short-term model has a negative and significant effect on the composite stock price index, this is indicated by a probability value that is less than the 5% significance value (0.0378 <0.05). Simultaneously the variable world crude oil prices, exchange rates, inflation, dow jones industrial average, and nikkei 225 index has a variation of 0.430077 or 43% where the variation in the development of up or down can jointly affect the value of the composite stock price index, while the remaining 57% is influenced by variables outside this research variable.

Abstract

This paper determines and analyzes related to the strategy for implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) on the Hamawas Toll Road, the General Civil Division (DSU) of PT Hutama Karya (Persero). The background to this strategy was determined by the inhibiting factors for BIM implementation, such as the quality of human resources (HR), implementation methods, and implementation costs. The analysis was carried out using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) way, which describes complex problems in a multi-level structure to the last level of the alternatives. Level 1 consists of inhibiting factors for BIM implementation. In contrast, level 2 is a sub-criteria of level 1 which consists of work culture, HR capabilities, BIM system implementation, CDE platform utilization, BIM system operating procedures, BIM software, and hardware costs.. The results of the study show that the best strategy based on level 1 is HR quality with a Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.02, level 2 is HR capability with a CR value of 0.02, and the alternative is to make BIM legality with a CR value of 0.02. The CR value is less than 0.1, so the data is valid and can be used.

Abstract

The construction industry shares about 13,4% of the world output in the business field. Subcontractor selection process will have a major effect on the performance results of a construction project. This study will focus on the subcontractor selection strategy to minimize subcontractor performance problems using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method assisted by expert choice software in PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur. AHP is widely used in construction management research because its permanent ability to deal with many types of decisions. There are five criteria used as research variables, namely price, administration, resources, performance and quality, and partnership strategy. The results showed that price is not the top priority in choosing subcontractors, but the top priorities are performance and Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE). The main sub-criteria on performance and QHSSE are work method and production capacity, this shows that the way of completion or work method and production capacity of equipment or supporting equipment of subcontractors in working on a project were the main priorities.

Abstract

This study aims to control the cotton combed 30s raw materials inventory in Kamal Convection MSMEs in Central Lombok using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) and POQ (Period Order Quantity) methods to minimize the total inventory cost. The EOQ and POQ methods are proposed as suggestions for the most optimal improvement of inventory control. The calculations using the company's method show that the purchased quantity of cotton combed 30s raw material supplies an average of 1.843 kg with a purchase frequency of 12 times a year, and a total inventory cost of Rp. 19.363.400. The proposed EOQ method reveals the quantity of inventory purchased is 3.463 kg with a purchase frequency of 6 times in one year, and the total inventory cost is Rp. 13.157.959. Meanwhile, the proposed POQ method indicates the quantity of inventory purchased is 11.059 kg with a purchase frequency of 2 times in one year, and the total inventory cost is Rp. 23.072.100. Based on the calculation results, the use of the EOQ method is the most optimal purchase of cotton combed 30s raw materials to reduce inventory costs. The difference in total inventory cost between the EOQ method and the proposed POQ method is Rp. 9.914.141. The total inventory cost difference between the EOQ and company methods is Rp. 6.205.441. Based on this analysis, controlling the inventory of raw material for cotton combed 30s at Kamal Convection is relatively ineffective. Based on the results of the calculation analysis using the EOQ method, it is the most optimal method for reducing the cost of supplying raw material for cotton combed 30s at Kamal Konveksi.

The sample size in this study was 232 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) 4.0 with outer model measurements: convergent validity, discriminant validity, reality test, and inner model measurement; Coefficient Determinant of (R2), Significance (t-value) and model fit test using R square, Q square, SRMR, Goodness of Fit Index. Results show that employees who are emotionally intelligent and able to regulate their expressions and feelings will increase the influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The paper establishes and analyzes research regarding community needs for the concept of rest areas on the Trans Sumatra Toll Road Section of Tebing Tinggi - Parapat. The background of the research is due to the fact that the current planning of rest areas is still not effective yet in concept and does not pay much attention to the commercial aspect. Even though with the optimal commercial side of the rest area, the cost of maintaining the rest area can be funded from the income earned. Thus, the Company does not need to incur additional costs for maintenance, considering the Company's financial burden due to the construction of JTTS which is not financially feasible. The analysis used in this study is the Analytic Network Process (ANP) Model which will later be divided into 3 clusters namely the destination cluster, the criteria cluster, and the alternative cluster. The objective cluster is the final goal to be achieved in this study. Cluster criteria is the assessment criteria used in this study based on analysis of existing benchmark rest areas, literature studies, and expert validation. Alternative cluster is development options obtained from the results of the highest and best use analysis.
