Abstract

This research discusses Islamic boarding schools in Bali with the focus of study on conflict resolution styles from an Islamic perspective, namely their main duties and functions as a blessing for all mankind. Islam is a religion of peace that provides protection and a sense of security for people to do things according to their respective beliefs. This view underlies the existence of Article 29 of the 1945 Constitution which requires mutual respect and appreciation between fellow human beings regardless of SARA background. Conflict resolution practices in Bali in the form of tolerant pesantren show an inclusive attitude towards the surrounding community, and vice versa, namely the openness of the Balinese people towards Islamic development. Islamic boarding schools in Bali are open and willing to accept differences as a necessity that cannot be contained. They view differences and diversity in religion as a human and Indonesian nature, so they must be accepted as historical facts. At the Istiqlal Islamic Boarding School in Buleleng and Bali Bina Insani Tabanan there are sixteen teachers who are Hindu and Buddhist. This phenomenon is interesting to study in depth considering the sharp horizontal conflict experience between Muslims and non-Muslims in Bali. This means that Islamic boarding schools have a unique experience in terms of resolving horizontal conflicts between Muslims and non-Muslims.schools in Bali are increasing both qualitatively and in number boarding

Abstract

Guidance Counseling is certainly needed for companies. This is as stated by Handoko (2000) counseling is a discussion of a problem with an employee with the main objective of helping the employee to handle the problem better. One of the services that can be used to improve employee performance is an individual counseling model with a contract technique behavior approach. Individual counseling is a counseling service performed by the counselor to the counselee to alleviate or solve a problem faced by the counselee. The purpose of this study was to determine whether individual counseling behavioral contracting techniques can improve employee performance in MR. DIY Sun East Mall Banyuwangi. This research was conducted to find out and explain that the application of individual counseling with a contract technique behavior approach can be applied to improve employee performance at MR.DIY Sun East Mall Banyuwangi. This research is a type of qualitative case study research. Data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation techniques. The subjects in this study were three people, namely IN, FP, and MWA who were employees of MR.DIY Sun East Mall Banyuwangi who experienced a decrease in performance. The results of this study individual counseling with a contract technique behavior approach succeeded in increasing the performance of IN, FP, and MWA subjects, seen from the results of the self-performance three subjectsThis was also expressed by the assistant branch manager of MR.DIY Sun East Mall Banyuwangi that individual counseling on behavioral contracting techniques can improve employee performance at MR. DIY Sun East Mall Banyuwangi

Abstract

Motivation comes from the word motive which can be interpreted as the driving force that exists within a person to carry out certain activities in order to achieve a goal. Motivation is the basic impulse that moves a person to act in achieving the desired goals. Motivation is a spirit that a person has in doing something for a specific purpose. Learning motivation is all the symptoms contained in the stimulation of action to generate, maintain and control the basic impulses in adolescents in achieving learning goals. Adolescents who have good learning motivation will be encouraged to do learning activities, but if they do not have motivation to learn, they will not do learning activities. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors affect the decline in learning motivation in adolescents during the pandemic and find out the results of the application of the token economy technique in increasing adolescent learning motivation during the pandemic. This research was conducted to prove that the application of the token economy technique can be applied to increase adolescent learning motivation during the pandemic. This research is a type of qualitative case study research, data collection is carried out by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The subjects in this study amounted to one person, namely teenagers from Dsn. Tamansuruh RT/03 RW/01 Ds. Bangorejo district. Bangorejo, Banyuwangi Regency, which experienced a decrease in learning motivation, so it was necessary to give a treatment in order to experience an increase in learning motivation. The results of this study indicate that adolescents experience a decrease in learning motivation because it is influenced by two factors, namely intrinsic factors or internal factors that have a desire to play online games, the second factor is extrinsic factors or factors that influence through outside one's self where adolescents are influenced by situations and learning conditions during the pandemic so that the two factors above affect adolescents experience a decrease in learning motivation, a decrease in learning motivation in adolescents is applied to a technique to increase learning motivation, namely the token economy technique, where after the application of this technique a significant change appears, namely getting used to learning activities even already become a daily routine, have a schedule of learning activities, in learning the subject is always consistent at the hours usually used for studying, namely 18.30 to 19.30, have other activities as a transition from playing online games, namely studying and playing. fishing, in playing games the subject spent less time than before the technique was applied, namely 5 to 8 hours per day

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and sexual harassment in grade VII students at SMPN 1 Sempu. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods. The subjects in this study were 60 students selected by random sampling technique. The results of this study showed a significant relationship between self-concept and sexual harassment. This can be seen from the results of the F test carried out, the F test results show that the significant value obtained is smaller than 0.05, (<0.01 < 0.05).
