Abstract

Kisaran City is one of the cities in North Sumatra Province, and Simalungun tourism object is a tourist destination located in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this paper is to determine the shortest path or alternative route from the town of Kisaran (the starting point) to one of the tourist objects in Simalungun which took 18 samples of tourist destinations. The method used in this proposed paper is the Djikstra method which is often used by researchers and academics to determine the shortest route or the fastest route on a journey (expedition). The research data used is only from the google map to calculate each route between cities to tourist objects in Simalungun district. The application used is a PHP web program to simulate the final display of the process of finding the shortest path. The results of this research are in the form of information so that the residents of Kisaran city will know better about the shortest and fastest route to get to tourist objects in Simalungun Regency.

Abstract

Data is a collection of important elements that are useful, such as images, sounds, text. Data is a component that is vulnerable to theft or wiretapping, especially if the data contains important and confidential matters. Many people who have an interest want to get data illegally without going through official procedures. Pin, Password, Account Number, or Credit Card Number are small pieces of data that are often misused by irresponsible individuals. This of course needs to be prevented so that incidents of data theft do not occur repeatedly. To facilitate the process of securing text so that it is not easily read by others so that the authenticity of the data is maintained. To protect information from those who are not entitled to access, an algorithm is used, namely the Pontifex algorithm in maintaining the confidentiality of the text message. Many data security techniques have been developed at this time, this certainly makes it easier for all parties to secure data. One that is widely used today is a computerized security system that can be used anytime and anywhere. This research uses Visual Basic 2008 tools in the process of safeguarding information from other parties who are not entitled to access it.

Hotels are services that are managed commercially in order to provide lodging facilities to the general public. Grand Antares Hotel is a 4 (four) star hotel or "The Best Four Star Hotel in Medan" whose existence describes it as a resting place. Hotel Grand Antares started operation on February 10, 2008 which has a hotel room capacity of 143 rooms. To provide good service to guests, the hotel has several departments that have duties and responsibilities for each department. One of the departments in the hotel is the housekeeping department, where the duties and responsibilities of the housekeeping department are the cleanliness of the entire public area of ??the hotel. Abstract

Human Resources Management is an important instrument for a company in achieving its goals. The use of an integrated information system is an important element for managing business processes in company management. ERP is an integrated information system that is meant in an effort to improve company quality. Especially for online news companies, conventional business process management can affect the quality of performance of the company itself. Focusing on the HRM of the company Berita Online, the study discusses the implementation of human resource management business processes using ERP software, namely Odoo. The research was conducted by analyzing existing business processes and then designing an integrated proposal system and then implementing it into Odoo. The modeling system is designed to optimize data management which is still being processed conventionally. Optimization in every business process improves the quality of security by setting user access rights and the accuracy of data obtained by real-time data transactions, as well as time efficiency, namely reducing the time duration required for recording and storing documents compared to manually.

Abstract

The use of technology is expected to provide great benefits to the competitive business world. Companies that are able to compete in this competition are companies that are able to implement technology into their companies. One type of technology implementation in terms of increasing business competition is to use an Enterprise Resource Planning, or ERP system, in which there are several modules, one of which is the accounting management module. Anton Aluminum is a business place that is engaged in the sale of household furniture such as cabinets made of aluminum. At the beginning of the business, the owner did the marketing of his goods by mouth, for now the sales system used by the company is still manual or written. The problem that occurs with Anton Aluminum is that there are often errors in data processing and the preparation of monthly reports still requires a lot of time and accuracy, resulting in frequent delays in presenting information. To solve this problem, we need an accounting management system. Where later it can process financial transaction data, present financial data reports including journal reports, ledger reports, trial balance reports and income statements. In building this application program, using PHP and Javascript as a programming language media and MySQL is used as database management. This system is expected to make it easier for Anton Aluminum to record transactions and financial reports.

Abstract

Plasma is the empowerment of land as simple as the community, plasma coconut plantation is an area of ??plasma developed by the nucleus company with plantation crops. In the early days of integrating large plantations with smallholder plantations (smallholders), the term used was Nurleus Estate Smallholder (NES), the term later changed to Inti Rakyat Perkebunan (PIR) company. The information system for plasma oil palm plantations is smallholder plantations, which in development are integrated into large private plantations. The state (PBSN) and large state plantations (PBN), because the skills of farmers are not smart, while the funds are funded by the government through banking in the form of credit. Oil palm plantations play an important role in the Indonesian economy and become the basis of life for some people. In the early stages of operationalization, the plasma oil palm plantations ran smoothly where each party was involved. Abstract

Along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology and information, the human need for information technology is also getting bigger. The development of information technology can improve performance and support various activities that can be carried out quickly, precisely and accurately, thereby increasing productivity. The role of information technology, which is a combination of communication technology and computer technology, is also indispensable for an institution to assist in carrying out its activities. Financial reports are one of the determinants of program management. The lack of understanding of the system for branch staff also made actual reporting difficult as staff had to do two jobs in two systems each month. With the existing problem, the existence of an information system in an organization will make it easier for staff in branches to report the results of their activities quickly without having to use two systems. Organizations should no longer go through the manual reporting process, because it takes time. ERP software helps organizations automate most of their activities, so that organizations can focus more on meeting activity demands and improving the quality of their flasks.

Abstract

The purpose of the application is to make it easy for PIC Kader Jkn in this case the Financial Staff in managing the achievements and performance of Jkn Cadres and Making Achievement Reports, Activities and Salary Reports of Jkn Cadres. The application is designed on a Web basis using the Codeigniter framework. The method used is by conducting a trial based on the From Checklist tested by the Finance Staff and the Head of the Finance Sector. The design method starts from the stage of data analysis, system design, program development, testing, implementation, evaluation. The result of the design is the Jkn Cadre Application at BPSJ Kesehatan Sampit Branch as the main theme. The conclusion of this thesis is that the JKN Cadre application can provide information about BPJS participants who have arrears in BPJS premium payments and provide information about the achievements and performance activities of JKN cadres.

Abstract

Determination of performance students requires a gradual process. To speed up the process of determining performance students, the Artificial Neural Network method was used. The method used is Backpropagation on student data on AMIK Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. This research produced five architectural models, they are 5-5-1, 5-6-1, 5-7-1, 5-8-1, 5-9-1 and 5-10-1 with models 5-5-1 the best in accelerating the process of determining performance students. So that this architectural model is best to be used to determine the better performance students
