Employee well-being is crucial to organizational success, particularly in public service sectors where job satisfaction and self-efficacy directly impact performance. This study explores the relationship between self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and employment status among personnel from a public social welfare agency. A total of 215 employees, including 31 permanent, 53 contractual, and 131 contract of service workers, were randomly selected for participation. Data were collected using the New General Self-Efficacy Scale (NGSE) and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). Findings revealed consistently high levels of self-efficacy and job satisfaction across employment types, with no significant statistical differences between groups. A positive correlation was identified between self-efficacy and job satisfaction, indicating that employees with greater belief in their capabilities experience higher job fulfillment. However, this relationship was weaker among contractual employees, likely due to job insecurity. Moreover, the study highlights the vital role of social services and camaraderie in boosting self-efficacy and satisfaction, particularly during times of crisis. These findings imply that the nature of public social workers' jobs, which include assisting disadvantaged populations and delivering necessary services, naturally raises their levels of self-efficacy and job satisfaction across all job categories.

This qualitative case study investigates the impact of informal learning experiences at a natural history museum on individuals' reasoning about evolution. Four Indonesian participants, aged 25-30, were interviewed about their understanding of evolutionary concepts after engaging in free-choice museum visits, while two did not visit the museum. Interviews were analyzed using a coding scheme to identify three reasoning patterns: Informed Naturalistic Reasoning (INR), Novice Naturalistic Reasoning (NNR), and Creationist Reasoning (CR). Findings reveal that museum-goers predominantly employed INR, demonstrating a clearer understanding of evolutionary concepts through gene mutation and inheritance, while non-museum-goers frequently used NNR and CR, reflecting intuitive and religious perspectives. The study highlights the museum's role in facilitating scientific understanding and suggests that informal learning environments can effectively complement formal education in fostering scientific literacy.

With job loyalty acting as an intervening variable, this study attempts to examine how workload and work engagement affect employee performance at PT Emsonic Indonesia. One of the most important elements in a company's success is employee performance, but a number of issues, including excessive workloads and subpar employee loyalty, can have an impact on overall performance. Using LISREL 8.80, the study methodology employs SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis to quantify both direct and indirect correlations between variables. This study used a questionnaire survey to gather data from PT Emsonic Indonesia employees who were chosen at random. The results showed that work engagement and workload significantly affected employee performance. Job loyalty did not significantly mediate the relationship between workload and performance, but it did mediate the association between work engagement and performance. These results indicate that in order to establish a work environment that fosters employee loyalty and enhances employee performance, PT Emsonic Indonesia must raise employee engagement and manage workload as efficiently as possible.

This study investigates the dual impact of online and offline service quality on customer satisfaction at Lapo Tuak, a traditional Batak eatery that integrates physical and digital services. Utilizing purposive sampling, data were collected from 150 respondents through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS for structural equation modeling. The findings demonstrate that both E-Service Quality and Service Quality significantly enhance customer satisfaction, emphasizing their critical roles in fostering loyalty and repeat business. While offline interactions remain essential for building trust, the growing significance of convenient digital services, such as smooth ordering and timely delivery, cannot be overlooked. Therefore, Lapo Tuak should focus on enhancing its digital platforms while maintaining strong offline service to improve customer experiences. From a marketing perspective, promoting the ease and reliability of online delivery alongside exceptional offline service can strengthen customer loyalty and broaden the business's digital presence. This research contributes valuable insights for SMEs in the culinary sector, highlighting the importance of service quality in achieving long-term sustainability in an increasingly competitive market.
