Abstract

Business dynamics progress shows some data that lead to more riba for businessmen, even though this advancement succeeds the nation's economic development, but the illegality of riba is undeniable based on several verses in the Qur’an. This research aims to grasp four Madzhab Fiqh (Islamic law ideology) perspectives, particularly about the essence of illat ribawi wealth and the effect of its different views on riba transactions in Islamic economics. Library research is applied through this paper as a documentary is used for data collection while a content analysis technique is taken to analyze it. The paper results showed that there are various Islamic scholar’s perspectives about illat-ribawi on gold and silver which are classified as scale, ghalabah tsamaniyyah, and muthlaqutssamaniyyah. This article concludes that all of the Islamic law scholars agree that riba category works on six things which mentioned by the prophet’s tradition with different opinions about the illat.

Abstract

Service quality is an important factor in the retail business, and is something consumers pay attention to when making decisions. Several factors can influence the purchasing decision in terms of the quality of the service. The success of a retail business is to provide satisfaction to customers associated with an assessment of service quality. By using service quality analysis in the retail business at Alfamart Maesan, the researchers obtained the following results. Service quality plays an important role in building customer satisfaction in a company, service is the spearhead of a service company that will deal directly with consumers or customers. Corporate image is one of the things that needs to be considered in a company, a company must be able to instill a positive image for the company and must also have the ability to assist companies in understanding that customers are important assets that must be maintained and maintained. This method uses a qualitative analysis approach to service quality in the retail business at Alfamaret Maesan.

Abstract

Leadership style is the norm of behavior used by a person when he tries to influence the behavior of others. The leadership style will be suitable if the company's goals have been communicated and employees have accepted them. A leader must apply a leadership style to manage employees because it will greatly affect the success of the organization in achieving its goals. Leaders should listen to ideas from employees before making decisions. The appropriate leadership style will motivate a person to achieve. Success or failure in employee performance can be influenced by the manager's leadership style. This study aims to describe the leadership style in improving employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Micro Banking Cluster Jember 1. This study uses the observation method, namely going directly to Bank Mandiri micro banking cluster Jember 1 to obtain accurate information. Data collection techniques using data triangulation, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Abstract

Marketing is often also identified with Marketing is also synonymous with products that are full of promising deals but Tested whether this product is in accordance or not with what has been marketed. It is mandatory to prove by sharia sales management that the product is a product that does not manipulate. Because in sharia sales, good behavior is an important point that is marketed. This is what conventional sales often do not do, because the products marketed do not meet expectations. The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy of Islamic banks, so that people can use Islamic bank products.

Abstract

The Islamic capital market is a capital market whose activities are based on sharia principles. In the Islamic capital market, there is a dimension which explains the description contained in the Islamic capital market, both regarding the operational system on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and the regulations that apply to the capital market. There are differences in the Islamic capital market when compared to conventional capital markets. The difference can be seen in terms of the concepts applied to both. The Islamic capital market also provides an opportunity for investors to invest in accordance with Islamic principles. The focus of writing this article is as a means to provide knowledge for readers, especially for potential new investors so they can find out what is contained in the Islamic capital market. The method used in this writing is descriptive qualitative method using reference sources as a writing reference. The results or conclusions of this article are that understanding the aspects contained in the Islamic capital market can provide insight and knowledge for investors and the Islamic capital market can be an option for investors, especially Muslim investors, to invest in the Islamic capital market.
