Abstract

This study aims to map the distribution of Rabbit Garden Tourism Objects, Durian Farm and Stable Valley, Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman, Gita Persada Butterfly Park, Rainbow Slide, Camp 91, Kampoeng Vietnam, Paraduta Hill, Curved Sky II, Kemiling Hill Permai Housing Complex Valley Tourism Park, Star Hill, Betung Garden, Pelangi Valley, Vietnam Cliff, and Nature Gate in the Kemiling District of Bandar Lampung City by using WebGIS as a web. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection technique is observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are webguard-based tourist maps, contain information: accessibility, facilities, infrastructure, appeal, security and comfort and users by using quantumGIS, plugins QGIS12Web, leaflet and github as a webhositing. Validity test scores for SIG (System Information Geography) (3,36), pragmatic (3,54), and user (3,72). This means that webGIS gate value with the good category of each expert, which also revision. However, the revision has been repaired by the researcher. The results of the usability test results are 80,46%. This means that webGIS is included in the proper category and has fulfilled usability testing criteria and can be used by users effectively, efficiently and gives the user to use it.

Abstract

Families who live in densely populated settlements or in areas that are vulnerable to various problems, including economic, educational, health and other social problems, are unable to carry out their roles and functions properly. People in Kampung Rawa often depend on government assistance to fulfill their basic needs to maintain their economic resilience, which is also related to their social and psychological resilience. This tends to create dependency that inhibits individual and family initiatives to be independent. This study aims to determine the relationship between housing density and family resilience in densely populated urban areas. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method, with a correlation approach. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Data collection used cluster sampling technique with 476 housewives in RW 2, Kampung Rawa Village, Central Jakarta. Research data collection from March 2024 to September 2024. The prerequisite test data analysis technique uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and hypothesis testing using the Person Product Moment Correlation Coefficient Test and the t test. The results showed that the value of r = 0.007 means that it has a very weak relationship or H0 is accepted. This means that there is no relationship between residential density and family resilience in urban densely populated areas in the kampung rawa urban village of Central Jakarta. The implication of this research is that by paying attention to residential capacity, families can create a more comfortable and healthy environment. Families who prioritize wise family planning can minimize the risk of overcrowding that can cause various problems, both physical and psychological. Keywords: Occupancy; Density; Population; Family Resilience.

Abstract

Human activities alter the Earth's morphology into anthropogenic landforms, both in urban and rural areas, including Desa Parangtritis. These interventions create new characteristics in the landscape, such as pseudourban formations on plains and morphological changes in hills, posing environmental risks if not managed properly. This study uses a comparative descriptive spatial analysis method, comparing variations between anthropogenic and natural landforms. Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data and orthophoto were utilized to delineate and identify anthropogenic landforms. The results indicate that the hillsides in Desa Parangtritis are divided into structural and solutional landforms, each with varying levels of human intervention. The solutional landform falls under a "Slightly Modified Landscape" phase, while the structural landform has undergone significant anthropogenic intervention. Agrogenic land use dominates, with mixed gardens and fields as primary uses, while urbanogenic and traffic interventions are closely related to infrastructure development. The transformation of hills into anthropogenic landforms in Parangtritis reveals a strong human influence, not only forming pseudoterraces for agriculture but also altering land configuration through excavation and leveling, thus placing it in a "semi-natural landscape" phase. These interventions increase the risks of erosion and landslides and reduce infiltration capacity. The study demonstrates that landform changes due to anthropogenic intervention in the hills of Desa Parangtritis require careful conservation planning to protect the environment and minimize the negative impacts of human activities in the area.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the level of slum conditions in Cengkareng Subdistrict and identify suitable upgrading alternatives to address the situation. The assessment method used is scoring/weighting based on the Guidelines for PU Cipta Karya to measure the level of slum conditions, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine slum upgrading. This strategy is based on best practices taken from the Book of CODI updates with a focus on Community Upgrading Projects published by the Community Organizations Development Institute in Thailand. The study results indicate that there are three levels of slum conditions in Cengkareng Subdistrict, namely, light, moderate, and severe slums. For alternative rejuvenation strategies, on-site upgrading is chosen for low and moderate slum levels, while on-site reblocking is selected for areas with a very severe slum condition.
