Abstract

A sales information system is a system that provides information services that can make it easier to create sales transaction data, product data and customer data. In this case, the Jati Aisyah Furniture Store was used as a place for research because the sales system is still manual so errors often occur. The aim of the research is to build a sales information system to help shop owners make sales so that they can develop and be better in the future. The method used by the author is the FAST method, the data collection method used is primary and secondary data, the software used is Windows 10 Home, Visual Studio Code, and Xampp as database storage media

Abstract

A typical prebumugift shop is a typical prabumufood shop of the prabumucities whose sales are still manual and the many buyers still haven't known of the pre-duduble gift shop. This research is aimed at designing and developing service systems. The advanced application development method consists of the requireplanning, the design and application process. The language phpmysql is a baseline optioning that allows for select data or data entry that might be easily worked on automatically.

Abstract

The Mandeh Tourism Area, located in Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra, is a leading destination with significant potential in the marine tourism sector. Often referred to as the "Raja Ampat of West Sumatra," this area offers clusters of exotic islands, clear waters, and rich underwater biodiversity that attract both domestic and international tourists. In 2023, the number of tourist visits exceeded two million, reflecting strong interest and the potential for tourism service development. However, the absence of an integrated digital information system remains a barrier to optimizing tourism services. To address this issue, the development of a web-based tourism information system using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach is proposed as a strategic solution. UCD emphasizes user involvement throughout the design process, from needs analysis to system testing, to enhance information accessibility, user experience, and the competitiveness of the tourism destination. The implementation of this system is expected to support sustainable tourism growth and strengthen the local economy.

Abstract

A research paper is one of the types of scientific works created by academics to demonstrate their level of expertise in a field. Since a research paper is a scientific work, its writing must be accurate in terms of knowledge and language. Errors in writing scientific works, especially research papers, often occur, and sometimes due to the large number of words in the paper, authors often have difficulty finding writing errors. Based on this problem, an application is needed to find writing errors in a research paper. In searching for incorrect words, a word matching process will be performed between the paper and a dataset, where the dataset will be in JSON format to facilitate the search process. After matching the words from the document and the dataset, words that are different from those in the dataset will be obtained, and then a matching process between the incorrect words and the words in the dataset will be conducted using the Jaro-Winkler Distance method to match the words and evaluate their similarity. The words in the dataset will be derived from the KBBI (Great Dictionary of the Indonesian Language) as a reference for Indonesian words. The application to be developed will use the Android Studio software, which is useful for creating mobile-based applications. The Jaro-Winkler Distance method has a high level of accuracy and precision, around 80.6%. This level of accuracy and precision indicates that the Jaro-Winkler Distance method is quite suitable for use in providing suggestions for incorrectly spelled words or typographical errors.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the problems faced by all countries, especially developing countries like Indonesia. A study was conducted using the Naive Bayes method to determine the extent of poverty in Kemang Bejalu Village. The Naive Bayes method is used to classify data and calculate the probability of poverty based on certain factors. This research aims to determine whether the accuracy of the results of the Naive Bayes method can be used to predict poverty rates. Calculation of the confusion matrix obtained an accuracy of 86% from 258 data for 3 variables, while in testing the new test data, an accuracy of 90% was obtained using the same variables (i.e., dependents, work, and income). Based on population data for 2022 where, as many as 33% of poor families are able, while as many as 67% of capable families are used to produce a poverty rate of 76% of capable families and 24% of incapable families with a test size of 0.4.

Abstract

Chatbot Questions and Answer (Q&A) has become a very important tool for companies to provide fast and effective customer support and service. However, the main challenge in the development of Chatbot Q&A is to ensure that the chatbot can understand the user's natural language and provide the right answers. In this research, Text Mining and Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods are applied to the Q&A Chatbot for PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra region with the aim of improving the chatbot's ability to understand customer questions and provide accurate answers. The application designed in this study uses the software development method, namely the Rational Unified Process (RUP) model and is implemented into the Android operating system. As for testing using the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) calculation. The accuracy of the test is indicated by the RMSE results having a small value (close to zero). From the results of testing sample data of 20 questions, the RMSE calculation value is 0.10, so it can be concluded that the prediction accuracy level in the text mining process in the application is very good (RMSE is close to 0). The result of this research is a tool in the form of an interactive information question and answer application like a discussion model and can use everyday language

Abstract

Teknologi informasi merupakan faktor yang sangat mendukung penerapan sistem informasi, berperan sebagai agen dan solusi manajerial terhadap permasalahan manajemen dan akuntansi yang muncul dalam praktiknya. Teknologi informasi suatu organisasi terdiri dari perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, peralatan telekomunikasi, manajemen basis data, dan teknologi lainnya yang digunakan untuk menyimpan data dan menyajikan data tersebut dalam bentuk informasi kepada pengambil keputusan. Desa merupakan suatu organisasi kemasyarakatan setempat yang mempunyai batas wilayah, jumlah penduduk tertentu, dan adat istiadat yang bersifat swakelola. Menurut data yang diperoleh PBDT Desa Bojong Cideres dari tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2019, terdapat kurang lebih 768 warga miskin, mulai dari tempat tinggal, jumlah tanggungan keluarga bagi yang sudah menikah, pekerjaan, Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat memperlancar proses pendataan masyarakat miskin di desa Bojong Cideres agar bantuan dapat tepat sasaran, sehingga perlu adanya perancangan sistem pendukung berbasis web.

Abstract

Inventory recording is very important for business actors, not only for large companies but also for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Inventory Management System Audit is an evaluation process. Comprehensive recording of incoming and outgoing goods can reduce errors, streamline work processes, and make subsequent investment decisions easier. However, due to limited human resources in the field of information technology, MSMEs sometimes still record manually. RUMAH CANTIK JIHAN Store, which is an MSME that provides various kinds of household appliances, also experiences this problem. Business owners need help to monitor the turnover of incoming and outgoing goods transactions. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience in the process of incoming and outgoing goods transactions, facilitate the processing of incoming and outgoing goods transaction data, minimize errors in recording transaction data. The purpose of this study resulted in several uses consisting of using the approach method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The analysis tools used are Use case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram. The method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), because each process is clearly defined and easy to understand. The results of the study showed that this system functions well, speeds up employees in recording transactions of incoming and outgoing goods, and makes it easier for owners to monitor business activities and allocate funds appropriately for the procurement of new goods.
