Abstract

This research aims to develop a temperature and humidity monitoring system for the server room at the Palembang Industrial Standardization and Services Center (BSPJI) using an Android-based microcontroller. This system monitors server room environmental conditions in real-time to maintain equipment performance and reliability. The microcontroller integrated with the Android application can collect temperature and humidity data using appropriate sensors, which can be accessed and analyzed remotely via the Android application. Temperature and humidity measurement results can also be forwarded via in-app notifications to notify users of abnormal conditions. This research combines microcontroller technology, environmental sensors, and Android applications to provide a monitoring solution that is effective and responsive to environmental changes in the server room. Hopefully, this system can help maintain server stability and performance at BSPJI more efficiently

Abstract

A signature is a person's identity. This makes the existence of a signature necessary, usually taken from the name of a person or other style. Making signatures should not be changed because it will greatly affect the inauthenticity of identity, which is considered to be able to forge an important document and make transactions. Signature verification is mainly done manually, namely by comparing using the sense of sight, which still allows fraud to prevent signature forgery problems. It takes software that can perform original signature recognition to minimize fraud. This research built a signature recognition software that was done offline. The data used in this study were 144 signature images of lecturers at the computer science faculty, Universitas Indo Global Mandiri. The software implements a Deep Learning system by using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. The CNN model is built with Python programming language and consists of a convolution, pooling, and fully connected layer. The research began with the preprocessing stage, followed by the construction of the CNN model and software testing. The input in this application is a signature image taken using a scanner. The output is in the form of the name of the signature owner and the accuracy of the match between the real and fake signatures. From the research that has been done, it got an accuracy value of 89.65% and a loss of 0.6018

Abstract

The storage system that occurs in the Cooperative Office is still reasonably conventional. It is proven that storing and sharing files among employees still use Flash; it becomes a problem if the Flash occurs error / corrupt file then the stored file will be lost, and also vulnerable to viruses if the Flash is often connected to a computer then it takes a media/system that can store, share, or become a data center at the Cooperative Office. So, with this, the author has the idea to design private cloud storage using IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service). The test results show that the cloud storage system works well and is responsive. There are no significant lags in accessing the system, and the data transfer rate when saving files or sharing between employees is also satisfactory. The use of the cloud storage system also proved easy and intuitive for the staff and employees who took part in the trial. Implementing the Cloud Storage system at the cooperative and SME Office of South Sumatra province has successfully made centralized data storage for staff and employees in the environment. With this system, all personal and work-related data and Office archives can be accessed and stored efficiently

Abstract

Emotion detection through human facial expressions plays an important role in various fields, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, and artificial intelligence. This thesis describes the implementation of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for emotion detection system based on human facial expressions, with an Android application as the user interface. The dataset used to train the CNN model consists of fer2013 and muxspace, which includes thousands of human facial images with various expressions. The system development includes data preprocessing, CNN model training, model evaluation and optimization, and integration with the Android application. The results show that the generated model is capable of accurately identifying emotions from human facial expressions in realtime and can be used in various practical applications.

Abstract

CapCut, a highly popular video editing tool, boasts millions of users worldwide across various age groups. Posting reviews on the Google Play Store can provide valuable insights into this application. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of three classification algorithms Random Forest, Naïve Bayes, and Support Vector Machine in performing sentiment analysis on Google Play Store reviews of the CapCut application. User reviews are identified and categorized into positive, negative, and neutral labels using sentiment analysis methods. A total of three thousand user review datasets were employed in this investigation. The research procedure involved data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training. The results show that the Random Forest classification method achieved 83% accuracy, the Naïve Bayes method 70% accuracy, and the Support Vector Machine method 86% accuracy, indicating user sentiment towards the CapCut application. With an accuracy of 0.86, the SVM algorithm is found to yield the best results

Abstract

In today's information technology era, the world of digital information technology has proliferated, so the use of information technology has undoubtedly increased. This study uses the PIECES method to analyze user satisfaction with the Bri Mobile application. The problems users are still experiencing include many issues, such as complaining about the inability to log in, having difficulty accessing several available menus, often experiencing errors, and being unable to make transactions. Hence, these problems make users less likely to use the Bri Mobile application. The PIECES method measures user satisfaction with the BRI Mobile application using 6 variables: performance, information, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. the results of the validity and reliability tests are declared valid if they are greater than the r table, which is 0.133. Based on the Likert scale calculation results on all variables, an average of 99.1%.

Abstract

One form of technology that can be utilized in libraries is the e-library information system. An e-library information system is used to organize book collections so that they are neater, safer, easier to manage, and can be re accessed. At the SMA Negeri 1 Lubai Library, the process of accessing books is still manually, namely by searching for and reading books available in the SMA Negeri 1 Lubai Library. Researchers used qualitative descriptive methods to collect data, including direct observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. So, the data obtained shows that having no access makes it easier for students to read books online. The results of this research are a web-based e-library information system design expected to help resolve the obstacles that occur. Using an e-library information system can help library staff and students obtain and manage book collections carefully, precisely, and in a faster time. The Model View Controller (MVC) method is used with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling tools to design this system. This system was created using the PHP language and MySQL database server.

Abstract

As time passes, technological progress develops very rapidly and has a significant impact in various fields, one of which is education. Education is a learning process obtained by every human being, in this case, students; the aim is to make students understand, comprehend, and think more critically. Education can be formulated as guidance for human growth from birth until physical and spiritual maturity is achieved in the interaction of nature and the social environment. Education is a continuous process, it does not stop. Education is the most important thing in our lives because, with education, humans can be helped to survive and solve problems. And being an educated person is very important. The first education we get is from the family, school, and community environments. Early childhood is a golden age for children to accept and capture new things. The method used by researchers in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This research aims to build an educational game application that young children can implement. The design and development of this application helps children aged 3-5 years to better understand material about recognizing letters, numbers, fruit, animal colors, shapes and vehicles. It also optimizes the function of Android devices owned by parents to serve as educational tools for their children
