Abstract

Aksara Bugis merupakan warisan berharga leluhur Suku Bugis yang perlu dilestarikan keberadaannya. Melalui pengembangan sebuah software dengan menerapkan algoritma particle swarm optimization pada segmentasi citra pengenalan aksara Bugis. Penulis berharap mempermudah melakukan proses analisis pengenalan aksara Bugis terutama bagi kalangan remaja yang kini tidak bnyak mengetahuinya. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) merupakan salah satu metode clustering yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan proses segmentasi citra digital terutama pada segmentasi karakter aksara Bugis. Hasil penelitian ini mempermudah dalam melakukan analisis segmentasi citra digital pada aksara Bugis menggunakan metode Particle Swarm Optimization. Sehingg, dengan menggukan bantuan software tersebut mampu mengenali aksara Bugis dalam bentuk karakter, kata dan teks dengan tingkat akurasi tertentu menggukan bahasa pemprograman tingkat tinggi yaitu MATLAB untuk membantu membuat pengenalan huruf Bugis lebih efektif.

Abstract

The Mini Market Palm Mart, which can be a market for sellers, is addressed in Housing Ogan Permata Indah, Jalan Opi Raya, Jakarta, Palembang. Palm Mart has 6 employees, where they have their respective roles, namely a cashier, 2 shopkeepers and arranging items at the Palm mart and 2 warehouse guards and 1 administration. From year to year, Palm Mart mini-market stores have experienced an increase but it is very limiting for sellers to place their merchandise in Palm Mart Stores, thus impacting on the amount of data processed and the quality of service to consumers. The solution to the problems that exist in Palm Mart Stores is by creating a multi-tiered sales information system to help employees at the Palm Mart. At this writing the author uses descriptive research methods and uses the method of developing the waterfall system and uses Unified Modelling Language analysis.

Abstract

Knowledge pada era informasi ini sangat penting bagi perusahaan Pada Administrasi rumah sakit muhammadiyah Palembang ini memiliki asset pengetahuan yang penting yaitu tacit knowledge dan explicit knowledge. Namun sayang, Knowledge Sharing yang ada di rumah sakit muhammadiyah Palembang ini belum berjalan dengan baik dimana tacit knowledge hanya dimiliki oleh karyawan tertentu, dan explicit knowledge seperti dokumen yang tersimpan di berbagai tempat penyimpanan. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu membangun KMS bagian administrasi pelayanan di rumah sakit muhammadiyah Palembang. KMS pada bagian administrasi ini diperlukan untuk berbagi informasi dan sebagai referensi bagi para karyawan yang membutuhkan Aplikasi KMS yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML 5 dan basis data MySQL. Serta dengan menggunakan metode the 10-step knowledge management roadmap. Aplikasi KMS yang dibangun dapat membantu rumah sakit muhammadiyah dalam mengumpulkan pengetahuan tersebut kedalam suatu wadah, sehingga tidak akan kehilangan pengetahuan yang dimiliki karyawan dibagian administrasi.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan merupakan bagian kunci dari eksekutif, manajer, pegawai, dan setiap manusia dalam kehidupan tak terkecuali dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk kenaikan jabatan pada suatu perusahaan. Banyaknya calon pegawai serta beragamnya kriteria yang harus dipenuhi seringkali membuat pimpinan kesulitan dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan memilih pegawai pada PT. TNS. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penerimaan pegawai PT.TNS yang menerapkan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Adapun tahapan dalam ANP ini yaitu dengan membuat matriks perbandingan berpasangan, menentukan nilai eigen vector, mengukur konsistensi serta membuat limiting supermatriks untuk menentukan bobot akhir dari kriteria dan subkriteria. Hasil dari perhitungan bobot kriteria dan nilai pada setiap tes yang dilakukan akan diakumulasi sehingga akan menghasilkan peringkat dari beberapa alternatif calon pegawai, hasil tersebutdigunakan untuk membantu manajer dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 10 pegawai sebagai sample setelah dilakukan perbandingan perhitungan secara manual dan penerapan metode Analytical Network Process.

Abstract

Nazwa Fashion Boutique Shop is a shop that sells various kinds of women's fashion such as clothes, pants, skirts and hijab clothing with various brands and prices. The Nazwa Fashion Boutique Shop is located at Jalan D.I Panjaiatan No.1 Kelurahan 16 ULU Kec. SU2 RT.32 RW.10 which has been established since 2013 or less than 5 years. During the sales process at the Nazwa Boutique Shop Mode is still done manually, ie prospective buyers come directly at the Nazwa Mode Boutique Shop to buy products Clothing available on the storefront store. This is less effective because consumers incur considerable costs. To overcome this problem, the author tries to provide a solution to build media sales transactions online, the online sales transaction media is to build an E-Commerce website using the Basket Market Analysis method as one of the media for sales and promotions that is useful to help companies market the products it sells and is targeted to manage again get income and increase the stock of goods in the warehouse. In addition, the existence of online transactions can make it easier for consumers to choose and order products they want so they can increase company profits.

Abstract

The development of information technology today has experienced very rapid growth. One of the developments in information technology, namely social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube, are some of the most popular communication media in today's society. Twitter is often used to express emotions about something, either praising or criticizing in the form of emotion. Human emotions can be categorized into five basic emotions, namely love, joy, sadness, anger, and fear. Twitter users' emotional tweets can be known as opinion or sentiment analysis (opinion analysis or sentiment analysis). Sentiment analysis is also carried out to see opinions or tendencies towards a problem or policy, whether they tend to have negative or positive opinions. The COVID-19 vaccine has become one of the discussions with a fairly high intensity on social media. Vaccine-related tweets have increased as government policies evolve. The responses of netizens also varied, ranging from clinical trials of vaccines, free vaccines, vaccine effectiveness, halal vaccines, to the implementation of vaccinations. This research produces a system that can analyze tweet sentiment related to the covid 19 vaccine in Indonesia where the tweet is obtained using the Twitter API. This system uses the Multinominal Naive Bayes method for the classification process.

Abstract

The development of an era that is increasingly sophisticated makes us have to keep up with the times, especially since we will enter the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, where almost all activities use technological systems that help and facilitate people in everyday life. Likewise with an educational institution that must keep up with the current developments. There are so many technological systems that have emerged today and one of the systems is Blockchain. Blockchain is a technology system for recording digital transaction data that is connected through cryptography managed by a group of computers, Blockchain is very helpful because transactions are made easier because they no longer require intermediaries. Looking at the Blockchain itself, it feels quite right to be applied on campus, because one of the advantages of Blockchain is that it is transparent, where every data transaction is carried out without the intervention of others without third parties, this technology is easy to cost, low cost and fast transactions.

Abstract

An android-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system. Registration for a comprehensive exam is a requirement that must be done by students to conduct a comprehensive trial. The problems of this research are (1) How to design a comprehensive online registration information system based on Android? (2) How to make a comprehensive online registration information system application. The objectives of this study are (1) to produce a comprehensive online registration information system design (2) to produce an android-based comprehensive registration information system application. A website-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system to improve services in comprehensive registration. This system is built using the Model Prototype methodology, modeling Unified Modeling Language, Java programming language, Android Studio framework, and SMBD MySQL. This research resulted in the application of an Android-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system that can be utilized by the Bina Darma University in the process of students who will carry out a comprehensive trial.

Abstract

Game is one of the rapidly growing industries in everyday life. Currently the game is very popular in all circles, both among children, teenagers and adults. However, there are still many games that only prioritize addictive elements and ignore educational elements. Therefore, here the author will build a game that has an educational element as a learning medium. This study will apply AI to an early childhood educational game through a heuristic semilarity approach to the habits of early childhood in answering questions such as equating in everyday life. This research will produce a game that can improve intelligence, creativity and memory at an early age such as guessing pictures, counting and arranging words randomly.

Abstract

Information is a very valuable asset for a university institution. Utilization of information technology offers various conveniences in obtaining the information needed. Good information management can make universities have good managerial skills. protecting information security means that it also requires efforts to pay attention to the security factors of all supporting assets such as networks, as well as other facilities that are directly or indirectly related to the process of organizing information. Bina Darma University is an institution that is engaged in the field of education and science, which has a vision that is to become an International Standard University Based on Information Technology By 2025, to realize this there are several efforts prepared, one of which is to improve information security by implementing the ISO 27001 certification process. :2013. So in the context of Bina Darma University will implement ISO 27001: 2013. Using the method of Applied Research (applied research) the author took the initiative to conduct research with the title ANALYSIS OF INFORMATION SECURITY USING OUR INDEX TOOLS 4.1 So as to produce Knowing the maturity level of information security with a status of Inappropriate, Needs improvement , Enough and Good at Bina Darma University.
