Abstract

The subject scheduling information system is one way to overcome the optimization problem determined by the institution where the schedule is used, namely at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency, South Sumatra Province. The software was tested on several different data groups using the genetic algorithm method. The results obtained are helping to arrange automatic scheduling of subject scheduling. Based on the test results of the subject scheduling information system software at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi using the Black box and the usability of the overall test summary results are said to be good. So that with the subject scheduling system at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi, Empat Lawang Regency, South Sumatra Province, it can be more efficient and even better in compiling subject schedules. Abstract

Bina Darma University is one of the private universities located in the city of Palembang. In providing information about the institution, Bina Darma University has used several methods, including websites, brochures, TV streaming, radio and social media such as Instagram and Facebok. However, from several existing media, it turns out that it still doesn't provide information about the location of the room and also the places around the campus. In this case, researchers are interested in making an information media application to introduce the area around the campus by using virtual tour technology with Android-based mobile technology with an offline system so that it will be easier, because it can be accessed using smartphones or other android-based gadgets without a connection. Internet. The applications used in the manufacture of Andoid applications are Unity 3D. Abstract

ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN SURAT MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION ABSTRAK Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna Sistem Informasi Manajemen Surat yang ada di pengadilan Negeri Kota Lubuklinggau. Pengadilan Negeri Kota Lubuklinggau meluncurkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Surat yang merupakan inovasi sendiri dari pegawai kantor Pengadilan Negeri Kota Lubuklinggau untuk mempermudah pengelolaan surat, baik itu surat masuk, surat keluar, disposisi surat dan arsip. Penelitian ini menggunakan Model End User Computing Satisfaction, yang memiliki 5 variabel yaitu Isi (Content), Akurasi (Accuracy), Bentuk (Format), Kemudahan Pengguna (Ease to Use), dan Ketepatan Waktu (Timeliness) sebagai variabel independen dan kepuasan sebagai variabel dependen. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepuasan pengguna apabila diukur dengan variabel EUCS adalah sebesar 3,8 sehingga dapat dikatakan pada kategori baik dan semua variabel yaitu content, accuracy, format, easy to use dan timelines mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna. Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly. Computer technology is equipment that was created to facilitate human work, is currently making progress both in making hardware and software. CV. Win Motor is a company engaged in the sale of Second Motorcycles. Existing system in Cv. Win Motor is still carried out conventionally, starting from recording motor unit data, sales transactions, to making reports. So that store performance is ineffective and inefficient and allows errors in recording, especially when making reports. Therefore it requires the existence of an information system that supports and facilitates employees in carrying out their work, especially in sales activities every day. For this reason the author tries to make the Final Project on making a sales system on Cv. Win Motor which until now has not been computerized. The method used in making software, this design system uses the SDLC model of a waterfall. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company, as well as with a computerized system can achieve an effective and efficient activity in supporting activities in this company.

Abstract

PT. XYZ, which is engaged in the manufacture of furniture and furniture components, was established in 2006. PT XYZ in carrying out its production uses production machines that are integrated with Information Systems. In every business process carried out by PT. XYZ requires IS/IT that supports every activity it carries out. PT XYZ uses production machines that are quite old. Conditions that occur at PT. XYZ can be explained in more detail using a risk management approach. The purpose of risk management is to manage existing risks based on the ISO 31000 standard so that the company gets optimal results.

Abstract

Bima merupakan singkatan dari Basis Informasi Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Sehingga saat ini belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap performace website tersebut. Memudahkan untuk mengetahui informasi website yang bertujuan untuk dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan suatu pengukuran kegunaan website untuk mengirim usulan, melaporkan progres kegiatan, dan hasil kegiatan penelitian berbasis online. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendapatkan nilai kepuasan pengguna dan mendapatkan hasil dari kuesioner yang mempengaruhi kinerja website bima kemendikbud mengukur performance website bima kemendikbud dilakukan dengan menganalisis performance website, interaksi dan pengguna website terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Analisis performance website ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data dengan hasil kepuasan pengguna. Kemudian analisis website Metode System Usability Scale dengan menyiapkan kuisioner berdasarkan dimensi dari System Usability Scale untuk menunjang penelitian. Penelitian melakukan obervasi, studi literatur dan survei sebagai pengumpulan data yang paling berpengaruh dalam pembentukan kepuasan performance website bagi pengguna bima kemendikbud adalah informasi yang diberikan.

Abstract

The exchange of information with technology makes the teaching and learning process easier. At Muhammdiyah University Palembang (UMP) has created a web called E-learning to facilitate students as an online learning tool and send assignments in the form of document and video files, research and knowledge that provides facilities and services that can be utilized for UMP students. This study aims to measure the level of satisfaction of E-Learning users as supporters in the learning process at UMP tertiary institutions. The method used for this study uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, where this method has 10 questions and 5 Usability Testing variables. After testing 85 UMP students of the Faculty of Law, the results according to the SUS scale have an average value of: 71.6. This result is included in the Acceptable category with Grade C and it can be said that UMP E-learning is good in terms of use and has an above average score. Abstract

In the current era of globalization, where everything is required to be fast-paced, so time is a very valuable thing. Using time properly and correctly will certainly improve business performance, therefore management is needed that can help minimize inefficient use of time. The flamboyant pempek shop has not used a computer application that can assist in sales transactions. The customers of the flamboyant pempek shop are residents around the city of palembang, with the development of technology, palembang pempek as a special food, began to be attracted by many people outside the city of Palembang. So the researchers took the initiative to develop a mobile-based system at the flamboyant pempek shop. The methodology used to design this system is Extreme Programming. The use of the up-selling method in programming is used to increase and facilitate sales of the flamboyant pempek shop. The final result of this research is a web-based application

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 pandemic occurred in Indonesia, the government has made new innovations in the field of technology to help the government and society monitor the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia. This innovation is the PeduliLindungi application, which has tracking and other features that people always use. The influence of PeduliLindungi has become an obligation for the Indonesian people, but since the endemic, the PeduliLindungi application has changed to the SatuSehat application which functions to integrate Indonesian people's health data. The change in the application from PeduliLindungi to SatuSehat reduced the level of application usage, so this research aims to determine the enthusiasm of the public in using the SatuSehat application as a health platform provided by the government in Indonesia. The research was carried out by predicting the number of users of the SatuSehat application based on user data from October 2022 to February 2023. The forecasted data determined the number of users in the next seven months. The research used the Time Series method with a Single Moving Average (SMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES). The research results are in the form of forecasting calculations used to determine the level of enthusiasm of the community in accepting and using the SatuSehat application. After calculations, it was discovered that the research results showed that SatuSehat application users had decreased from March 2023 – September 2023. Error Forecasting showed that the accurate method for forecasting calculations for SatuSehat application users was the SMA method, which obtained MAD calculation results of 1,895,828,857 and MAPE 8.66%.

Abstract

The prediction of on-time graduation for students involves various measurement techniques, including criteria such as majors, class types, and semester grade achievements. These factors play a crucial role in determining whether students will complete their studies within the designated timeframe. In line with this, a model has been developed to forecast the probability of timely graduation. This model leverages the Random Forest and k-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithms as tools to classify students into appropriate groups. Optimization is carried out using the Particle Swarm Optimizer (PSO) algorithm to enhance prediction accuracy. The data used originates from alumni of various Universities in Palembang.This model utilizes multiple attributes, such as majors, university origins, class types, and semester grade records up to the fourth semester. Other attributes encompass the year of graduation and year of enrollment. Data management and processing are conducted using Rapidminer. Validation is performed by splitting the dataset into training and testing groups through the split validation method. Based on research and testing, the Random Forest algorithm achieves an accuracy of 95.79% with an Area Under Curve (AUC) of 0.991. After optimization with PSO, accuracy increases to 97.89% with an AUC of 0.993. Meanwhile, the k-NN algorithm achieves an accuracy of 93.49% with an AUC of 0.975; after optimization with PSO, accuracy rises to 96.74% with an AUC of 0.986.
