Abstract

This study investigates the policy and implementation of special autonomy in West Papua Daya Province, a newly established province resulting from the division of West Papua Province. The research analyzes the prevailing special autonomy policy, examines its on-the-ground implementation, and evaluates its impact on the region's social, economic, and cultural development. Employing a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings illuminate several challenges and opportunities inherent in the implementation of special autonomy in West Papua Daya Province, and offer policy recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness and long-term sustainability of the special autonomy program.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam menjadi kebutuhan esensial dalam membentuk kepribadian anak sejak usia dini. TK Alam Jabalussalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran berbasis alam yang holistic, menekankan pada nilai-nilai Islam, khususnya akhlak dan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pendidikan yang diterapkan di TK Alam Jabalussalam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter Islami dan kewirausahaan kepada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan akhlak diterapkan melalui metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan kisah Islami, sementara kewirausahaan diajarkan melalui simulasi pasar mini dalam kegiatan market day dan ajakan hidup hemat. Meskipun efektif, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya sekolah dan dukungan orang tua masih perlu mendapat perhatian. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi penguatan pelatihan guru dan kolaborasi dengan orang tua untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan karakter Islami dan kewirausahaan di TK Alam Jabalussalam.

Abstract

Currently, dual office holding has become a prevalent political phenomenon, particularly concerning ministers holding positions within political parties. This situation can lead to various problems, such as conflicts of interest and abuse of power. This journal discusses the legal position of dual office holding by ministers in Indonesia’s constitutional system. The purpose of this research is to analyze the application of regulations regarding dual office holding by ministers within Indonesia’s constitutional framework.The type of research used is normative legal research or library research, which involves studying legal materials and/or secondary data. Secondary data is data obtained from other sources, not directly gathered by researchers from their research subjects. These materials are systematically organized, analyzed, and conclusions are drawn regarding the researched issues. The legal framework referred to includes Article 23 of Law Number 39 of 2008 concerning State Ministry Regulations.Based on this research, it is concluded that the implementation of regulations reveals several factors that drive or contribute to dual office holding by ministers, as well as flaws and weaknesses in the legal regulations related to this issue

Abstract

This study aims to identify the availability of undeveloped land in Mosso Village as a medium for farming or gardening, analyze the suitability of optimal agricultural land or plantations in Mosso Village based on the Jayapura City Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW), and determine the direction of optimized space utilization as agricultural land and plantations in Mosso Village. The background of this research is based on the potential of Mosso Village as the outermost and foremost area that has the potential of agriculture and plantations as a source of food security. The method carried out in this study uses a descriptive – exploratory method

Abstract

This research focuses on the language that is suitable for planting rice in the rice fields of the Ketungau Sesat Dayak community. The method used in this research is descriptive. The data in this research is in the form of vocabulary suitable for planting rice in rice fields in the Ketungau Sesat Dayak language. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researchers succeeded in collecting 84 vocabularies consisting of 7 classifications. The data is based on 24 equipment or equipment classifications, 28 based on process classifications, 1 based on place name classifications, 13 based on rice growth classifications, 6 based on soil type classifications, based on the classification of results as many as 9, and based on the classification of signs as many as 3 vocabularies.
