The purpose of this study was to increase the interest and learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Sidamulya 01 in PAI and BP learning using the group discussion method. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study uses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The research subjects were 14. Data collection techniques were test, observation and documentation techniques. Validation of data by triangulation technique Data analysis method using qualitative data analysis. The results of the study prove that the use of group discussion methods can increase student interest, showing the acquisition in the initial study of 6 students (42.86%) to 9 students or 64.29% and 13 students or 92.86% in the last cycle. Student learning outcomes from an average of 57.14 in the initial study, to 66.43, and in the second cycle to 76.43. The level of mastery learning just reached 4 students or 28.57% in the initial conditions, increased to 6 students or 42.86% and 13 students or 92.86% in the second cycle.

This research is intended to answer questions. As a result, micro finance must be maintained. The population in this study is 232 customers. Siharsimi Arikunto estimated sample size was 25, thus producing a sample of 58 respondents and sampling samples using the purposing sampling. His data collection methods with the spread of questionnaires interviews, and documentaries. And the data analysis uses simple regression. Research has shown that independent variables in the micro-wakaf bank are arbitrarily affected by people's increased economic well-being. It's based on the results of the calculations obtained value. T account > the table is ( 9.23 > 2.0025) with a value signifikansi 0'05. Thus the h1 hypothesis was accepted. According to data analysis, micro business flanking institution must be conducted as micro finance institution. The amount, the level of funds given. Has an influence on the business run by customers in their daily economic needs. So that in the increase in the business it self is still increasing, limites to additional capital. To add merchandise and try new businesses only used for consumptive purposes should be used as productive funds.

The purpose of this study is to improve the skills of teachers in making learning videos through iHT activities with the Zoom Cloud Meeting Application. This research is School Action Research (PTS). The research subjects were 18 subject teachers at SMAN 1 Siborongborong. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation techniques. Data validation with triangulation technique. The data analysis method in this study used qualitative data analysis. The results showed that iHT activities with the Zoom Cloud Meeting Application were proven to be able to improve the skills of teachers in making learning videos. Increasing the results of the assessment of the skills of teachers at SMAN 1 Siborongborong making learning videos in the initial conditions with an average score of 45.11 and included in the Less (K) category, increasing in the first cycle with an average value of 70.16 and entering the Enough category (C) and in the second cycle with an average value of 90.95 and included in the Good category (B).

This study uses a classroom action research design consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 32 students. Collecting data using direct observation, interviews, teacher and student journals and written tests. The results of the study on student activity increased from 69% in cycle 1 to 74% in cycle 2. Increased activity in PBM increased from 61.36% in cycle 1 to 80% in cycle 2. Increased student activity in carrying out evaluations of students' ability to master the material learning. This is based on the results of the evaluation of 76 in cycle 1 which increased to 81 in cycle 2. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that learning to understand reading short stories through an inductive thinking learning model with short film media is proven to improve the ability to understand reading short stories for class XI AKL students at SMK Negeri 3 Linggabuana Purwakarta.

This study aims to describe clinical supervision activities as an effort to improve the ability of teachers at SD Negeri 29 Sanggau Semester 2 for the 2020/2021 academic year in preparing learning administration. The type of research is School Action Research. The research subjects were 10 teachers. Data collection techniques with document and observation techniques. Data validation using source triangulation technique and method triangulation. Data analysis technique using percentage calculation. The results showed an increase from the condition of 48.43 in the LESS criteria, and in the first cycle it became 67.78 in the ENOUGH criteria and in the second cycle of 85.56 in the GOOD criteria. An explanation of the increase in the ability to compose learning administration in the initial conditions there are no teachers who have achieved the criteria of success, and in the first cycle there are 5 teachers or 50% and in the second cycle 100% or 10 teachers are declared to have increased their ability in preparing learning administration.

This study aims to improve activities and learning outcomes through the application of the STAD type Cooperative Learning model. This study uses classroom action research which has stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, carried out in two cycles, each cycle carried out in two meetings. The research subjects were 36 students. The data needed was obtained through observation, documentation and tests. The validity of the data is done by triangulation technique. The data collected were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the study increased learning activities in the initial conditions by 50% or 18 students, the first cycle was 80.56% or 29 students, increased to 94.44% or 34 students, while the student learning outcomes in the initial conditions were 63.06, the first cycle is 74.17, cycle II is 87.50 with learning completeness from 13 students or 36.11% to 58.33%, or 21 students and 88.89% or 32 students in the last cycle.

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia had an impact on the world of education so that the Central Ministry of Religion created a learning application in the form of E-Learning Madrasas for distance learning. MTs N 4 Gunungkidul stated that it was ready to learn with Madrasa E-Learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of E-Learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at MTs N 4 Gunungkidul. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of Madrasah E-Learning in Islamic Cultural History Subjects during the Covid-19 pandemic at MTs N 4 Gunungkidul was able to implement E-Learning well. The implementation of Madrasah E-Learning is carried out in 3 stages: the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The strategy is in the use of Madrasah E-Learning features and in learning. Constraints are in the features of Madrasah E-Learning that need to be updated and perfected as well as network and internet quota constraints.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought major changes in various fields of life, including the field of education. One of the changes is about the implementation of lectures, namely the existence of online lectures (in the network). The author conducted research on the implementation of online lectures at STAI Yogyakarta using the SWOT Analysis method which aims to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, challenges and threats in the online lecture process at STAI Yogyakarta. The results of the research conducted by the authors found various internal and external factors, which were then analyzed to find various strategies to overcome the weaknesses and improve the strengths of STAI Yogyakarta. These strategies are divided into four types, namely Strength-Opportunities (SO), Weaknesses-Opportunities (WO), Strength-Threats (ST) and Weaknesses-Threats (WT) strategies.

This study aims to determine the use of a scientific approach to learning outcomes in theme 5 case studies of sixth grade students of MI YAPPI Karangwetan. The implementation of learning is oriented towards the end result only, so that learning in the classroom becomes less active. This research method is Classroom Action Research, the sample of this research uses a simple sampling technique, namely class. Data collection techniques consist of tests, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The research instrument consisted of learning questions in the cognitive domain. Based on the research results obtained, the scientific approach provides better learning outcomes. It is proven by the increase in learning outcomes for class VI who were treated with a scientific approach compared to the previous learning methods, namely the lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. This is evidenced by the achievement of student learning outcomes which initially only reached 50% of students who scored above the KKM by using the scientific method, the value of student learning outcomes increased to 100% above the KKM.

The lack of interest in reading in Indonesia is one of the factors of the weak literacy index in Indonesia. Based on the survey, Indonesia is the 62nd country out of 70 countries in literacy level. This is the author's background for writing articles about building a culture of early childhood literacy. Literacy culture is not only developed at school but at home parents should start developing a literacy culture for early childhood. This research was conducted by analyzing various centralized sources such as books and scientific articles to get a formulation on how to build early childhood literacy at home. The results show that various activities at home can be designed to build a literacy culture for early childhood. The activeness of parents plays a very important role in efforts to build a culture of early childhood literacy.
