Abstract

This study aims to find out the Sense Experience and Store Atmosphere factors in influencing consumer Repurchase Interest which is moderated by Service Quality. In this case the researcher will find out how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent individually and collectively. The research was conducted at the Klinik Kopi Yogyakarta. The data were obtained from a questionnaire that was distributed directly to customers of Kedai Klinik Kopi who happened to be met at the location. Then the researcher processed the data using the SPSS application which generated numbers and could be explained in response to the hypothesis and problem formulation of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the variables consisting of Word of Mouth and Brand Image are simultaneously, partially, and dominant against purchasing decisions on Running Korean Street Food in Samarinda. The study uses Word of Mouth theory with five indicators, namely Talkers, Topics, Tools, Taking Part, and Tracking. Then the Brand Image theory with three indicators, namely corporate image, product image, user image. Purchasing decision theory, namely with five indicators of introduction of needs, information retrieval, alternative evaluation, purchasing decisions, post-purchase behavior. Using quantitative descriptive research method is research using survey through questionnaire. The population in this study was the consumer who came to Running Korean Street Food in Samarinda. Sampling techniques using non-probability sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling with a sample number of 100 respondents. This research is a quantitative study. The analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression analyses with SPSS version 25 applications. The results of this study show that from the results of the F test tally it can be stated that Word of Mouth and Brand Image are of significant effect simultaneously or simultaneous to purchasing decisions. From the results of test counting T can be stated that between Word of Mouth and Brand Image. Brand Image is a partially significant variable of influence on purchasing decisions on Running Korean Street Food in Samarinda. 3). From the dominant test result is known that the variable Brand Image is a variable that is dominant influence on the purchase decision on Running Korean Street Food with a value of counting T 4,889 and the value of Sig. 0.000 or smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know marketing mix influence on consumer satisfaction in home industry MoshiMoshi Cake Samarinda. To know the variables of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and place) the more dominant influence on customer satisfaction in the industry home MoshiMoshi Cake Samarinda. While the methods used are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and test hepotesis. Based on the analysis about effect between the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and place) to consumer satisfaction in home industry MoshiMoshi Cake Samarinda. The most dominant variable affecting customer satisfication is place, because the place of sale from MoshiMoshi cake is strategically located, easily accessible, and always visited by potential costumers.

Abstract

This study aims: (i) to test and analyze the effect of service quality variables consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence simultaneously (ii) to test and analyze the effect of service quality variables consisting of reliability, responsiveness , guarantee, empathy and physical evidence partially (iii) to test and analyze the influence of service quality which consists of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence that most influence on customer satisfaction staying at the Bumi Senyiur Hotel Samarinda. This study uses two variables namely the variable service quality and customer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative, the population is 12,532 with a sample of 100. Data collection techniques: field research, observation, interviews, questionnaires, and library research. Then the analysis technique used is linear regression using the test: validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear analysis. The results obtained in this study are (i) service quality variables consisting of: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence simultaneously affect the satisfaction of consumers who stay at the Hotel Bumi Senyiur Samarinda. (ii) service quality variables consisting of: reliability, guarantee and empathy partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction staying at Bumi Senyiur Hotel Samarinda. (iii) guarantee variable which has the most significant effect on customer satisfaction staying at Bumi Senyiur Samarinda Hotel.

Abstract

Bankruptcy is a critical issue that companies must be aware of. Bankruptcy and the level of the company's performance can be seen from the company's financial condition by analyzing the company's financial statements. The most widely used bankruptcy prediction model is the Altman Z-Score model..The Altman Z-Score model analysis was chosen as the model used in bankruptcy prediction because, this model is easy to use with a high degree of accuracy. The purpose of this research is to determine bankruptcy predictions using the Altman Z-Score model in retail companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. This kind of exploration is expressive quantitative utilizing monetary reports as an examination instrument. The examining method was,carried out by utilizing purposive sampling,technique which was then controlled by nine retail organizations as the sample. The results show that on average six companies are in a safe zone, including issuers ECII, HERO, MPPA, RANC, SKYB, SONA and two companies in the gray zone or prone to bankruptcy, namely CENT and KOIN, one company in the dangerous zone, namely RIMO

Abstract

Product quality control is very important for company or business that is willing to improve the performance. Home Industry Business or a home-based business established by Mr. Karsidin is furniture business and the products include cabinet, table, bench, TV rack and other furniture items which can be tailored to customer desires. In the production process, Mr. Karsidin's business still has product defects that can be observed at the beginning of this study that is presented in table 1.1. The study aims to determine the product quality level is still in control limits measurement of Mr. Karsidin’s Home Industry Business, analyze types of defects and control production quality using statistical quality control (SQC). The method in the study was statistical quality control (SQC) to monitor standards, make measurements and take corrective actions while the product or service is being produced. The quality control tools were Observation Sheet, Histogram, Cause and Effect Diagram and Control Diagram (p Chart). The result indicates that the product quality by Mr. Karsidin's business during the observation period from April to May 2019 is at the control limit. Further, based on p control analysis there is no point that exceeds Upper Limit or Lower Limit. The production process should be given more attention, especially at several main factors such as workers or human factors, in which there are a lot of negligence in the production process. Mr. Karsidin should make improvement to the defects directly that at the cause level, including raw material, machinery, method and human factors based on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Abstract

Experiential marketing is a concept to create a positive customer experience in using a company's products or services. Asyifa Swalayan is a company engaged in the retail business, therefore the experiential marketing strategy is very influential for Asyifa Swalayan to attract customers to make repeat purchases. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Experiential Marketing (X) on Customer Loyalty (Y) on Asyifa Swalayan customers. This type of research approach used is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 96 customers. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique where the technique had criteria in accordance with the conditions specified as a sample. The data collection technique was carried out by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis method and used SPSS version 23. The results showed that the variable Experiential Marketing had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Asyifa Swalayan Samarinda. This can be seen from the simple linear regression value of 0.402. With the value of the correlation coefficient (R) 0.68 4 means that there is a strong positive relationship between the variables Experiential Marketing on customer loyalty, and the value of determination (R2) 47%, which means that the variable Experiential Marketing on customer loyalty, while 53% are influenced by variables others who were not examined in this study. Suggestions to Asyifa Swalayan, companies should provide facilities in the form of children's toys so that customers focus on shopping and prevent other negative things such as breaking, scattering, and destroying items in the store.

Abstract

Promotion activities carried out by a company are a combination of the variables contained in the promotion mix, these variables include advertising, direct sales, sales promotion, publicity and word of mouth. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of the promotion of room occupancy rates at the Mesra Business and Resort Hotel in Samarinda. Promotion (X) is an independent variable while Occupancy Rate (Y) is a dependent variable. Primary data were obtained by conducting interviews with 70 respondents using a questionnaire. Secondary data obtained by conducting field observation. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression method with the help of SPSS statistical software version 23. The result showed that the promotion variables consisting of advertising, direct sales, sales promotion, publicity and word of mouth simultaneously had a significant effect on room occupancy rates. Mesra Business and Resort Hotel should increase their promotional activities through the internet, be it the official website or existing social media. Wich can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of solvabilitas financial ratios, activity and profitability of the company measured by value (Tobin's q) at manufacturing consumer goods industry sector on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Tthis study using a quantitative approach methode. While the types of data used is secondary data. The population used in this study is a company manufacturing consumer goods industry sector in Bursa Efek Indonesia period of 2010-2013. By using purposive sampling techniques or methods to obtain samples. The samples used were 24 companies from 36 industry sectors consumer goods companies that went public during the observation period of 4 years. Data collection method used is the technique of documentation and technical literature. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using T partially, F test simultaneously and test the coefficient of determination while testing for the model using the classic assumption test results showed a variable Solvency significant negative effect on Tobin's q (t = -2.957; Sig = 0.004) while the variable Activities no significant effect on Tobin's q (t = 0.096; Sig = 0.923) and for the variable profitability showed a positive influence and significant impact on Tobin's q (t = 12.364; Sig = 0.000). F test results indicate that the variable Solvency, Activity and Profitability simultaneously affect the Tobin's q (F count = 57.767; Sig = 0.000). So, the final equation of research results is Y = -1.570 - 0.191 X1 + 0.009 X2 + 0.659 X3 + ei.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to find out how the payroll driver accounting system at PT. Jaya Sempurna Eight in Samarinda. In this research the method used is descriptive method. Data obtained through interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the payroll accounting system at PT. Jaya Sempurna Eight has been going well enough. related functions, documents used, accounting records used, and the network of payroll procedures in the company are quite good and in accordance with the theory so that the existing payroll system in the company can continue to run well and the company has also done the division of tasks and separation of functions in accordance with its parts. Thus minimizing the occurrence of fraud due to overlapping functions in the payroll system. It's just that in the personnel section in making a pull list (SP2) the personnel section driver still does it manually using book records so that in processing the pull list (SP2) it takes a long time and errors in the calculation of the amount of pull often occur causing errors in the calculation of wages. Therefore it is necessary to repair the system by using a computerized system in making a pull list (SP2) driver so it makes it easier for the personnel in making a pull list.
