The phenomenon of the proliferation of startup companies in Indonesia that cannot be separated from the use of digital technology brings a fragrant aroma to venture capital investment companies. The number of startup companies that received the investment funds are bringing them to the Indonesian Stock Exchange by conducting an IPO even though the company has not been established for a long time. There is a correlation between the rapid growth of startups in Indonesia with "bubble.com" the phenomenon that occurred in Silicon Valley between the years 1999 and 2000. The surge in assets of startup companies is currently caused by stock valuation, which is based on a single valuation, without assessing assets, cash flows, or other aspects that affect the valuation value of a company. Recently, the stock price of startup companies began to fall, and is considered the same as the phenomenon "bubble.com" another indication is that there are mass layoffs of company employees; this condition also occurs in Silicon Valley. In this case, it is necessary to conduct an intrinsic assessment of startup shares empirically and in accordance with applicable valuation standards to see the condition of the company as a whole. The valuation methods used in this study are Gross Merchandise Value, Discounted Cash Flow and Tobins'q, it is expected that these three methods can represent the valuation analysis of the company so that investors know the intrinsic value of startup companies and are expected not to be Overvalued.

The current study (article) investigated why people purchase health insurance products and why they do not, as well as how satisfied consumers are with insurance products overall following claim settlement. A systematic questionnaire was used to gather data from 140 respondents, and reliability tests, cross-tabulation, the Mann-Whitney U test, the Kruskal-Wallis test, weighted average means, and percentage analysis were employed. The study's key finding suggested that one motivation is to safeguard against the rising cost of healthcare, while lack of awareness is the cause of not purchasing it. The null hypothesis is fail-to-reject, indicating that there is no discernible difference between the means of overall service satisfaction with respect to demographic factors and the 77.2% of respondents who are satisfied with their health insurance policy.

The primary objective of this study is to ascertain the inherent importance of various factors in influencing consumer satisfaction, with the ultimate goal of identifying the most influential factor among them. The data collection process encompassed a comprehensive array of methodologies, including meticulous observation, extensive literature review, thought-provoking questionnaires, meticulous documentation analysis, and insightful interviews. A comprehensive study was conducted, encompassing a sample size of 40 individuals who were selected through the implementation of accidental sampling methodology. The data underwent rigorous analysis employing quantitative methodologies, encompassing assessments of validity and reliability, alongside the application of multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of the study reveal that various factors, namely product diversity, price, and location, exert a noteworthy influence on consumer satisfaction when examined in isolation. The statistical analysis, specifically the t-test, revealed that the coefficients pertaining to all three factors exhibited a noteworthy level of significance (p < 0.05). Moreover, the statistical analysis conducted through the F-test has demonstrated that the combined influence of the three factors under investigation exerts a noteworthy impact on consumer satisfaction, as indicated by the obtained p-value of less than 0.05. The results of the determination test have revealed that the combined influence of the variables under consideration accounts for a substantial portion, specifically 74.2%, of the observed variability in consumer satisfaction.
