Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research using literature review that aims to describe the psychological characteristics of students in learning mathematics on intuitive and reflective intelligence. Intuitive intelligence is a psychological term in the process of cognitive understanding that spontaneously raises and selects known concepts or schemes by understanding knowledge through something concrete, experimental, or intellectually to respond to a stimulus with a high degree of accuracy. While, reflective intelligence is a process of activities carried out actively, persistently, directed and thoughtfully in analyzing, evaluating, motivating, getting deep meaning, and using appropriate learning strategies. Intuitive and reflective intelligence has an important role in learning in school, so it should be developed in the learning process, especially in mathematics so that students can improve their ability to solve problems.

Abstract

Forest fires are mostly caused by land preparation activities for various forms of agriculture and forestry business (ranging from small scale such as shifting cultivation to large scale such as the development of Industrial Plantation Forest or HTI as well as oil palm, rubber plantations, etc.) which consequently often exacerbated by extreme climatic conditions such as a long dry season Law enforcement against forest and land burning actors is able to provide a deterrent effect for the perpetrators as well as to compensate for any losses arising from forest and land burning. Correct knowledge through systematic steps This type of research is classified into normative legal research or library research, providing boundaries through applicable laws and regulations in order to minimize all forms of threats and ri risk of pollution and environmental destruction for the preservation of life and ecosystems, an area exposed to extensive haze disasters to exceed national borders certainly requires a concrete effort to end the haze disaster caused by burning land and forests. The strategy to ensnare perpetrators of forest and land burning, both corporations and individuals, the State of Indonesia, ensnaring the law through a criminal law approach actually provides an alternative to uphold justice. Moreover, the impact of forest and land fires is not small. The Corruption Law Approach can be used as a new option to ensnare perpetrators of forest and land burning.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is a company managed by the village community and its management is separate from the village government. Establishment of BUMDes aims to explore and optimize the potential of village entrepreneurs. As a business entity whose entire or most of its capital is owned by the village through direct participation from the village wealth which is separated to manage assets, services, and other businesses for the maximum welfare of the village community. Whereas BUMDes Respen Sakti which was established by the newly established Kulim Jaya village government has not been able to run a business properly and needed business feasibility assistance. Therefore, the agriculture faculty of the Agribusiness Study Program of the Islamic University of Indragiri conducts business feasibility assistance for BUMDes in the Kulim jaya Village, Kempas District . The method of carrying out community service activities is carried out with data collection techniques through lectures. Source of data obtained are secondary data with qualitative data analysis. Business feasibility assistance conducted by the Faculty of Agriculture Agribusiness Study Program of Indragiri Islamic University to the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of the Respen Sakti Kulim Jaya Village is going well. This can be seen from the ability of BUMDEs in managing and running 2 (two) types of businesses, namely LPG 3 Kg GAS and Electronic Goods Credit. In addition, BUMDEs Respen Sakti is able to obtain increased revenue and sales of 3 Kg LPG GAS and BUMDes Respen Sakti is able to provide services to the demand for electronic goods needed by the community

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the component of character education and the type of evaluation instruments in natural science (IPA) high school subjects in Batam City. This study involves four phases carried out for the development process, the first phase is carried out using a qualitative method with the Delphi technique with two rounds involving 7 experts in character education each round. This phase aims to identify components and instruments for character education assessment. The second phase is carried out with a quantitative method in which a questionnaire is given to 146 science teachers, to know the components and instruments of character education evaluation in science subjects in the Mengah Atas School. The third phase involves the analysis and presentation of data carried out in two stages, namely qualitative and quantitative analysis using SPSS V. 22.0 and Microsoft Excel The fourth phase has discussed, conclusions and reserves of the study. So the final result of this study is the suitability of the character education component and the type of evaluation instruments in natural science (IPA) high schools in Batam for natural science subjects that the character components are love and responsibility, assessment instruments including attitude scales and document.

Abstract

The misuse and circulation of illicit drugs is a widespread, complex, and complex issue facing the Indonesian people lately, as it can have many negative effects, especially among the younger generation. Therefore, massive prevention efforts must be made through integrated legal counsel such as the Faculty of Law of the Islamic University of Islamic Universities in schools. One of the selected schools is the Junior High IT IT High School located in the Sungai Intan Village of West Suburban Suburban Suburban Hulu district. In the implementation of the counseling the aim is for students to understand the dangers of drugs and to avoid the dangers of drugs so that they can become better generations and work better. This method of implementing community service activities is done with data collection techniques through Library and lecture studies. The source of data obtained in the practice of public service counseling is secondary data consisting of: primary legal materials, and secondary legal materials. While analyzing data using a deductive thinking method, it is a mindset based on common things and then draws on specific conclusions. Results and discussion. Commitment activities to the community of legal counsel on Drug Danger and its Prevention for Students / Junior High School IT High School People in Sungai Intan Suburban Suburban District Upstream from the stages of activity preparation, implementation and closure. At the time of implementation each drug dealer presented the drug and its preventive material. The activity received excellent response from the participants as evidenced by the many questions from the participants and the increased knowledge of the participants about the dangers of drugs and their prevention

Abstract

Development of Final Examination applications based on computer for Mathematics subjects for grade X Accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda even semester 2018/2019. Data collected by the method of observation, interviews, literature studies, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Development of Final Examination applications based on computer using the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, and for databases using Microsoft Access 2013 with features replacing answers, running time, and random number questions. 2) The feasibility test given to 2 media validation experts obtained a percentage value of 81.07% in the good category, for the results of the program testing questionnaire given to CBT experts 94.78% in the very good category, for the results of the program testing questionnaire given to 2 Math teachers got a percentage value of 84% with a very good category, and for the results of the questionnaire testing program given to 34 students obtained a percentage value of 84.67% in user testing with excellent category results, it can be concluded that the application of the Final Semester Examination based on computer is in accordance with its purpose which is to facilitate users both teachers and students as users in the implementation of Mathematics test exams in class X Accounting students in SMK.
