Abstract

This study aims to build an Application of Student Satisfaction Levels with Academic Information Systems Through the Six Sigma Method Approach in the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Unived Bengkulu, which becomes a measure of quality that moves towards perfection through statistical testing. With this application, it can be used to find information on the level of student satisfaction and evaluate the satisfaction assessment given by each student to the Unived Bengkulu Academic Information System. Based on the tests that have been carried out on 98 respondents with a 95% confidence level and a margin of error value of 10%, it can be concluded that the level of satisfaction received by students is in expressing satisfaction even though there are indicators that need to be improved or improved. The statistical test results of the validity test on 23 questions were declared valid, the reliability test was 0.99957, the stability test with the lower control limit was -0.4047 and the DPMO results obtained that the minimum value was found in P5 with a DPMO value of 0 which indicates the highest level of satisfaction and the maximum value. at P8 and P17 with a DPMO value of 200000 which shows the lowest level of satisfaction.

Abstract

PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is the largest LPG product company in Indonesia, which currently has 20 branch offices. PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is engaged in consulting services, technique and marketing of LPG products. PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara has superior LPG products in the form of a Solid regulator which is equipped with a gas safety hose that automatically closes in the event of a leak so it is safe to use. Solid regulator also has a nanometer matic so it is more accurate to determine the contents of gases made of a mixture of copper and aluminum. So far, the sales system for gas safety equipment (regulators and hoses) is still using the manual method through bookkeeping (data attached). Constraints that are often faced are the difficulty of managing inventory at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara and difficulties in collecting data on consumers who use these goods. Sales management application for Gas Safety Equipment (Regulator and Hose) at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language. This application has applied the Just In Time Method which can help sales management of gas safety devices (regulators and hoses) based on inventory data and sales data. With the application can make it easier for PT. Sarana Anugerah in the management of the sale of goods and can manage the data of incoming and outgoing goods systematically through the application. Based on the black box testing that has been done, the results show that the functionality of the sales management application for Gas Safety Equipment at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is running as expected.

Abstract

Lebong Regency Statistical Information Communication and Encryption Office is one of the Government Agencies which located in Lebong Regency. So far, the processing and archiving data at Statistical Information Communication and Encryption Office, Lebong Regency, has utilized applications on the computer, namely  Office Application Package. Data processing, typing, or archiving are still carried out on their laptops/computers, so if you want to share data with other employees, you must use additional media, namely flash drives or external hard drives and also email. In addition, several employees have used document archive storage in cloud storage using Google Drive. The implementation of private cloud storage at Statistical Information Communication and Encryption Office, Lebong Regency used Owncloud Server through NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) research method approach to facilitate document/archive storage and can also simplify the process of sending documents/archives to other employees, and can be accessed anytime and anywhere via the internet. Owncloud server storage that is built is 1 TeraByte so that each user will get an average storage capacity of 20-50 GB. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functionality of private cloud storage using owncloud server makes it easier for employees to carry out data processing and archiving in a structured manner. Private cloud storage can be accessed offline or online via the internet, making it easier for employees who work from home to access work data. In addition, by building private cloud storage independently, the need for the amount of storage can be adjusted because it is scalable.

Abstract

The rapid advancements in machine learning techniques have significantly impacted various industries, including the automotive sector. This study explores the implementation of machine learning algorithms to classify the condition of car engines based on an automotive vehicle engine health dataset. The primary objective of this research is to develop a reliable predictive model to facilitate proactive maintenance and reduce unexpected failures. Several algorithms, including Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naive Bayes, and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), were evaluated. The dataset was preprocessed and split into 80% training data and 20% test data. Model performance was assessed using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results indicate that Naive Bayes outperformed the other models, achieving an accuracy of 66% and a precision of 82%. This study demonstrates the potential of machine learning in predictive maintenance applications and highlights the importance of selecting appropriate algorithms and preprocessing techniques. Future work will focus on expanding the dataset and exploring ensemble methods to further enhance model accuracy and reliability.

Abstract

Desain interior yang baik dalam konteks kantor sangat penting karena dapat berdampak signifikan pada produktivitas, kesejahteraan, dan citra perusahaan. Pertama, desain interior yang terorganisir dengan baik dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan lingkungan kerja. Penempatan yang strategis dari area kerja, ruang rapat, dan ruang istirahat dapat mengoptimalkan alur kerja, mengurangi gangguan, serta meningkatkan kolaborasi antar tim. Selain itu, penggunaan pencahayaan yang baik dan udara yang bersih dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi dan kesehatan karyawan, memungkinkan mereka untuk bekerja dengan lebih baik dan lebih nyaman. Salah satu manfaat utama dari desain interior sebuah kantor adalah menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mempromosikan kesejahteraan dan produktivitas karyawan. Dengan penataan yang baik dari ruang kerja, area kolaborasi, hingga ruang istirahat, desain interior yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan meningkatkan motivasi karyawan untuk bekerja dengan lebih baik. Tujuan dari desain interior kantor adalah menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung alur kerja yang efisien dan efektif. Desain ini tidak hanya mempertimbangkan aspek fungsionalitas, seperti penempatan perabotan dan aliran lalu lintas yang baik, tetapi juga memperhatikan aspek psikologis dan sosial karyawan. Tujuannya adalah untuk menciptakan ruang yang nyaman, aman, dan menginspirasi, yang memungkinkan karyawan untuk berkolaborasi dengan baik, merasa dihargai, dan dapat berkembang secara profesional.

Abstract

Caffe Liyane Kopi is a food and beverage business that faces challenges in managing employee attendance due to the continued use of manual record-keeping with logbooks. This method presents various limitations, including data entry errors, difficulty in tracking attendance history, and vulnerability to data manipulation. To address these issues, a web-based attendance information system was developed using the Agile methodology with a Scrum approach. The development process was carried out through five sprint cycles covering planning, development, testing, and feature refinement stages. The tools used include PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and supporting libraries for QR Code .The development results show that the system successfully handles login processes, session creation, QR Code scanning, and automatic attendance recording. A face recognition feature was also integrated to enhance security. The system provides real-time attendance reports that support managerial decision-making. Testing demonstrated high success rates, and users expressed satisfaction with the system’s usability. In conclusion, the developed system successfully replaces the manual method with a more efficient and accurate digital solution and holds potential for further development to meet evolving business needs.
