Abstract

PT. Mawarindo Bengkulu City is one of the universities engaged in advertising (Advertising, Baleho and Banners), which so far have not used an evaluation system in objective performance appraisals, employee assessments are carried out based on subjective assessments and do not use indicators capable of providing an assessment. objective on employee performance. So the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method of performance assessment is needed, which will be applied to PT. Mawarindo Bengkulu City. For that the author tries to build an application with the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method on employee performance appraisal using Visual Basic Net, in order to facilitate PT. Mawarindo in the selection of the best employees every year. Based on the results of the study, the Implementation of the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method in assessing the performance of employees of PT. Mawarindo is made using Visual Basic Net programming language with SQL server database as supporting media, storing the results of data processing that can be used by PT. Mawarindo in inputting employee data, so that it can help overcome existing problems so that the process of selecting the best employees at PT. Mawarindo can be done using an application that has been designed.

Abstract

Geographic Information System is one of the information management systems whose development is very fast along with the increasing development of human intelligence. In its development, what is needed to develop a Geographic Information System is data and information. Geographic Information System is very important for the development of an area. One of them is the Geographic Information System about the location of urban villages in Bengkulu City. The presence of the Geographic Information System is expected to provide convenience to people who need information about the location of urban villages in Bengkulu City. In this study, an application was developed by implementing a Geographic Information System that was able to display a map of the location of the village head office with the help of Google Map Api, and also the basis of this application there were two types, namely Web and Android. This Geographic Information System is divided into 2 application parts, namely web-based applications and Android-based applications. For data processing using a web application, while to get information about the location of the village head office can use the android application. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, with black box testing, it was found that the Android application succeeded in automatically displaying the location of the village head office along with information and routes.

Abstract

Along with the development of the world of science and technology (IPTEK) which is increasingly rapidly, especially in computerization and the internet, the development of information technology using computer aids and the internet has increased significantly in all fields. SMA Negeri 1 Rainis is one of the schools that has a library with various types of books that can support the world of education. In addition to book lending activities carried out by the SMA Negeri 1 Rainis library, other activities in the form of processing book data and disseminating information about the library are still conventional. Therefore, providing information to library users is still very difficult. The result of this research is that the library website of SMA Negeri 1 Rainis has the following advantages: it can be accessed from anywhere at any time via the internet, as a medium for delivering information more efficiently. Has a stratified level of access according to its use (user)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create an expert system application that can be used to diagnose diseases caused by the coxsackie virus in children using the certainty factor method. Viral infectious disease is a collection of types of diseases caused by viruses that easily attack children. Diseases that often occur in children are caused by very vulnerable viruses, this is because the immune system in the child's body has not been fully developed. One of the viruses that often attack children, among others, is the Coxsackie Virus. Coxsackie is a type of disease caused by the Coxsackie virus, which is a type of RNA virus. This virus is transmitted through the fecal oral route, namely bacteria from feces or feces that move from one person to another and enter the mouth of the other person. This system is designed using PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. With this expert system, it is easier for users to consult about diseases caused by the Coxsackie Virus in children.

Abstract

The problem of wireless technology offers a variety of convenience, freedom and high flexibility. Wireless technology has quite a lot of advantages compared to existing wired technology, including easy access to data communication and internet access in any position as long as it is still in a wireless network. The method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method, a cycle of network design stages that can guide a network design, which depends on the size of the project to be implemented and the purpose of the project. Wireless security testing uses airodump-ng as an attack medium and security analysis uses wireless packet sniffing method which will be described in the wireshak application. Packet sniffing is a process for capturing packets passing through a computer network. Based on the analysis and attack experiments carried out, it still needs improvement, this is with the airodump-ng application detecting nearby WiFi and packet sniffing attacks can display usernames and passwords using the wireshak application.

Abstract

SMAN 1 of Central Bengkulu, is already connected via LAN network, an academic assessment system that deals with student scores on monthly test results, midterm tests (UTS), final semester tests (UAS), at this time it is considered inefficient and does not have security data. where each staff / teacher will exchange information via computers such as sharing / exchanging document files such as student grade data. The document file is not given a password so that anyone can open that file. Therefore we need a security system for sharing document files, because the files sent can be opened by anyone. In responding to the problems, a system security will be designed by applying the Blowfish Cryptography (modern cryptography) algorithm which is expected to be a solution to the problems being faced. By using the Blowfish Cryptography algorithm, it is hoped that it can help to protect the original file so that it is not easily read by unauthorized people.

Abstract

In orderTanjung Pasir is a coastal area located in the Mamburungan village, which is located at the very end of East Tarakan. In the Tanjung Pasir area, there are RT, one of which is RT 18. In this area most of the people make a living as fishermen and seaweed. Responding to this, researchers are interested in seeing the potential of the coast of the sand dune and how the forms of tourism management exist in the sand dune. In this study used qualitative research methods using a qualitative descriptive approach (Qualitative Descriptive). The location of this research is in the Mamburungan Village, Tanjung Pasir Village, Tarakan Timur District, Tarakan City, the survey was conducted several times, namely interviews in November and December 2019. The data collection stage used was that there were several techniques, namely Observation, Interview, Documentation, and Field Notes. . The data obtained are primary data, namely the results of direct interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to the community around the coastal area of Tanjung Pasir. In addition to primary data, there is also secondary data obtained from the internet and other sources. In this study, validation and rehabilitation were also tested. The results show that the potential of the ecosystem in the Tanjung Pasir area is very good and the sea conditions are also strategic for fishermen to be used as a place of livelihood by some local residents. The potential for tourism development is very good if done.

Abstract

Asthma occurs due to inflammation of the respiratory tract that causes sufferers to experience shortness of breath and wheezing. Asthma symptoms can appear due to the influence of infection, pollution, or allergies. Asthma is a type of disease that causes symptoms of narrowing and inflammation of the respiratory tract resulting in shortness of breath or difficulty breathing. Asthma can be caused by several things, namely dust, smoke, animal fur, cold air, physical activity, etc. Asthma is classified into 3 types, namely mild asthma, moderate asthma, and severe asthma. This expert system in diagnosing asthma is used to facilitate patient consultation, where the patient enters some of the symptoms he is experiencing and the system will diagnose these symptoms to determine whether asthma is classified as mild asthma, moderate asthma, or high grade asthma. In assisting the diagnosis, this expert system has applied Certainty Factor Method by proving a fact with a certainty value against that fact. The advantage of the CF method is that it can measure something that is certain or uncertain in decision making in disease diagnosis expert systems. Expert system in diagnosing asthma is made using Visual Basic.Net Programming Language with SQL database. With this expert system, it can help diagnose asthma suffered by patients based on the symptoms felt by the patient and provide solutions to deal with the disease suffered by a patient. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the expert system application in diagnosing asthma is running as expected, and the application is able to display the results of the disease diagnosis from the symptoms selected by the patient.

Abstract

In this study, the development of a system that is able to assist the community in searching for advocates / lawyers, especially in Bengkulu City is carried out. Where the community enters the case they are experiencing, then matches the case that has been handled by an advocate in Bengkulu City. This match process is through the Levenstein Ditance algorithm approach. The final match result will be given to the public who are looking for a lawyer in the form of a match percentage level of the case handled. The Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. In the application, the Levenstein Distance Algorithm has been applied to make it easier to find advocate data by looking at the highest percentage level. In the process of searching for advocate data, the public enters the keyword of the case that is being experienced, then the system will read the keyword by comparing the case data that has been handled by the advocate in the database, resulting in a percentage level for each record in the database. In the Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City, there are 2 access rights, namely Administrator and Community, each of which has different features. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Advocate Data Search Application in Bengkulu City has been running properly and the application is able to display search results through the stages of the Levenstein Distance Algorithm.

Abstract

Analysis of the levels of student satisfaction on the quality of education and services at MAN 1 Model Bengkulu City. Where at this time the survey category considering to the large population that can be used as a research unit. Based on the data that can be collected is through questions (questionnaires) to respondents which contains 6 indicators, namely: understanding and expertise of teachers, quality of teachers, teachers providing material according to educational background, curriculum, teachers are always on time, libraries and laboratories that complete, clean rooms and environment, attitude of the teachers, comfortable rooms, facilities, friendly teachers and employees. Complete information. The data used are primary data, question data collection techniques (questionnaires) and documentation as well as secondary data are qualitative and qualitative data analysis using analysis techniques using customer satisfaction index formula. The results of the analysis of respondents or students at MAN 1 model Bengkulu City on the quality of education and services with a score of 0.16 with this score students gave positive responses to the quality of education and services at MAN 1 model Bengkulu City.
