Abstract

AbstractThe floor cleaning tools that we usually use, such as a broom or duster, cause dust to fly which can leave dust in the room. The thing that can be done to overcome this problem is to develop a system that can receive a command to clean the dust, either automatically or manually controlled. This tool is made using the Arduino Uno microcontroller with streaming video using the ESP32-CAM, also HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor and Infrared Sensor as obstacle detectors so that the robot can walk on the floor or table. This research was developed using the Prototyping Method starting from the data collection stage to the system testing stage. The data collection technique is by observing and studying the literature. The test results show that the robot is able to vacuum effectively at speeds of 50-100 with an average effectiveness of 98.27% at speeds of 100 and 83.32% at speeds of 60. Sensor testing of the robot's motion in automatic mode has shown suitability, and the robot can move actively for 25 minutes. Keyword : Arduino Uno, Infrared Sensors, Ultrasonic Sensors, Vacuum Cleaner AbstrakAlat pembersih lantai yang biasa kita gunakan seperti sapu atau kemoceng membuat debu berterbangan yang bisa membuat debu masih tertinggal di ruangan. Adapun hal yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut ialah mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang bisa menerima sebuah perintah untuk memberishkan debu, baik dengan cara otomatis maupun dikontrol secara manual. Alat ini dibuat menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino UNO dengan streaming video menggunakan ESP32-CAM, serta Sensor Ultrasonik HC-SR04 dan Sensor Infrared sebagai pendeteksi halangan agar robot dapat berjalan di lantai maupun meja. Adapun penelitian ini dekembangkan dengan menggunakan Metode Prototyping mulai dari tahap pengumpulan data hingga tahap pengujian sistem. Teknik pengumpulna data yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan dan studi literatur. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan robot sudah mampu menyedot debu secara efektif pada kecepatan 50-100 dengan efektivitas rata-rata 98,27% pada kecepatan 100 dan 83,32% pada kecepatan 60. Pengujian sensor terhadap gerakan robot pada mode otomatis sudah menunjukkan kesesuaian, serta robot dapat bergerak secara aktif selama 25 menit.  Kata Kunci : Arduino Uno, Penyedot Debu, Sensor Infrared, Sensor Ultrasonik

Abstract

Media sosial dapat membantu  dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk berkomunikasi dan mengobrol tanpa batas jarak. Poltekpar memiliki website yang menyediakan informasi tentang tes masuk universitas dan Frequently Ask Question (FAQ) yang bertujuan membantu mahasiswa baru menemukan informasi terkait pendaftaran di Poltekpar. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik, Poltekpar harus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik pada calon mahasiswa. Pelayanan yang sebelumnya menggunakan FAQ memiliki kendala tidak dapat menjawab secara cepat, sehingga dinilai kurang efisien, maka akan lebih mudah dengan adanya Chatbot yang dapat menjawab pertanyaan secara realtime. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall yang memiliki empat tahap yaitu analysis, design, coding dan testing dan menggunakan teknik pengujian aplikasi User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Dalam penelitian ini melakukan proses pembuatan sistem dengan menggunakan metode Natural Language Processing (NLP) yang diterapkan pada sistem yang dibangun dengan Telegram Messenger dan bahasa pemrograman Python. Hasil Chatbot yang diuji mendapat nilai persentase sebesar 94%. Hasil ini menunjukkan sistem Chatbot sangat layak dan efektif dalam membantu mahasiswa memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Papasan Village is located in the Bangsri sub-district, Jepara district. The process of managing mail services in a day serves 20 submissions of letters. This mail service process is still done manually so it takes a relatively long time. Another problem is the potential for document falsification because administrative data reports are not recorded properly, so in this study a population administration service system was developed that utilizes the Quick Response Code (QR Code). System development is carried out using the waterfall method. The system design stage is carried out using Data Flow Diagrams, while the database design is carried out by compiling a Physical Data Model. The QR Code on the letter is scanned through the system to determine the authenticity of the letter. System testing involved 30 respondents consisting of village heads and village residents. The first test using a black box results that the system can run if the data entered is appropriate and the data is not empty. The second test uses the User Acceptance Test (UAT), the total percentage results are 88% or the system is in the very good category. Desa Papasan terletak di kecamatan Bangsri, kabupaten Jepara. Proses pelayanan pengurusan surat dalam sehari melayani 20 pengajuan surat. Proses pelayanan surat ini masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama. Permasalahan lainnya adalah adanya potensi pemalsuan dokumen karena laporan data administrasi tidak tercatat dengan baik, maka dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan sistem pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang memanfaatkan Quick Response Code (QR Code). Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Tahap perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram, sedangkan perancangan basis data dilakukan dengan menyusun Model Data Fisik. QR Code pada surat dipindai melalui sistem untuk mengetahui keaslian surat. Pengujian sistem melibatkan 30 responden terdiri dari kepala desa dan warga desa. Pengujian pertama menggunakan black box hasilnya sistem dapat berjalan jika data yang dimasukkan sesuai dan data tidak kosong.

Abstract

The dolly camera has function as a regulator of camera movement in making video productions such as films. The movement system on the dolly camera uses the thrust of humans and the running track rail for its movement. The process of preparing the dolly camera also requires a long process, such as assembling the dolly camera and then installing the track, etc. In this case study, we conducted research that designed an electric vehicle to carry a camera but with a simple way of working such as moving without rails and can be controlled with a mobile android. We named this robot vehicle ELDOC: Electric Dolly Camera which uses a four Omni-direction wheels system in the flexibility of direction and motion for taking videos and pictures. Contributions to the design of ELDOC in addition to the multimedia/cinematography field can also be used in the medical field as a monitoring tool for patient activities in isolation or ICU room with a mobile android from different rooms. In the results of the process running on the motor, we take error data from the calculation speed and measurement speed, wherein the duty circle is 19.60%, 38.50%, 58.8%, 78.66%, and the average error is 0,08. The stability level of the ELDOC when carrying the camera is stable but has vibrations or oscillations. The results of the data orientation (gyroscope) show the total average of the three samples Y (Roll) orientation is 0.6°/s and X (Pitch) orientation is 0.18°/s.

Abstract

In the Human Resources Development (HRD) division at PT Regista Bunga Wijaya Surabaya branch, one of the main targets is the fulfillment of personnel. In meeting this target, HRD always opens job vacancies. To manage the number of employees who apply and select employees who are in accordance with the needs and criteria of the client, it takes a long time if you have to look at job applications one by one. In addition, to manage a Temporary Appointment Work Agreement, the employee salary component, and the current employee turn over are still conventionally recorded using Microsoft Excel. So that a system is needed that facilitates, speeds up and facilitates the process of employee accession and human resource management. The system needed is in the form of an Employee Management Information System to meet the needs of PT Regista Bunga Wijaya Surabaya branch, especially for the HRD division. In this study, a method of collecting system needs was used using a combination of techniques in the form of document analysis, brainstorming, and also prototyping. Information System The results of this study in the form of an employee management information system application design which includes employee fulfilment, employee data, and employee turn over at PT Regista Bunga Wijaya Surabaya branch can be used as a reference for PT Regista Bunga Wijaya Surabaya branch to be implemented into a system used as a support for company operations.

Abstract

Perumdam Tirto Jungporo merupakan Perusahan Daerah Air Minum yang ada di kota Jepara yang sangat diandalkan sebagian masyarakat dalam hal pendistribusian sumber air bersih. Pada saat ini perusahaan daerah kota Jepara tersebut memiliki jumlah pelanggan yang terus meningkat. Hal ini mengakibatkan penanganan kerusakan pada saluran air pelanggan juga ikut meningkat. Untuk pelayanan pengaduan kerusakan di perusahaan air ini masih menggunakan sistem manual, di mana pelanggan datang ke kantor untuk melakukan pengaduan. Sistem tersebut sangat tidak efektif dan efesien untuk pelanggan yang harus datang ke kantor yang pastinya akan menguras tenaga, waktu, dan juga biaya. Dari temuan tersebut, peneliti bermaksud membangun sistem informasi pengaduan pelanggan berbasis location based service untuk Perumdam Tirto Jungporo. Sistem ini dapat diakses menggunakan perangkat Android. Aplikasi ini telah berhasil diuji menggunakan metode black box dengan 135 responden dengan nilai 80% untuk aplikasi pelanggan, dan 80% untuk aplikasi petugas.

Abstract

Income is the amount of income received by a person or resident for their work performance during a certain period, whether daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. This research implements the Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network and Genetic Algorithm methods to estimate the income of JNE Express Sekaran agents. Artificial Neural Network and Genetic Algorithm are modern forecasting methods that produce the smallest and most accurate error values. Based on the research that has been done, the Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network method produces the best architectural model, namely 4-10-1 with 4 as the input layer, 10 as hidden neurons, and 1 as the output layer. With epoch 487 obtains an MSE 0,150807. While the Genetic Algorithm method produces the best fitness value is 10209,02 with a population size of 200, crossover probability 0,8, mutation probability 0,03 in the 498th generation and obtains an MSE value of 0,000098. So, it can be predicted that income for the following month is October 2021 of IDR 25.011.603, November 2021 of IDR 20.920.021, and December 2021 of IDR 50.553.019
