The spread of Covid-19 is very fast, various efforts are being made to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and provide information about it. Especially in the area of West Sulawesi Province, information about the development of Covid-19 can be accessed through a website that has been provided by the government, namely Covid Sulbar. There is a development of a Geographic information system for Covid-19 mapping with the implementation of Location based services and open source maps. This study aimed to build and implement a system as a solution to the problems currently being faced by the community related to the Covid-19 pandemic and the new normal era. The method used was literature study, observation, and interviews. The device development model used in this research was the Waterfall development model. The results showed that the results of the system development which had been carried out could be drawn from several conclusions that this research produces a Geographic Information System (GIS) regarding the distribution map and status of the Covid-19 zone. Geographical Information Systems (GIS) are easily accessible by users simply by using a web browser. With the GIS-COV website, it could help the public to see and find out information on the condition of an area related to the number of cases and the status of the level of the spread of Covid-19. With the GIS-COV website, the public could find out the number of spread of Covid-19 and certain zones with the highest and lowest levels of spread.

The process of ordering food and beverage menus at the Meatzilla restaurant still uses paper and stationery. Constraints that are often encountered are when restaurant visitors are crowded, but waiters are limited, often mistaken of orders and loss and order of paper orders and various other obstacles. This can cause feelings of disappointment and negative impressions which will certainly result in reduced customer satisfaction. This study aims to produce mobile device software that can support the running of food and beverage ordering systems at Meatzilla Restaurant self-service so that orders arrive quickly and right desires. This system is made using XML and java programming language with android studio tools version 3.5.3. Research in the form of case studies, software design methods using extreme programming models and system modeling tools using Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system is connected to the internet network where the admin, cashier, kitchen and customers are integrated with a restful web service. The final result of this study is a food and beverage ordering system consisting of 4 (four) parts, namely customer and admin software that is accessed by using a smartphone and the cashier and kitchen which is accessed by a PC / laptop. this system is very helpful in facilitating the management of customer orders.

Plagiarism is the act of taking or plagiarizing the work, ideas or ideas of others either intentionally or unintentionally and claiming to be one's own work without mentioning the source or author. Often students plagiarize assignments given by the lecturer so that sometimes students just copy other people's assignments to complete the assignment. So that this can lead to dependence on other people in doing assignments and not being able to independently carry out assignments given by the lecturer. Currently, many plagiarism detection systems have been created to help reduce the level of plagiarism, one of which is the winnowing algorithm. In this study the authors used the winnowing algorithm to detect plagiarism in student assignments, namely programming source code, from the results of research conducted on 10 student assignments using the winnowing algorithm produced various similarity values as a percentage of similarity between two students tasks compared. With an average value of the overall similarity of the 10 tasks, namely 75.12%.

Water is very important for the life of living things on earth. The function of water for life cannot be replaced, but water taken directly from springs often experiences turbidity which usually occurs during the rainy season where excessive rainwater intensity can affect the clarity of the water flowing into people's homes. From this problem, it is necessary to design a monitoring sistem for the turbidity of water flowing into the main tank which can be monitored via laptops, computers or cellphones that have internet access that can monitor in real-time and in the form of graphs and data stored in My Structured Query language (mysql) in this design. Using the nodemcu esp8266 which controls the tool in the design, the turbidity sensor is used to detect water turbidity, the ultrasonic sensor is used to detect the water level in the main tank, the relay is used to control the electric current, the solenoid valve is used to close the valve according to the conditions given with the design results of 120 ntu down and water height > 15 cm then the on relay and solenoid valve open the valve so that water can flow into the reservoir, while 121 ntu up and water height < 5 cm then the off relay and solenoid valve close the valve, the test is done using blackbox testing and the results of this test that the function on the sistem is 100% appropriate.

Occupational health and safety services must be provided by the company as regulated in government regulations. To make it easier for companies to provide occupational health and safety services, cloud-based services are needed that can be accessed from various devices. In contrast to public health services, company health services are required to provide work safety reports. The purpose of developing this service is to help employees get effective health services, make it easier for medical personnel to provide health services, avoid queues, shorten health service times and make it easier for companies to get occupational health and safety reports. The research method used is direct observation and system development using the waterfall method. Health services in the form of an online information system application can provide benefits for employees to facilitate consulting services and purchasing drugs. While the benefits for the company as risk control related to work activities. To create a safe, efficient and productive workplace. The results of this health service design are service prototypes that have been tested. With the support of this cloud-based service, it is easier for employees to be based on Android by taking advantage of the shortcomings of the existing system in the company.

Communication is the most important key to mastering this era of globalization. There is no denying that language is the most important part of communication. When one person uses the same language or understands another person's language, they can communicate well. Sign language is a language based on artificial communication, i.e. body language and lip movements during communication. This sign language is standardized as SIBI (Indonesian Sign Language System). SIBI is one of the media in the form of books that are able to communicate with deaf people in the community. Its shape is a systematic arrangement of groups of fingers, hands and various movements, symbolizing the word Indonesian. Book media does not seem to be easily understood by users, so it takes an application that can provide moving images to facilitate sign language learning, one of which is web-based.

The accreditation system is a form of assessment (evaluation) of the quality and feasibility of higher education institutions or study programs carried out by independent organizations or bodies outside universities. The assessment is used as a quality benchmark for all study programs and higher education institutions, both from public and private universities that organize professional and academic programs. The better the value of accreditation will have an impact on the views of outsiders regarding the quality of the study program and higher education institution. However, the collection of data and information as well as filling out forms in the informatics study program still have many obstacles, such as the large number of data used as assessment criteria that requires a lot of time and effort. The Ministry of XYZ's Data and Information Center is a supporting element that is under and responsible to the Minister through the Secretary General with the task of preparing governance and information technology management infrastructure, developing, and implementing information system innovations and data management and information presentation. Information technology management is carried out to facilitate the management, monitoring and evaluation of every business process and information technology to achieve organizational goals. COBIT 2019 is used to assist organizations in managing and optimizing existing information technology by examining the 10 existing design factors and then analyzing the level of capability in each of the top three domains. The result of this research is the capability level of the domains BAI02, BAI03, and BAI07, which is then made recommendations from the domains that have gaps.
