Families like grandmother usually more dominant role of mother and grandmother's lack of knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding causes are not able to provide support to the mother and the effect on the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in the mother. Health education on exclusive breastfeeding at grandma can improve knowledge so grandmother can support exclusive breastfeeding. Objective Identify the influence of health education on family knowledge in an effort to support exclusive breastfeeding. The research design uses quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon sign test. Result is average score of knowledge before health education is 12.61 with a standard deviation of 4.481 and after health education is 16.06 with a standard deviation of 2.469. Different test analysis results showed that the value pretest posttest larger than nothing, is smaller than the value pretest posttest No 44 and equal to the value pretest posttest No 7 with the value Z = -5.797 with a P value of 0.000. So the value of P value 0.05 then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted. There are the influence of health education on family knowledge about the "exclusive breastfeeding" in an effort to support exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Iron absorption is influenced by the availability of vitamin C to help reduce ferric iron (Fe3 +) to ferrous (Fe2 +) in the small intestine so that it is easily absorbed. Breadfruit is an alternative food consumption to increase iron absorption because it contains vitamin C fruit around 29-62 mg per 100 grams. Pregnant women are prone to iron deficiency anemia due to hemodilution, lack of iron in food and increased need for iron as well as digestive disorders and absorption. Anemia incidence of pregnant women in Cilacap Regency in 2018 was 37.30% and in Kroya District was 31.61%.. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumption of breadfruit to help the absorption of Fe tablets on changes in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women.Type of research Quasy experiment with a Non-rondomized Control Group Pretest - Postest Design research design The research instrument used a questionnaire and a Photometer 4010 Boehringer Mannheim accuracy of 0.01 g / dL.The results showed influence of breadfruit consumption to help the absorption of tablets Fe on changes in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women (probability value 0.001).

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is the most important thing that needs to be prioritizied by the Hospital. To achieve the quality of service according to patient expectations, the hospital always prioritizes patient satisfaction through continous improvement in the quality of service by implementing correct practives, increasing human resource competence (HR) and applying adequate technology. Research this is a type of quantitative research with approach cross sectional. The population in this, study were all maternity patients for a period of 1 month. The number of samples that met the inclusion criteria from September 11 to October 11, 2017 wa 77 people. Univariate analysis with the Importnace-method Performance Analysis. The IPA method is done by calculating the level of conformity and a Cartesian diagram of expectations and reality. To determine the different test, the researcher first conducted a normality test on variabels; tangible; reliability, responsivess, assurance, and empathy using Kolmogorof-Smirnof (because the sample 50) with a significant value0.05 (Dahlan, 2014). It was concluded that the data was not normally distrtributed. So researchers use the Wilcoxon test (because the data are not normally distributed) to determine the different test (Dahlan, 2014). On the dimensions of the study carried out still requires changes to improve patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This paper is carried out to assess the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards participation in toddler mother classes. This needs to be done because participation in attending the class of under-five mothers is still low due to the customary patterns in the existing market system that most people will come to these markets on market day to meet household needs. The problem in previous research with community empowerment interventions through the use of the MCH handbook studied in the toddler mother class, was guided by the facilitator namely the midwife in the local village, but it was still not used maximally because not all mothers were willing / able to read and study it. This paper proposes exploring the relationship between knowledge of attitudes and knowledge with the participation of toddler mother classes. The method used was descriptive analytic, cross sectional, the population in this study were all mothers of toddlers aged 2-5 years as many as 1204 people, cluster sampling, a sample of 89 people, with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Chi square statistical test obtained attitudes and knowledge value p = 0,000 with knowledge value OR = 34.5 and attitude OR = 59.7. Conclusion: there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitude with participation in the toddler mother class
