Abstract

The benefit of this research is that the author analyzes whether the sales accounting information system implemented at the "Z" pharmacy is in accordance with the current accounting information system procedures in processing sales made so far. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method in analyzing. In this study, the data collection method used was by conducting observations, interviews, participatory, and direct documentation at the pharmacy "Z" directly to the pharmacy owner and to the pharmacy employees. From the results of this study, the analysis of sales and purchase accounting information systems found in these pharmacies is still a lot of lag or not according to accounting information system procedures, where the sales system carried out by pharmacies is still manual or conventional. In addition, in the internal control system there are still deficiencies or not yet effective and the design of the SIA which consists in the division of tasks is not in accordance with the organizational structure.

Abstract

PT. Prima Makmur Bersama or commonly called PT. PMB is an outsourcing company that is a service company engaged in the provision of labor. Until now PT. PMB has more than 20 partners throughout Indonesia and employs hundreds of contract employees under its auspices. Discussing employees will not be separated from the name of salary/wages. Companies/businesses are obliged to issue salaries/wages for their employees. Salary/wages themselves are used in return for services for work that has been done during a certain period. Every month the company is obliged to pay the employee's salary/wage, where the employee's salary transfer company will be billed to each partner in accordance with the salary period and the location of the employee is placed. This certainly requires an effective and efficient flow/salary billing process, so that the billing process is smooth, fast, and precise. Therefore, in this article, the author wants to discuss the flow of employee salary billing to partners/users in the outsourcing company. The data collection carried out is a direct observation of the parties concerned.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of BAZNAS Kediri City in supporting the welfare of the poor. Research methods used by researchers are descriptive qualitative approaches by obtaining data through interviews and then processing and concluding the results of the data The result of this study is that baznas Kediri city plays an optimal role in improving the welfare of poor people by applying sharia Maqashid theory through a superior program, namely the Kediri Cerdas, Kediri Peduli, Kediri Sehat, Kediri Taqwa, and Kediri Makmur programs. With this program, it is able to answer problems for the poor, both in terms of education, health, fulfillment of worship needs, and the fulfillment of basic needs for the fakir every month. So in this case mustahiq can be said to achieve prosperity.

Abstract

Abstract

The character of a leader is very influential in the creation of a good idea for the sake of mutual integrity in deciding a policy, a firm leader in terms of the good of the company is very necessary. Employee performance is an achievement possessed by an employee to produce the desired quality and quantity to obtain responsibility in terms of career paths, of course the leader will assess before advancing to a position which will be assessed first to what extent the performance of each individual is not the same and can be used as a benchmark. leadership reference is appropriate or not. Each company also changes positions with the aim of being fresher in handling each job is when changing positions.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation, and recommendation of marketing strategies in increasing the number of customers at Bank Muamalat KCP Nganjuk during the pandemic. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The primary and secondary data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research state that marketing strategy planning during the pandemic is by adding marketing channels and focusing on promotion through digitalization. The most effective marketing strategy is personal selling; in addition, Bank Muamalat also conducts promotion through direct selling, brochures, and social media. The strategy that has been implemented has been going well, but there are several obstacles faced. The solutions offered include adding marketing channels, offering a multi-purpose Hajj financing program, and opening a savings account for the Hajj plan. The marketing strategy recommendation is that banks must be able to take advantage of current opportunities, increase their promotions both through social media and direct pick-ups, and maintain good relations with parties who have collaborated.

Abstract

In a company will be found aspects of leadership, motivation, and work discipline. This study aims to determine the role of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance in a company. Indomedia Promotion is an advertising company that has implemented these aspects. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method which is a research method by observing and describing the situation in the field specifically, transparently, and deeply. The results of this study are based on the observations of observers who have conducted an internship program at the company. The results of the study were also obtained based on the results of interviews with several employees who occupy positions in a division in the company. The conclusion from this research is that leadership has a very important role in employee performance by applying motivation and work discipline. The better the employee's performance, the easier it is for the company to achieve its goals

Abstract

This research was carried out in the Village with the aim of knowing the accountability of village financial management in which the types of research indicators include planning, implementation, changes in APBDes, and transparency of accountability reports for management. The research methods, and field observations using comparative financial management in the Village of Pasir Lhok Aron and by adjusting the Aceh Barat Regegent’s Regulations Number 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management. The technique that the researcher uses in collecting this data is using interviews and the researcher makes direct observations of the object under study. The results of this study show that the basis for the Regent’s Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning overall village financial management in the Village of Pasir Lhok Aron has achieved accountability. They also assisted the village in continuing to strive for the realization of village financial management accountability in the village of Pasir Lhok Aron.

Abstract

Performance evaluation plays an important role in knowing the activities of employees in a company that aims to achieve the vision and mission. Planners in an organization will be carried out if employees do a good job, in accordance with what has been determined. As employees, they must realize their performance by providing services to people who need help because the main task of government employees is to serve the community. Employees working in government should help the public if they need information about their business. The concept of the study of performance theory using evaluation theory by Hasibuan. The indicators contained therein are Achievement, Discipline, Creativity, Cooperation, and Responsibility. Employees must understand performance evaluation to help farmers. Informants are employees and the Department of Personnel. Researchers used the snowball sampling technique to obtain information. The method used by researchers in analyzing the data is a qualitative method with the Triangulation Technique. It aims to obtain data on employee performance evaluations at the Plantation and Livestock Service Office of West Aceh district in carrying out activities.

Abstract

The number of people who are interested in investing in the Indonesian capital market, the number of investors is increasing every year. But many investors new or old are not careful when selling, buying, or holding stocks. To avoid risk, investors should analyze the company's macroeconomics. This study identifies several indicators, including inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on stock prices at PT. Indonesian Telecommunications. The sample in this study includes 1 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2021 and was selected using the Target Sampling method (purposive sampling). This study uses analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16 program. The results of this study partially and simultaneously show that inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates have a significant influence on the company's stock price. Thus, some of these indicators can be taken into account by investors when making decisions about investing, selling, buying, and maintaining ownership of Shares.
