Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Operating Expenses and Operating Income, and the Level of Financing Risk on Profitability (ROA) at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the 2015-2020 period. The method used is a quantitative method using secondary data. The data used in this study are the quarterly financial statements of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the 2015-2020 period. The statistical test used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.833 or 83.3%. This value can be interpreted that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), BOPO, and Financing Risk Level (NPF) have a significant effect on profitability by 83.3%, and 16.7% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Partially, the BOPO variable has a significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Financing Risk Level (NPF) have no significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), BOPO, and Financing Risk Level (NPF) have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cleanliness quality on consumer purchasing decisions in the canteen environment of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. In this study, the authors took a sample of students who often visited the canteen of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra within one week in order to obtain valid data. The research method used by the author in this study is a quantitative method, by collecting data from various aspects needed such as distributing questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. with the data that has been obtained from the respondents, the authors conclude that the students of the state Islamic university of North Sumatra prioritize the quality of cleanliness before deciding to purchase at the canteen of the state Islamic university of North Sumatra, which means that the variable cleanliness becomes a significant benchmark for the variable buying decision

Abstract

North Sumatra UIN canteen is a business located in a UIN North Sumatra campus area, this canteen is a gathering place for students during breaks. This study aims to determine how much influence the location has on purchasing decisions that will be made by consumers. This study uses data collection methods from questionnaires and interviews with UIN North Sumatra students who have eaten and stopped at the canteen. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the locations are very influential on purchasing decisions that will be made by consumers

Abstract

This research was aimed at examining the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit (FDR) on the profitability of Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period 2014-2021. The sample of this research is the quarterly financial statements of Bank BCA Syariah for the period 2014-2021 through a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA), Non-Performing Financing (NPF) has a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA), Financing to Deposit (FDR) has a positive and significant impact on profitability. significant effect on profitability (ROA), and simultaneously CAR, NPF, and FDR have a significant and significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for bankruptcy by using the Altman Z-Score at “PT. Goodyear Indonesia Tbk in 2015 - 2020”. The analytical tool used to determine the potential for bankruptcy in this study is the Altman Z-Score model. This study uses the Altman Z-Score method, this is evidenced by the decreasing value of the Z-Score every year so that very large companies have the potential to go bankrupt. From the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that during the six years of observation (2015 2020) PT. Goodyear Indonesia experienced a decrease in the Z-Score number. In the last two years of the study, the company was in an unhealthy condition or bankrupt so the company's financial condition was very risky with a very large possibility of bankruptcy and great potential for bankruptcy in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the implementation of a budget there is an Education Office and Culture of West Aceh Regency.  The scope taken by the author is the education budget for 2017 – 2022.  The research analysis used is an analysis of effectiveness.   research shows that the level or criteria for the effectiveness of budget absorption in the Education and Culture Office of West Aceh Regency in 201 7-2021 have varying effectiveness criteria. The highest level of effectiveness in 2017 and the lowest occurred in 2021. Furthermore, there were i017 criteria for effectiveness, from 2018 to 2021 criteria for effectiveness. This shows that the effectiveness of the budget implementation that has been budgeted has been well implemented by the Education Office and culture of West Aceh Regency, for a period of 5 (five) years from quite effective to very effective.  To the Education office and culture of West Aceh Regency to continue to be able to maintain this achievement

Abstract

A country will never be separated from various problems that are certainly related to its citizens. Unemployment in Indonesia has reached tens of millions of people and is an urgent problem that must be solved immediately because the impact of unemployment will be very dangerous for the order of social life. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the unemployment rate in South Aceh Regency from 2000-2021 by using the independent variables of PDRB growth rate, minimum wage, and population. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from BPS South Aceh Regency. This study uses a statistical descriptive analysis model and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the PDRB growth rate variable had a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate in South Aceh Regency, the minimum wage variable had a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate in South Aceh Regency and the population variable had a positive and no significant effect on the unemployment rate. unemployment in South Aceh Regency. Simultaneously (F-test), the PDRB growth rate, minimum wage, and population have a significant effect on the unemployment rate, with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05). While the magnitude of the effect of the growth rate of PDRB, minimum wage, and population on the unemployment rate is 78.8%, and the remaining 21.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence that traditional culture in Bali has on the performance of the G20 Presidency. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study was 90 art actors in Denpasar City consisting of music, dance, and performing arts. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability, correlation tests, simple regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, and ANOVA model tests. The results showed that traditional culture has a correlation with the G20 presidency in a high category. Traditional culture has a significant effect on the G20 presidency. The results of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R) test were obtained by 0.395 which was concentrated at 39.5% This shows that the influence of Traditional Culture on the G20 Presidency is 39.5%. While the remaining 60.5% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence Job Training has on employee Work Performance in Bumdes in Karangasem. This type of research uses quantitative research. Data collection used interview, observation, and questionnaire methods filled out by 56 Bumdes employees. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Analysis which is carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 program. Training factors consisting of trainer abilities, training materials, training methods, training facilities, and management commitment partially have a significant influence on employee work performance in Bumdes in Karangasem Regency. This conclusion is based on the t-counting results of variable X1 of 2.806, variable X2 of 2.171, variable X3 of 2.166, variable X4 of 2.343, and variable X5 of 2.221. The trainer's ability variable has the most dominant influence on employee work performance in Bumdes in Karangasem Regency. This conclusion is based on the test results of the Regression coefficient ?1 (trainer ability variable) where variable X1 has a value greater than other variables of 0.204

Abstract

The object of this research is at Mahendradata University, to analyze the role of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy as Mediation, using a quantitative methodology with a questionnaire, with a population of 109 people and a sample of 52 respondents, namely Alumni graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mahendradata University Batch 2021. Using 4 hypotheses with SEM – PLS analysis tools. The results of this study (1) Entrepreneurship Education has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship, (2) Entrepreneurship Education has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy, (3) Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy has no significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, and (4) Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy mediates Entrepreneurship Education and has no significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest.
