Abstract

This research was conducted to provide an overview of the area and evaluate the wage or payroll accounting information system at the Housing Administration Office of The Gayungsari. This research also aims to propose improvements to problems that are then found to support the effectiveness of internal control. The type of research used is qualitatively disqualified. Primary data collection techniques are obtained by interviewing methods to direct sources, namely the Treasurer and Housing Administration Staff of The Gayungsari; secondary data is received by library study methods, and documentation of Miles and Huberman's concepts with data condensation, comparing between theory and practice, and drawing researchers use conclusions as data analysis techniques. The conclusions of this study show that the accounting information system & payroll or wage procedures that have been implemented in the Housing Administration Office of The Gayungsari have not been good enough, and internal control has not been effective enough with the double position

Abstract

PT Sarana Remaja Mandiri is a construction company spread throughout Indonesia to handle customers at PT Sarana Remaja Mandiri to improve company services for profit. Customers can cooperate with PT Sarana Remaja Mandiri through credit payments so that credit transactions occur. Credit transactions carry the risk of bad debts and the age of receivables. The author aims to analyse the accounting information system and accounts receivable internal control system at PT Sarana Remaja Mandiri. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. The population and sample in this study were PT Sarana Remaja Mandiri and used receivables data. The results obtained on the accounts receivable accounting information system at PT Sarana Remaja Mandiri still use a manual system with Microsoft Excel, which is less accurate. Furthermore, based on the internal control system (COSO framework), receivables at PT Sarana Remaja Mandiri are still not optimal and effective in terms of procedures, monitoring, information and communication

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ROA, ROE, and DER on stock prices in banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the IDX. The samples in this study were 11 banking companies. This study uses a panel regression analysis method, which is processed using the e- views 10 programs. The coefficient of determination R2 shows that the ROA, ROE, and DER variables are able to influence stock prices by 21.3%. While the remaining 78.7% are leftover from other variables that are not used in. Partially ROA and ROE have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, DER has a negative and insignificant effect on prices. Simultaneously, the variables ROA, ROE, and DER affect stock prices.

Abstract

Virtual Office is an alternative option for business people, not only startups or small-scale businesses but also large and medium-sized companies that are already running. This is an opportunity for office rental entrepreneurs to optimize their Virtual Office business. The government has previously given more attention to the existence of Virtual Offices by making regulations that provide convenience for virtual office companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of office rental transactions based on virtual office (Case Study: PT Pilar Loka Karya). Data collection techniques, data obtained from direct observations, interviews with informants, and literature. The research method used is descriptive with a case study approach. The results can be concluded that PT Pilar Loka Karya has optimally processed office rental transactions based on virtual office.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the payroll accounting system at PT. Mandiri Jaya Sembilan. The descriptive method is used in this research by using interviews, documentation, and observation techniques. The results of this research state that the application of the payroll accounting system at PT. Mandiri Jaya Sembilan is good enough. The accounting department is responsible for the payment and remuneration of workers' salaries and is responsible for implementing control over the filling and recap of the attendance list of workers so as to minimize irregularities in employee payroll.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of hybrid working readiness based on the Molla and Licker model, the advantages of efforts in hybrid working readiness, and the obstacles faced in the hybrid working readiness of the Land Office of Pekalongan City, Central Java. Research methods. This type of research uses the descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques to obtain primary and secondary data are in-depth interview methods, observation or observation methods, and documentation. This study uses the guidance theory of Molla and Licker's model. The superiority of the efforts related to the readiness of Hybrid Working at the Land Office of Pekalongan City is the call center service and "Hello Head Office" complaint and semi-electronic service "eigh steps for the Covid-19 Emergency Period". The obstacles in the Hybrid Working readiness effort are the central office server that has not been able to back up regional offices. There are differences in the data of the service user.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of each variable researched, namely the self of efficacy, work experience, and employee competence on the promotion of position. The population in this research is employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample selection technique is done by random sampling with a sample of 50 people as respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and measurement using a Likert scale. Data analysis processing techniques used are multiple linear analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. The data is processed using SPSS 25. The results showed that self of efficacy, work experience, and employee competence the no significant effect on the promotion of the position of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The results of the R2 determination coefficient analysis showed that self of efficacy, work experience, and employee competence had an effect of 13.9% on the promotion of position, and the remaining 86.1% was influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

Economic development that uses sharia principles has overgrown. This research aims to identify the procedures for mudharabah financing and profit-sharing through mudharabah contracts at KSPPS Muamalah Berkah Sejahtera Surabaya based on PSAK No. 105. In conducting research at KSPPS Muamalah Berkah Sejahtera Surabaya. The data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The study results stated that the Muamalah Berkah Sejahtera Financing Savings and Loan Cooperative had implemented the financing process well. KSPPS Muamalah Berkah Sejahtera Surabaya has shown relatively good performance in recognizing, presenting, and presenting financial statements following PSAK No. 105 when conducting mudharabah financing activities.

Abstract

Salamun Karya Utama is a company engaged in the construction of finishing architectural buildings, in the process of selling services the company participates in various kinds of BUMN and private tenders. The author conducted this study aims to analyze the information system stages of sales of construction services at CV service companies. Greetings Main Works. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive analysis method with interview and observation techniques. Stages of accounting information system sales of services at a construction company CV. Salamun Karya Utama is still done manually and has not adhered to modern accounting it makes internal control weaknesses within the company, the author suggests adding workers according to their respective sections so that no one does double job disk so that it can support the company's performance

Abstract

This study analyzes the comparison of the profitability of a bank, there are some financial analyzes that can be used to assess a company, one of them by using the ratio analysis method. The profitability ratio is the assessment of the bank's ability to maintain business operations and capital. Return on equity can be calculated using ROA, ROE, and NPM. The author wants to know how Bank Mitra Cemawis Mandiri effectively uses its capital and uses its assets to generate profits over a certain period for stable business purposes and can cover all debt costs to other parties. Based on the analysis results of the picture of the level of profitability at the Mitra Cemawis Mandiri bank during the 2019-2021 period, the ROA of Bank Mitra Cemawis Mandiri in 2019 is still not healthy because it has not yet reached the BI standard of 5.98%. ROE at Bank Mitra Cemawis Mandiri, in the period 2019 to 2021, is in good health, because during that period the bank can efficiently earn profits and has entered into the standard provisions of BI. The NPM at Bank Mitra Cemawis Mandiri in the 2019 to 2021 period has increased and the bank can say it’s good at making good profits
