Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to record financial statements at the Gigi-Net business, located at Jalan Ruko Taman Dhika Cluster Bromo No. 10 Buduran Sidoarjo. The author collects some data, such as primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used by the author is to conduct direct interviews with the Owner, documentation and observation. In data analysis used by the author is the descriptive method. Based on the observations made by the author, it can be seen that the Gigi-Net business was built to be self-managed. From the results of interviews with the Owner in their operational activities, they do not apply the accounting system because the Owner does not understand accounting. Therefore, the Owner has switched to using his idea to continue to carry out his operational activities so that it continues. Thus, the author is interested in knowing what the recording of financial statements by Gigi-Net is like without using an accounting system, but in his own way made by the Owner in a simple and easy to understand way. However, Gigi-Net's business can continue to run and even progress and develop until now

Abstract

This research plans to decide on using simple bookkeeping practices in financial statements at Catering Ibu Shofiah. The motivation behind this research is that, in general, the improvement of the financial department in the simple bookkeeping provided by the business owner must be carried out with careful consideration so that it is clear and can still be understood in the preparation of financial statements even though it does not apply an accounting system. Therefore, business owners who support the creativity of the younger generation will later be able to improve the financial statements in their business which is a value that is reflected in the practice of simple bookkeeping of financial statements at Catering Ibu Shofiah with the good practices so that the work can be done quickly until it is completed

Abstract

Every company will need a sales information system for a business due to increased effectiveness in competitive advantage by adding to the products and services it produces. In addition, the company's sales information system is very influential because the company will later need this information for its operations for decision making, calculating basic costs, and so on. Therefore, the objectives to be achieved in this study are (1) to find out the problems of the accounting system run by the company, and (2) to find out the sales accounting information system at PCP Express Surabaya, both cash sales and invoices/credits. From the results of the analysis carried out, it can be locked that: (1) PCP Express Surabaya already has a computer-based accounting system for cash/cash sales and invoices/credits, and (2) problems in the implementation of cash sales accounting systems that still require development, (3) Internal control at PCP Express Surabaya is quite good because of the implementation of application and segregation of duties.

Abstract

Technological advances require Human Resources to continue to adapt to discovering new technologies in all aspects of life. Including the elements of government in government tax services. From tax services using traditional techniques to modern with digital applications. Connecting the discovery of application technology with government services is a challenge with both positive and negative impacts. The excellent effect of using technology correctly is providing efficiency and effectiveness that are very useful for human work. However, if the use of the wrong technology, it will be a boomerang that is quite detrimental to humans. Therefore, humans must be wise in using technology, including digital taxation applications that require users to use them properly and not be misused by the wrong parties.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the role of BAZNAS in Bojonegoro Regency in supporting education levels during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bojonegoro. The object of this research is BAZNAS, Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews, and observations, while the data validity test techniques used are method triangulation and data source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the role of BAZNAS in Bojonegoro Regency in supporting education through the scholarship assistance program is very helpful for scholarship recipients. With the scholarship assistance program, students and students are able to focus on the teaching and learning process without worrying about costs amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This assessment is to be able to understand and investigate the reporting and service of annual tax returns using an electronic filling of the level of taxpayer satisfaction. All of these reviewers are taxpayers at KPP Wonocolo Surabaya. An example used is a simple random sampling method where 25 speakers were taken. This method of analysis uses the Classical Assumption Test method. The results of this review inform that KPP Wonocolo Surabaya to the taxpayer community has a concrete impact on the level of satisfaction and services have a concrete impact on the level of satisfaction of taxpayers

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the perception of the importance of effective interpersonal communication skills towards tax services at the Surabaya Rungkut primary tax service office, using the literature study method with a descriptive exploratory approach. The research used is qualitative and based on subordinate information. Fostering effective interaction, there are 5 things that must be considered: 1. Clarity, when communicating must use clear language and information is clearly packaged so that it is easy to understand 2. Accuracy, and accuracy related to the correct use of language and the context of communication occurs 3. The context of the information and language to be thrown out must adjust the circumstances in which communication occurs 4. The language information channel to be prepared is composed of clear channels or systematics 5. Culture on communication must be attached to culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence macroeconomic factors consisting of inflation and BI 7-day reverse repo rate have on the profitability of PT. Bank BRI Syariah in 2017-2020. The population of this research is a monthly financial report of PT. Bank BRI Syariah from 2017 to 2020. The sampling in this study was determined by the purposive sampling method so that with a periode of four years, 48 samples were obtained. This study uses secondary data obtained from financial report data that has been published through the official website of PT. Bank BRI Syariah as well as inflation and BI 7-day reverse repo rate published through the official website of Bank Indonesia. The data analysis technique in this study uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination test, where the data testing is assisted by the SPSS 19 application. The result in this study indicates that partially the inflation variable has no significant effect on the profitability variable, while the variable BI 7-day reverse repo rate has a significant positive effect on the profitability of PT. Bank BRI Syariah Tbk for the periode 2017-2020.
