Training activities cannot be ignored, especially in entering the era of increasingly fierce, sharp, intense competition in this millennium century. In this connection we realize that training is fundamental for employees. By following the development and growth, which is marked by the greater diversification of the workforce, the form of organization and global competition that continues to increase, training and development efforts enable employees to expand their obligations and greater responsibilities. The effectiveness of training and development depends on the integrity of the employees with other HR activities. Providing incentive compensation such as stock options and additional benefits, such as an attractive retirement plan, is a temporary effective way to reduce turnover, especially among executives.

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor yang mempengaruhi Kualitas Laporan Keuangan dengan Sistem Pengendalian Intern sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Merangin, Jambi. Metode penelitian ini metode penelitian kuantitatif, karena penelitian ini disajikan dengan angka-angka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Pada penelitian ini populasi adalah Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Merangin yang berjumlah 26 OPD terdiri dari 21 dinas dan 5 badan. peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 104 orang pada 26 OPD terdiri dari 21 dinas dan 5 badan dengan teknik Purposive sampling dimana setiap OPD diambil 4 orang berdasarkan jabatannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, uji parsial variabel Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (SAP) (X1) didapatkan nilai thitung (3.338) ttabel (1, 984), Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) (X2) nilai thitung (-0.491) ttabel (1,998) Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (X3) nilai thitung (2.377) ttabel (1,984), Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah (X4) nilai thitung (2.130) ttabel (1,984), hasil uji secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung adalah 51.940 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 2.460. Sistem Pengendalian Intern dapat memoderasi hubungan antara Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah dengan Kualitas Laporan Keuangan OPD di Kabupaten Merangin.

The purpose of this study is to find a solution to the research gap between green advertising and green purchase intention, by proposing environmental knowledge as a mediating variable. Based on previous studies, green advertising is believed to increase consumer knowledge about environmentally friendly products. In addition, environmental knowledge plays an important role in increasing green purchasing intentions. It shows that green advertising has a direct and indirect influence through the environment knowledge. Therefore this study seeks to build a conceptual model that is expected to contribute to academics and managerial practice. For academics, the conceptual model is expected to be empirically tested through field research. Whereas for green marketing management practices, the conceptual model can be used as a reference in an effort to increase consumer purchase intentions.

In business activities in this era of globalization, technological developments are needed to expand business networks. The level of competition that is quite tight makes business actors more innovative in carrying out marketing activities for their products and services. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion through social media and word of mouth on consumer decisions in choosing a wedding organizer. This type of research is quantitative data analysis and in this study using descriptive analysis method to collect data in the field by taking samples from a population of 60 respondents to consumers of Art Project Lampung. Test requirements analysis using normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model using multiple regression models, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and the coefficient of determination (R2). And using statistical hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research with multiple linear regression analysis with t test, it was found that promotion through social media had a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions to choose a wedding organizer, while word of mouth had a positive and insignificant effect on consumer decisions to choose a wedding organizer. From the F test, it is found that promotion through social media and word of mouth simultaneously has a significant influence on consumer decisions to choose a wedding organizer.

A company can not be separated from human resources even though the company has a large capital and modern technology. The success of a company is determined by employee performance. One of the factors that can affect employee performance is discipline. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is influence of discipline on employee performance in KSP Savings and Credit Cooperatives. Wagura Way Jepara, East Lampung? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance in KSP Savings and Credit Cooperatives. Wagura Way Jepara, East Lampung. This research is descriptive research with quantitative analysis. Data collection techniques in this research are documentation and questionnaire. The population is all employees in KSP Wagurayang numbering 10 people. Samples of as many as 10 people or all Wagura KSP employees. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21. The results of this study are the significant value of Discipline is 0.002, the value is smaller than 0.05 so that the Hypothesis (Ha) which states "There is Discipline Influence on Employee Performance in the Wura KSP Savura Loan Cooperative in East Lampung 2019" can be accepted. R square value or the coefficient of determination = 0.594, which means the effect of Discipline on employee performance is 59.4%, and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is an influence of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on improving the performance of the employees of PT. Indomobil Finance Branch of Way Jepara, East Lampung. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires and documentation. As in this study the population is all employees of PT. Indomobil Finance Branch of Way Jepara, East Lampung, with 15 employees. This study discusses two research variables namely the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) work and employee performance improvement. The analysis technique in this research is a simple linear regression formula. From the analysis results obtained an R2 value of 0.186, meaning that there is a workmanship Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Work to increase employee performance by 18.6% and t count 4,410 values when compared with t table where dk = n-1 is 15- 1 = 14 with an error level of 5% the value of t table is 2.145 (Appendix 4) with a sig value 0.05. This means that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) work has an influence on improving the performance of employees of PT. Indomobil Finance Branch of Way Jepara, East Lampung.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kepuasan konsumen yang berkomitmen secara mendalam untuk melakukan pembeli kembali produk maupun jasa. Penelitian ini dilalukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Perum BULOG Sub Divre Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner penelitian yang disebarkan kepada 100 orang responden sebagai sampel. Data diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dimana diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel dari bauran pemasaran yaitu produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen adalah variabel produk dan harga namun tidak signifikan sedangkan variabel promosi dan distribusi tidak terdapat hubungan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of quality and product design on brand switching of mobile phones at STIE Lampung Timur Students. The population in this study were BPJS Kesehatan patients who had experienced the services of the Sukadana Community Health Center, Sukadana District. The number of population used in this study were 218 people and the sample taken was 100 students. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. In processing the data, this study uses the SPSS program. This study uses multiple linear analysis. This analysis is used to examine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that the variable Product Quality and Product Design simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Mobile Brand Switching. The results of this study indicate that the determinant coefficient value of R = 0.929, this value means that the level of the relationship between Product Quality and Design on Brand Switching is strong. While the value of R square is 0.987, the value of R square can be called the coefficient of determination which means that Brand Switching is influenced by Product Quality and Product Design by 98.7% while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Product quality has a significant effect on the Mobile Brand Switching of STIE East Lampung Students, as evidenced by the t test where the significance value is 0.00 0.05. Product design has a significant effect on the Mobile Brand Switching of STIE East Lampung Students, as evidenced by the t test where a significance value of 0.00 0.05 is obtained. So that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an effect of product quality and product design on the Mobile Brand Switching of STIE East Lampung students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas produk dan harga terhadap minat beli buku penerbit yudhistira, dengan Objek penelitian Minat Beli Buku Yudhistira. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 235 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin maka sampelnya berjumlah 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil Uji F memiliki nilai F-hitung 611,080 F-tabel 3,13 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Minat Beli Buku Penerbit Yudhistira. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk (X 1) memiliki nilai t-hitung 3,277 t_tabel 2,199 selanjutnya harga (X 2) memiliki nilai t-hitung 24,870 t_tabel 2,199. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Minat Beli Buku Penerbit Yudhistira. Koefisien Determinasi (R) sebesar 0.946 hal ini berarti kontribusi yang diberikan kualitas produk dan harga dalam penelitian ini sebesar 94,6% minat beli, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 5,84% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian

Palm oil is the prime commodity in Indonesia so that it can absorb a lot of energy and increase community income. The purpose of this study is. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of land area and oil palm production in Bungo District and determine the effect of oil palm income on oil palm GRDP in Bungo.The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely time series data in the span of years 2007 to 2016. Secondary data in this study are the area of oil palm, oil palm production, agricultural GRDP and PDRB Bungo District. The method used to determine the development of land area and oil palm production in Bungo District with descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The results showed that the development of the area of oil palm in Bungo district always increased from year to year and oil palm production in Bungo Regency always fluctuated. The year 1999 experienced a decline in 2001 began to increase slowly and in 2013 experienced a very significant increase of 559,666,000 kg and the effect of oil palm income on oil palm GRDP in Bungo District had an effect with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.800. This showed that palm oil income affected Bungo Regency's GRDP is 80%, the remaining 20% is caused by other influences
