Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic encouraged the Indonesian government to develop the PeduliLindungi application as a digital health service platform. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the PeduliLindungi application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The study employed a quantitative descriptive approach by distributing an online questionnaire to 400 PeduliLindungi users in the Jabodetabek area. The satisfaction dimensions analyzed include content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness.Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that user satisfaction falls within the satisfied to very satisfied category, with the highest mean score on ease of use (4.415) and the lowest on content (4.197). Partially, accuracy, format, and ease of use have a significant effect on user satisfaction, while content and timeliness do not show a significant effect. Simultaneously, all EUCS dimensions have a significant effect on user satisfaction with the PeduliLindungi application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra destinasi, kualitas atraksi wisata budaya, dan experiential marketing terhadap keputusan berkunjung kembali pada Festival Cap Go Meh di Kota Singkawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Festival Cap Go Meh di Kota Singkawang dalam kurun waktu empat tahun terakhir. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria pernah mengunjungi festival tersebut dalam kurun waktu empat tahun. Hasil pengujian secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa citra destinasi, kualitas atraksi wisata budaya, dan experiential marketing masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung kembali. Nilai t-hitung setiap variabel lebih besar daripada t-tabel dengan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05, sehingga seluruh hipotesis penelitian diterima. Hasil pengujian secara simultan (uji f) menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung kembali. Uji koefisien determinasi menghasilkan R² sebesar 0.519, menunjukkan bahwa 51.9% variasi yang diamati dalam keputusan berkunjung kembali dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel citra destinasi, kualitas atraksi wisata budaya, dan experiential marketing, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prosedur operasi standar (SOP) untuk proses pengepakan di PT X dalam rangka meningkatkan keamanan pengiriman produk. Kerusakan produk selama distribusi merupakan masalah yang cukup signifikan karena menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan dan menghambat kelancaran pengiriman ke outlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, didukung dengan tinjauan teori mengenai pengemasan, material handling, kualitas produk, standar operasional prosedur, dan keselamatan pengiriman. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pihak internal perusahaan, observasi langsung proses pengepakan, dan dokumentasi data kerusakan produk. Analisis data menggunakan metode DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) untuk mengidentifikasi akar permasalahan dan merumuskan perbaikan proses. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya SOP pengemasan yang terstandarisasi menjadi penyebab utama tingginya tingkat kerusakan kemasan. Rancangan SOP yang diusulkan mampu meningkatkan konsistensi proses pengemasan, mengurangi risiko kerusakan produk, dan mendukung peningkatan keselamatan pengiriman. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan SOP pengemasan yang sistematis dan terkendali berperan penting dalam menjaga kualitas produk selama proses distribusi.

Abstract

This study is motivated by environmental changes that drive organizations to demonstrate greater concern for their surroundings, which has become a global challenge, particularly in Southeast Asia. Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is regarded as a strategic approach to promoting sustainability through human resource practices that encourage environmental awareness. The objective of this research is to examine the relationship between GHRM, environmental knowledge, and employee green behavior. A quantitative research method was employed, with respondents comprising employees from both private and public sectors in West Kalimantan. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that discriminant validity was achieved (HTMT < 0.9), with R² values of 0.470 for employee green behavior and 0.353 for environmental knowledge, both categorized as weak. All hypotheses were supported (p-value < 0.05), and environmental knowledge was found to partially mediate the relationship between GHRM and employee green behavior (p-value = 0.000). These results suggest that implementing GHRM within organizations can enhance employees’ environmentally friendly behavior, even when their environmental knowledge is limited, providing strategic implications for fostering a strong sustainability-oriented organizational culture.
