<![CDATA[This study aims to explain in detail how the objective motivational conditions experienced by students in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study was conducted at Universitas Kuningan involving 80 sixth semester students in the Elementary School Teacher Education study program. Data collection techniques used in this study were survey technique with a Likert scale. Survey was made through google form so that it was easily accessible by students. The data analysis technique used in this study was calculating the percentage of data from each indicator, interpreting the data presentation score andthen analyzing each indicator in depth. The results of this study indicated that the learning motivation of sixth semester students of the elementary school teacher education program at Universitas Kuningan was very good, in which the percentage score of motivation reached 80.27%. This study is expected to be an evaluation of various parties in organizing online learning in higher education, especially those involving motivation in it. This research is also expected to be a study material for other researchers in analyzing and developing student learning motivation in online learning during emergencies in higher education.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to produce a mathematics worksheet book based on a scientific approach in social arithmetic subject that is appropriate for use in seventh grade students of Junior High Schools. The development model was based on the ADDIE development model which included 5 stages namely: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The research subjects were seventh grade students of Citra Bakti Junior High School. The research instrument consisted of worksheet validation sheets, teacher response questionnaire, student response questionnaire, and observation sheet of learning activities. The quality and feasibility of the worksheet were based on the validity test by two validators and the practicality test was by 10 students of the test subject. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the results of the worksheet validity test obtained a validity score 3.21 or 80.2% and were on the validity criteria of "valid". So, it can be concluded that the worksheets that has been developed is valid and the results of the worksheet practicality test obtain an average practicality score of 10 students is 3.56 or 89%. This means that the worksheets developed is categorized into the high practicality criteria. Thus, the mathematics worksheet book based on a scientific approach in social arithmetic subject that is developed is feasible to be used for seventh grade students of Junior High School.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to gather information and obtain gaps in the implementation of the school operational assistance (BOS) program to improve the quality of education. This study used a gap evaluation model (Discrepancy). The subjects of the research were the principal, the teacher (BOS treasurer), the school supervisor, the school committee, the District coordinator, and the parents of the students. Data were collected from research sites using observation techniques, document studies and interviews. Information obtained was analyzed by using the Miles and Hubermen model which included data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the result of the study, there were still gaps in several aspects between implementation and standards of BOS program. Design aspect was following BOS 2019 Technical Guidelines. There was a gap at the installation stage; there were sudden and costly activities, while expenses must be adjusted to the liability letter (SPJ). At the implementation stage, there was a delay in the process of disbursing BOS, which was the main source of education funding. Thus, from the implementation stage it can be concluded that there are still gaps between the implementation of BOS with the Technical Guidelines.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the work environment on the performance of the educational staffs. The method used in this study was a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 51 respondents. The sampling technique used probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The instrument testing used a validity test and a reliability test. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study showed that the work environment was very influential on the performance of educational staffs within the scope of the AMC office. Conducive work environment provided maximum performance of all teaching staffs.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational justice on the trust of Tangerang Regency private junior high school teachers. In the analysis will get more detailed results related to organizational justice variables with the indicators and trust with the indicators. This research used SEM (Structural Equition Model) method. Data collection technique used a questionnaire. The sample of this study involved 273 people through random proportional selection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling in inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate that there was a direct effect of organizational justice on the confidence of Tangerang regency private junior high school teachers. The dominant indicators of organizational justice variables which contributed was neutrality at 18.26%, while the dominant trust variable which contributed was consistency at 23.71%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is aimed to develop a particle dynamics module integrated traditional games that is applied in e-learning to improve scientific literacy skills. This study was a developmental research because it developed a module based on local wisdom with the R and D method developed by Borg and Gall. Research procedures included preliminary studies, product planning, product development, product validation (validation by experts), product revisions and field tests. Field trials used one group pretest-posttest design with 19 students of 4th natural science education as the samples. The instruments used were validation sheets and scientific literacy test. The results showed that the Particle Dynamics module based on local wisdom of traditional games was declared valid and feasible by experts to be implemented in distance learning (e-learning). In addition, the application of the particle dynamics module based on local wisdom of the traditional game through e-learning had a moderate effect on students' scientific literacy skills.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to analyze the mathematical reasoning ability of students when solving open-ended problems. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The subject was as many as 15 students of a grade VIII-2 of SMPN 6 Mandau. The technique of collecting data in this research was a written test. Data analysis techniques were scoring, presenting data, and describing and drawing conclusions from the data collected. The result of the study showed that the mathematical reasoning ability of the students was very determined when students solved problems, especially the open-ended problems. It could be demonstrated from the achievement of indicators of mathematical reasoning ability, drew a logical conclusion with the medium category, made analogy and generalization with very low categories as well as examining the validity of the statements with low categories. From the achievement of these indicators, it can be concluded that the average mathematical reasoning ability of students still is still categorized into low category. This is because students are still not accustomed of solving open-ended problems.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the use of technology technique as a learning media and teacher innovation to overcome the problem. By library research, the researcher conducted the relevant literature study to answer the research and explained it descriptively. The results of the study indicate that optimization on the use of instructional media was done by understanding the characteristics of media and learning needs. Technology controller was the teacher, not the teacher depending on technology. Teacher needs innovation when facing the limitations or facing other technical obstacles. Teacher can maximize everything that can be used to deliver learning information, including the use of the environment. So, something real can be presented applicatively.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to compare the loneliness and hope among orphans in the Tanjung Barat orphanage, South Jakarta. The research method used a descriptive qualitative with a case study method. Data collection techniques were interviews, observations, and filling in a simple questionnaire. The sample used 36 children of Tanjung Barat orphanage consisting of elementary school, junior high school and senior high school students. This was done on site and compared to the literature that had been previously established. Comparing loneliness and hope among orphans aimed to identify and find ways of mapping loneliness and hope among orphans who had been explored and investigated empirically, to find out the comparison and contrast with the mapping of loneliness and hope expressed among them, and to find examples of self-assessment to evaluate and encourage the mapping of their loneliness and expectations among them and present them to caregivers, parents and professionals. By comparing their loneliness and hopes they can actively engage in social interaction between themselves, others, and improve their personal, welfare and life skills.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve students' writing skills on descriftive essay by using the Discovery method aided by the media image. This research was a type of classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program STKIP Pontianak amounting to 35 people. The data collected were divided into two categories, namely quantitative and qualitative data. Techniques for collecting qualitative data, namely increasing learning activity activity data, used observation sheets and recording sheets, while for quantitative data collection used test instruments and student performance test. The data collected were described and analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The conclusions of the study illustrate the method of finding through image media has made students' writing skills in descriptive essay improved. Students give a good and enthusiastic response when using the discovery method through image media. Based on data and tests that have been done writing skills of students in writing descriptions before doing the action of 60.27%. Then after being given action in the first cycle, student skills reached 72% and in the second cycle student skills increased to 79%.]]>
