This study aims to determine the value contained in Tais in the tradition of death of the Kemak tribe community in Belu Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The results showed that the Tais by the Kemak tribe community is believed to contain a very high philosophical value and function in the death of the Kemak Tribe community in Kabuna village. Tais apart from being clothing in welcoming dances and traditional ceremonies, as a delivery item in a marriage ceremony which is a symbol of strengthening the relationship between the two parties, far from that tais is an expression of feeling sorry for, as a symbol of respect for deceased relatives, and also become a means of connecting between individuals and ancestors. Therefore, the kemak tribe community, needs to be given an understanding in maintaining the existing Tais values, and good cooperation between the community, traditional elders or community leaders and the local government.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan layanan, motivasi kerja serta sistem pengawasan terhadap kinerja layanan petugas frontliner di PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Kupang. Jenis penelitian ini dikategorikan jenis penelitian penjelasan (explanation research) yaitu jenis penelitian yang menjelaskan kedudukan variabel – variabel yang diteliti serta hubungan antara satu variabel dan variabel yang lain. Penelitian ini juga tergolong penelitian asosiatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih (Sugiyono : 2004). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan survey, menurut Sugiyono (2004) penelitian survey adalah penelitian yang dilakukan pada populasi besar atau kecil tetapi data yang dipelajari adalah data dari sampel yang diambil dari populasi tersebut sehingga ditemukan kejadian – kejadian relatif, distribusi hubungan – hubungan antara variabel sosiologis maupun psikologis dengan menggunakan informasi yang diperoleh dari responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Empat variabel yang digunakan analisa adalah pelatihan layanan, motivasi kerja, system pengawasan dan kinerja layanan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja hanya dapat ditingkatkan jika dilakukan pelatihan yang berkesinambungan dan terarah. Sistem pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh atasan kepada bawahan tidak memberikan kontribusi apapun kepada motivasi kerja karena karyawan tidak suka bekerja dibawah tekanan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di sekolah menengah atas Negeri 1 Kupang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk etnografi yaitu suatu penelitian yang diarahkan pada latar belakang ruang kelas dan perilaku guru dan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian secara holistik dan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran guru bahasa Inggris di SMA Negeri 1 Kupang dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sudah cukup membantu siswa dalam menggali potensinya untuk menguasai kompetensi berbahasa secara lebih mendalam.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peningkatan aktivitas belajar kimia dengan penerapan model pembelajaran daring pada materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kuantitatif. Terdapat tiga teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Lembar observasi aktivitas belajar meliputi aktivitas visual, lisan, mendengarkan, menulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan aktivitas belajar kimia dengan penerapan model pembelajaran daring pada materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan.

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Gita Bahari multi-business cooperative during the period 2017 to 2019. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach.Data collection using interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are ratio analysis based on financial performance which includes liquidity ratio (current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio), solvency ratio (total asset to debt ratio and total equity to debt ratio) and profitability ratio (return on investment and return on equity). The results showed that the financial performance of the Gita Bahari multi-business cooperative based on liquidity and solvency ratios was in the unhealthy category. In the current pandemic condition, the Indonesian National Police have a duty to maintain public security and order, namely; perform law enforcement functions; and provide protection, protection and services to the community in accordance with Article 13 of Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police. To realize this task, the Chief of Police issued a Decree No. Mak / 2 / III / 2020 concerning Compliance with Government Policies in Handling Corona Virus. In carrying out their duties, the National Police in all areas of the Republic of Indonesia will take action against people who are still huddled together, hoarding basic necessities and other people's needs excessively and spreading hoax news. Then take action against various criminal acts caused by the pandemic such as theft, robbery, looting and other criminal acts, but the reality in the field is that there are still many criminal acts and that it seems that the community is not appropriate to these prohibitions, so that a problem arises, namely how is the role or strategy Binmas Polsek Gunungsitoli Alo'o and Polres Nias in Facing the Socialization of Adaptation of New Habits. To answer these problems, it is necessary to carry out a scientific study in the form of normative legal research, with a statutory approach and an analytical approach. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the role or strategy of the Gunungsitoli Alo'oa Police Department (Nias Police) in dealing with New Habit Adaptation (AKB) amid the Covid-19 Pandemic in the community is to carry out socialization activities through community education about the importance of understanding, awareness and understanding of the community about Adaptation. New habits in breaking the chain of covid-19 spread by following health protocols through implementing a clean lifestyle, namely; wash hands frequently, use masks, avoid crowds and always maintain a minimum distance of 1 (one) meter and maintain cleanliness and discipline yourself. Meanwhile, the efforts made by the Binmas Polsek Gunungsitoli Alo'oa (Nias Police) in dealing with New Habit Adaptation (AKB) amid the Covid-19 Pandemic in the community are carrying out activities that intensify the social appeal of Distancing and Physical Distancing, through patrol activities crowded places, both during the day and at night in order to maintain security and public order by checking the social security situation in villages in the jurisdiction of the Gunungsitoli Alo'oa Police, to appeal to the public to adhere to health protocols set by the government in order to accelerate the handling of the Corona Virus pandemic outbreak.

New Normal now inevitably apply in various fields. During the Covid-19 pandemic, people were required to do various things in their own homes. Social media is increasingly being used by the community, one of which is that Twitter has many functions and purposes. Twitter can disseminate information in the form of appeals, such as dirumahaja hashtags echoed by the government and the people of Indonesia. The use of these dirumahaja hashtags has various kinds of opinions, such as positive and negative opinions. This study tries to analyze Indonesian language tweets that use dirumahaja hashtags to find out how people in Indonesia view these hashtags. The method used is scraping data from Twitter with a total of 200 data tweets then analyzed using the lexicon-based text mining method, the sentiment results obtained from tweets using the Bing Vector method. The results of the sentiment analysis in this study got a positive score of 49, and a negative score of 48. The negative score almost offset the positive score due to the high percentage of Anticipation emotions of 40% which illustrates the concern of Twitter netizens about the COVID-19 pandemic which they pour through dirumahaja tagged tweets.

One of the potentials in Selorejo Hamlet, Kemiri Village, Mojosongo District, Boyolali Regency is the number of cassava or cassava plants. Therefore, the Boyolali University independent Community Service Program is focused on processing food made from local agricultural products in the form of cassava. This program aims to empower the community and to improve the people's economy. The methods of implementing the KKN program include: coordination, collection of materials, making brownies and reporting. The impact of the Community Service Program is: People become more aware of cassava creations that can be processed into food that has high economic value, so that it can be used to increase income.

Real work lectures (KKN) are a series of student service activities to the community in a certain area as a form of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. KKN which is usually carried out in groups is transformed into an implementation independently from each student’s home. Boyolali University held a KKN that was different from the previous year because of the pandemic conditions that ocured in regions in Indonesia so that is was not possible for direct drops to the regions and implementation independently. The implementation of KKN starts from February 21, 2021 to March 31, 2021 in RT 16 RW 02 Tegalan Village, Ketaon Sub-district, Banyudono sub-district, Boyolali District. The work programs carried out include learning assintace from for children, educatin on proper hand washing, wearing masks when leaving the house. The implementation of the KKN program is expected to increase the knowledge and insigh of the residents of RT 16 RW 02, Ketaon Village, Ketaon sub-district, Boyolali district regarding covid-19, so that it can increase citizen awareness and can help break the chain of the spread of covid-19.

Community Service Program (KKN- Kuliah Kerja Nyata) is a forum that is given to Universitas Boyolali students and students a masterpiece. Creating students who are able to play a role in society, as well as making students close to the community to establish Islamic Ukhuawah, students who are the highest level of education have a very important role in the survival of the state. Students can act as actors of Agents of Change in a pluralistic society. A forum given by UBY in the form of KKN activities is an important step for a student to practice the application of knowledge from lecture halls into a more real world with pro-contract that can occur in the process. During the Covid-19 pandemic there were many changes in healthy lifestyle that had to be implemented. Especially changes in the way students learn, both elementary school and university students, all use online technology. Due to online learning activities, a lot of elementary and kindergarten students in my village are bored. Therefore, the writer wants to give space and time to fill the boredom by learning and playing to make slime. By playing and learning, the children look happy and feel proud of their work. This KKN activity is located in Kiringan village, Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency. Precisely at RT 1 RW 6. During the community service, the writer also followed routine activities that had been going well in the village such as posyandu and regular group meetings of women.
