Abstract

Background: Adolescents have an unstable nature, want to try new things, if family conditions are not harmonious it is feared that these young people try new things dangerous ones, such as smoking, using drugs, and more worrying, becoming drug dealers. Objective: to determine the level of understanding of the dangers of drugs and cigarettes in juveniles in the Wonogiri II Health Center area in March 2019. Methods: The population was class VII and VIII male students in the three schools totaling 586, this study was a random sampling technique, a Cross-Sectional study through questionnaires. Validity test uses the product moment correlation formula. Reliability test using Alpa Cronbach formula. Results: Research Results respondents who had tried smoking 184 people (66.7%), 97 respondents had a very low understanding of smoking (35.1%), understanding of drugs was very low 119 people (43.1%), while high understanding was only 3 respondent (1.1%). Conclusion: Most students in the Wonogiri II Community Health Center work area smoke a lot and have a low level of understanding of the dangers of smoking and drugs, so counseling is needed regarding the dangers of smoking and drugs so that students' behavior away from cigarettes and drugs.

Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN- Kuliah Kerja Nyata) is a forum that is given to Universitas Boyolali students and students a masterpiece. Creating students who are able to play a role in society, as well as making students close to the community to establish Islamic Ukhuawah, students who are the highest level of education have a very important role in the survival of the state. Students can act as actors of Agents of Change in a pluralistic society. A forum given by UBY in the form of KKN activities is an important step for a student to practice the application of knowledge from lecture halls into a more real world with pro-contract that can occur in the process. During the Covid-19 pandemic there were many changes in healthy lifestyle that had to be implemented. Especially changes in the way students learn, both elementary school and university students, all use online technology. Due to online learning activities, a lot of elementary and kindergarten students in my village are bored. Therefore, the writer wants to give space and time to fill the boredom by learning and playing to make slime. By playing and learning, the children look happy and feel proud of their work. This KKN activity is located in Kiringan village, Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency. Precisely at RT 1 RW 6. During the community service, the writer also followed routine activities that had been going well in the village such as posyandu and regular group meetings of women.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of reading ambassador's branding image on the interest of visiting users and how much influence the reading ambassador's branding image has on the interest of visiting users at the Library and Archives Service of South Sulawesi Province. This study uses causal associative research located at the Library and Archives Service of South Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula so that the sample in this study was 98 respondents. The data obtained using a questionnaire and data processing techniques in this study using the help of SPSS version 23. The results in this study indicate the branding image of the ambassador because it has a strong influence on the interest of visitors to visit the Library and Archives Service by 42.3%. The significant level of the reading ambassador branding image variable is 0.000, which is smaller than 0.01 which means that it is accepted and then rejected, thus library promotion with the reading ambassador's branding image has an effect on increasing user interest in visiting. So this study shows that the branding image of the reading ambassador will have an impact on increasing the interest of visiting users

Abstract

Kejadian stunting di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi walaupun sudah teradi penurunan yaitu dari 24,4% di tahun 2021 menjadi 21,6% di 2022. Target penurunan stunting pada tahun 2024 adalah  14%. Untuk itu kita elemen masyarakat semua harus bisa bekerja sama untuk mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam menurunkan stunting. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat untuk membuat inovasi jamu dalam meningkatkan berat badan anak sehingga bisa mencegah stunting. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dengan beberapa tahapan kegiatan yaitu pertama persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan dengan koordinasi dengan ketua ketua posyandu Anggrek 4, Pelaksanaan dimulai dengan observasi pengetahuan dengan wawancara dan kuesioner, kemudian tahap inti pelaksanaan dengan memberi penyuluhan terkait deteksi dini stunting, pencegahan, pembuatan inovasi jamu cekok untuk meningkatkan berat badan dan mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan pada anak. Hasil : sebelum pelatihan sebagian besar dari peserta belum mengetahui stunting dan pencegahannya, dengan skor pengetahuan 55,0., dan setelah penyuluhan dan pelatihan adalah 78,0. Para peserta sangat antusias mengikuti jalannya pengabdian masyarakat, dan bersedia melakukan latihan pembuatan inovasi jamu cekok. Dengan demikian setelah diadakan kegiatan pengabdian ini maka terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pada peserta pelatihan

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Keluarga menjadi support system dalam kehidupan sehari-hari pasien hipertensi. Dukungan keluarga sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan diet lansia pada penderita hipertensi. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuahan diet lansia pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Pajang Surakarta. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriftif corellational dan pendekatan cross sectional, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 – 22 Maret 2024. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan jumlah responden 60 orang, menggunakan teknik random sampling, data yang di peroleh di olah menggunakan uji statistik rank spearman. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil analisis di peroleh data dari 60 lansia yang memiliki dukungan keluarga baik dengan kepatuhan dalam kategori patuh sebanyak 53 responden (88,3%), dukungan keluarga baik dengan kepatuhan dalam kategori tidak patuh sebanyak 7 responden (11,7%). Hasil uji rank spearman di dapatkan p-value = 0,000 (< 0,05). Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan diet lansia pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Pajang Surakarta

Abstract

Pendahuluan.: Stunting merupakan sebuah masalah kurang gizi kronis yang disebakan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi dalam waktu yang cukup lama, menyebabkan adanya gangguan di masa yang akan datang yakni mengalami kesulitan dalam mencapai perkembangan fisik dan kognitif yang optimal. Anak stunting memiliki Intteligent Quotient (IQ) lebih rendah dibandingkan rata-rata IQ anak normal. Stunting dapat disebabkan oleh banyak faktor diantaranya adalah BBLR, pengelolaan MP-ASI, sanitasi lingkungan, dan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 2-3 tahun. Metode : jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif corellational dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah balita usia 2-3 tahun, menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling, jumlah sampel 53 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisa univariat digunakan untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi dari karakteristik responden, sedangkan analisa bivariat digunakan untuk menguji hubungan pemberian asi eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting, menggunakan Uji Chi -Square. Hasil : hasil penelitian didapatkan balita yang mendapatkan ASI eksklusif berjumlah 42 (79,2%) dan yang tidak mendapatkan ASI eksklusif berjumlah 11 (20,8%) balita. Prevalensi kejadian stunting pada balita usia 2-3 tahun di Desa Balerejo sejumlah 8 balita. Hasil uji statistic Chi-square diperoleh nilai P-value 0,000 (<0,05). Kesimpulan : terdapat hubungan pemberian ASI ekkslusif dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 2-3 tahun di Desa Balerejo.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the public's view regarding religious education for girls, where girls still do not receive enough religious education from their parents, but only limited to lessons in public schools where religious lessons are very minimal in terms of time. The purpose of this study was to determine parents' perceptions regarding the opportunity to get religious education for girls and the religious education material taught by parents to girls. The method used is a qualitative method, the subjects of this study were parents who have children with different genders totaling 5 families. While the object of the study was the possibility of gender inequality in education in Murung Binjai, Kusambi Hulu Village. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data were created using data reduction techniques, data display and data verification. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study can be concluded that parents who have children with female gender have provided religious education for their daughters well, according to the abilities of the parents to their daughters, the religious education material taught by parents to their daughters includes an invitation to carry out the obligation of praying 5 times a day and getting used to reciting the quran every day and the perception of parents towards religious education for daughters shows the results that parents are aware of the importance of religious education for their daughters so that they try to educate based on religious guidance and send their children to schools that have religious lessons, and the above shows that the initial assumption of this study does not apply.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi layanan samsat Drive Thru sebagai layanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor Kota Kendari. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya layanan ini Bapenda Kota Kendari khususnya dibidang pajak meningkat dengan pesat. Hal ini berarti bahwa layanan ini mampu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pajak. Dalam penelitian ini dengan adanya layanan tersebut dapat memunculkan beberapa perubahan yaitu pertama, pemilik kendaraan dapat membayar pajak mereka dengan cepat. Dan yang kedua, dengan memberikan akses yang lebih mudah untuk membayar pajak, samsat Drive Thru ini dapat mendorong lebih banyak orang untuk mematuhi kewajiban masyarakat.

Abstract

The community service program aims to improve the understanding of teachers and guardians or parents regarding monitoring growth and development and the concept of play to improve and support the growth and development process in children. By providing education on the concept of play in supporting growth and development in children, it is hoped that the child's growth and development will be good and in accordance with the child's age level. This is also a form of prevention of growth and development disorders in children. The community service team conducted a survey and continued with submitting a permit letter to the Kindergarten and providing invitations to teachers and guardians of children. The activity was continued by providing education which ended with an evaluation of the community service activities. Assistance was carried out by the community service team in play therapy given to children who were divided into 4 groups. The children were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity with various types of games in the form of puzzles, coloring paper with colored sand. The results of this community service show an increase in understanding from teachers and parents or guardians regarding growth and development and the types of games that can support the growth and development process in children. This is supported by a positive response from parents' answers and the enthusiasm of teachers and parents or guardians in participating in the service event until the end.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the achievement of library facilities and infrastructure at SMP 1 Pattallassang and SMP 2 Pattallassang based on the National Library Standards (SNP) for Schools Number 11 of 2017. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with five librarians as data sources. The analysis was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the achievement of library facilities and infrastructure standards in both schools is quite good, although some aspects are still unmet, particularly regarding the library's location, which remains integrated with the school building. Available facilities include work desks and chairs, reading tables and chairs, bookshelves, catalog cabinets, magazine racks, circulation desks, and computer equipment. Librarians strive to meet the standards by providing the necessary facilities. SMP 2 Pattallassang implements a floor-seating method for visitors, while SMP 1 Pattallassang provides two models of reading tables: tables that can be used as classrooms and tables with partitions to enhance visitor comfort. In conclusion, school libraries have met most of the standards, although improvements are still needed in terms of location and certain infrastructure aspect.
