Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh kepadatan yang berbeda pada transportasi sistem basah tertutup terhadap kelulusan hidup benih ikan koi (Cyprinus carpio) umur 50 hari. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan pengumpulam data yang dilakukan secara obsevatif langsung. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa Rancang Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan kombinasi pakan pellet dan cacing sutra yang berbeda yaitu: perlakuan (A) : 75 ekor benih ikan koi, perlakuan (B) : 125 ekor benih ikan koi, perlakuan (C) : 175 ekor benih ikan koi, perlakuan (D) : 225 ekor benih ikan koi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelakuan terbaik yaitu terdapat pada perlakuan Perlakuan (B) kepadatan 125 ekor dengan kelulusan hidup 99.8%. Hasil penelitian pengamatan kualitas air menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan masih dalam kadar yang optimal untuk mendukung kelangsungan hidup benih ikan koi (Cyprinus carpio) dengan Suhu 26.4°C – 27.5°C. pH 7.3 – 7.6. Oksigen terlarut 4.1 – 6.5 ppm.Kata kunci : kepadatan, transportasi, kelulusan hidup, benih, ikan koiABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of different densities in closed wet transportation systems on the kelulusan hidup of koi fish (Cyprinus carpio) aged 50 days. The method in this study used an experimental method with direct observation of data collection. The experimental design used in this study was in the form of a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 different combinations of pelleted feed and silk worms, namely: treatment (A) : 75 koi fish fry, treatment (B) : 125 koi fish seeds, treatment (C): 175 koi fish seeds, treatment (D): 225 koi fish seeds. The results showed that the best treatment was in Treatment (B) at a density of 125 tails with a survival rate of 99.8%. The results of the observation of water quality showed that the whole was still at optimal levels to support the survival of koi fish (Cyprinus carpio) seeds with a temperature of 26.4°C – 27.5°C. pH 7.3 – 7.6. Abstract

ABSTRAKIkan Kakap Putih (Later calcarifer) merupakan salah satu organisme budidaya laut unggulan di Indonesia yang memiliki pertumbuhan relatif cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis bakteri pada ikan kakap yang dibudidaya dengan sistem keramba jaring apung (KJA). Pemeliharaan ikan dalam jumlah besar dengan kepadatan tinggi berpotensi mengakibatkan lingkungan yang kurang kondusif dari sisa-sisa pakan sehingga menyebabkan timbulnya penyakit. Penyakit ini terjadi dari interaksi yang tidak serasi antara tiga komponen utama budidaya, yaitu lingkungan, organisme yang dibudidaya, dan organisme penyebab penyakit. Kondisi lingkungan yang sering berubah-ubah menyebabkan ikan stres pada saat pemeliharaan sehingga dapat memicu timbulnya penyakit dan dapat mengakibatkan kematian ikan. Selain menurunnya parameter kualitas air, pemicu lain yang menyebabkan serangan infeksi adalah terlukanya ikan ketika dipelihara di dalam keramba jaring apung (KJA) dan penggunaan net yang kotor menyebabkan tertinggalnya bakteri yang dapat menyerang ikan pada siklus berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi keberadaan dan jenis bakteri pada ikan kakap putih yang dibudidayan dengan sistem keramba jaring apung (KJA). Penelitian ini dirancang dengan metode sampling dengan mengambil ikan di kja kemudian menumbuhkan dan mengidentifikasi bakteri dari saluran pencernaan ikan kakap Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dan di deskripsikan sesuai dengan golongan bakteri. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan tiga jenis bakteri yakni Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus arlette, dan Staphylococcus haemolyticus. Beberapa jenis bakteri yang didapatkan ada yang bersifat gram positif dan pathogen.Kata Kunci: Bakteri, Ikan Kakap Putih, Keramba Jaring Apung, Penyakit, PrebiotikABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the type of bacteria in Asian seabass cultured with floating net cages (KJA) system. Rearing fish in large numbers at high densities can result in an environment that is not conducive for leftover feed to cause disease. This disease occurs from an incompatible interaction between the three main components of cultivation the environment, biota, and disease-causing organisms. Therefore, environmental conditions that often change cause stress in fish during rearing, leading to disease and death in fish. In addition to decreasing water quality parameters, another trigger that causes the infection is an injury to fish when kept in floating net cages (KJA) and the use of dirty nets causing bacteria to be left behind which can attack fish in the next cycle. Related to this, this research will identify the presence and types of bacteria in barramundi cultured using a floating net cages (KJA) system. This study was designed using a sampling method by taking fish at KJA and then growing and identifying bacteria from the digestive tract of Asian seabass. The data obtained was then analyzed and described according to the group of bacteria. This study found three types of bacteria: Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus arlette, and Staphylococcus haemolyticus. Abstract

ABSTRAKUsaha pengasapan ikan tongkol (Euthynnus affinis) di Pulau Dullah Selatan Kota Tual belum berkelanjutan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat formulasi strategi keberlanjutan usaha dimaksud berdasarkan dimensi-dimensinya. Formulasi strategi dilakukan melalui analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) dengan didahului analisis keberlanjutan menggunakan modifikasi Rapid Appraisal for Fisheries (RAPFISH mod) dengan 5 dimensi dan 20 atribut setiap dimensi. Responden berjumlah 33 orang yang berasal dari pelaku usaha, peneliti dan akademisi, staf Dinas Perikanan Kota Tual dan penyuluh perikanan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Berdasarkan nilai indeks keberlanjutan, diperoleh bahwa status keberlanjutannya memang masih belum baik, 4 dimensi (57,17 untuk lingkungan; 52,89 untuk ekonomi; 54,29 untuk sosial; 55,13 untuk teknologi) dalam kategori cukup, dan 1 dimensi (44,89 untuk kelembagaan) dan 49,95 secara multidimensi masuk dalam kategori kurang. Semua atribut dimensi, berdasarkan kriterianya, menjadi faktor-faktor SWOT yang dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan Internal Factor Analysis Summary dan Eksternal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS dan EFAS). Hasilnya, kegiatan usaha berada pada Kuadran II, sehingga strategi besarnya diversifikasi, yang dalam hal ini diartikan sebagai perubahan atau perluasan upaya. Formulasi strategi kemudian dilakukan melalui matriks SWOT, dan dihasilkan perubahan atau perluasan upaya pada perizinan, sarana penyimpanan, sarana pengasapan, dan pemasaran.Kata Kunci: Ikan Asap, Ikan Tongkol, RAPFISH, Strategi Keberlanjutan Usaha, SWOTABSTRACTThe business of the smoked mackerel tuna (Euthynnus affinis) on Dullah Island South of Tual City is not yet sustainable. This research aims to formulate a business sustainability strategy based on its dimensions. Strategy formulation is carried out through Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis, preceded by sustainability analysis by modification of the Rapid Appraisal for Fisheries (RAPFISH mod) with 5 dimensions and 20 attributes for each dimension. Respondents totaled 33 people from business actors, researchers and academics, Tual City Fisheries Service staff and fisheries extension servicers who were selected using purposive sampling. Based on the sustainability index values, it was found that the sustainability status is still not good, 4 dimensions (57.17 for environmental; 52.89 for economic; 54.29 for social; 55.13 for technology) are in the sufficient/enough category, and 1 dimension (44.89 for institutional) and 49.95 multidimensionally falls into the poor category. All dimensional attributes, based on the criteria, become SWOT factors which are analyzed further by Internal and External Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS and EFAS). As a result, business activities are in Quadrant II, so the grand strategy is diversification, which in this case is defined as changing or expanding efforts. Strategy formulation is then carried out through the SWOT matrix.
