Saintara bertujuan untuk menghimpun artikel ilmiah dengan ruang lingkup keilmuan nautika, permesinan kapal, pengelolaan pelabuhan, ekonomi maritim, MIPA maritim, hukum maritim, pendidikan maritim, maritime english dan ilmu-ilmu ilmiah lain yang berkaitan dengan kemaritiman.

Abstract

Ship propellers are very important because in general ships moving in the medium of water with a certain speed, it will experience a drag (resistance) that isopposite to the direction of motion of the ship. The amount of drag that occurs must be able to be overcome by the thrust of the ship (thrust) resulting from thework of the ship's propulsion. Other causes of bale blast wear: Breaking of propeller shaft seal, Propeller shaft lubricating oil circulation is not smooth,Unbalanced propeller shaft, so to prevent damage is needed periodic maintenance and repair so that the propeller shaft can work optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Cilacap, dengan judul: “Pengaruh Komitmen dan Kepuasan Kerjaterhadap Kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasaan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metodepenelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Cilacap yang berjumlah 60 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa:Komitmen berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Artinya semakin baik komitmen pegawai terhadap organisasi semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Artinya semakin baik kepuasan kerja semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Cilacap, komitmen mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun kinerja karyawan, dengan demikian perlu ditingkatkan kepuasan kerja sehingga kinerja karyawan meningkat. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi perlu dipertahankan karena terbukti mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Ksyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Cilacap.Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, obyek hendaknya bukan hanya satu instansi, namun bisa meliputi beberapa instasi, agar diperoleh hasil yang dapat diterapkanoleh berbagai instansi atau perusahaan.

Abstract

Ports have a good performance using assessments using dwelling time, the performance of the port is expressed well when the container is mean – average stay seven days.The value of the indicator is obtained through secondary data generated by NPCT1 2017. Performance analysis is conducted in accordance with UNCTAD Management Series 2016. From the results of the analysis, the conclusion that NPCT1 performance is good which is between 3 to 4 days and in the future government sets only 2 to 1 day.

Abstract

The existence of the port is of high concern at the moment, in an effort to boost the competitiveness of regional and national economies. Indicator of a port is said to be good or growing is through the high economic activity of the port.The method used in this research is qualitative description, and analysis of decision making. The results of the study show that the economic policy of the Tanjung Intan port in Cilacap needs to be continuously improved to support the economic growth of Cilacap Regency.The way to do this is through regional economic development in the port area, by developing the agriculture, fisheries and industrial sectors. Other policies are to strengthen port logistics network connectivity to the whole area of Cilacap Regency by improving the quality of the connecting infrastructure, and by building terminals or warehouses for adequate goods.

Abstract

The objective to be achieved in this paper is to analyze the presence or absence of the influence of rainfall on the flow of ship visits at the Port of Tanjung Intan Cilacap. The method in this research is a combination of survey and literature study. In this study the authors took the location in the waters of Cilacap. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Cilacap Regency. The sample data used is statistical data within a period of 5 years, namely from 2013 to 2017. The results of the study indicate that rainfall is not proportional to the flow of ship visits to the Port. This happened in 5 periods, namely from 2013 to 2017. The number of ship visit flows were not significantly affected by rainfall, possibly being influenced by several other factors that were more significant related to the weather and climate contained in the area. The conclusion of this study is that rainfall does not significantly influence the flow of ship visits at the Port of Tanjung Intan Cilacap.
