Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between gratitude and work engagement on employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch. The study used a quantitative approach based on primary data (through a questionnaire) with a total sample of 42 employees of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Jantho Branch with saturation sampling technique. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation test. The results showed that the relationship between the variables of gratitude and work engagement showed a positive and strong direction as seen from the correlation value of r 0.762 and there was a significant relationship between gratitude and work attachment to employees, with a significance value of p 0.00 < 0.01, the higher the gratitude possessed employees the higher their work engagement will be. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the application of the halal value chain chain ecosystem to the Medan Marelan MSME actors and to analyze the value chain in generating added value for the Medan Marelan MSME actors. This research was obtained on the assumption that the halal ecosystem chain can produce a value chain. This research method uses qualitative research, with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used in this research are literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis in this study used qualitative analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The data validity technique uses the triangulation method. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it is concluded that many MSME actors know about what and how the halal ecosystem is so that MSME actors in the Medan Marelan area have run the halal ecosystem well. And there are still few MSME actors who know the value chain so that a well-run halal ecosystem does not produce added value for MSME actors. This study states that the halal ecosystem can produce a value chain but it is unfortunate that many MSME actors do not know what and how the value chain is. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on financial performance in the region medan BSI. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire which is in the from of a data collection technique which is carried out by providing questions ang written statements to respondents to be answered. The population in this study was all employees in the BSI Medan Region. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique (total sampling) with a total of 17 employees. The conclusion of the financial inclusion research affects financial performance, financial literacy affects finances, simultaneously financial literacy ang financial inclusion affects financial performance in BSI Medan Region. Abstract

Mobile banking services answer all the needs of customers in digital transactions, but also have problems with the lack of service features offered, so that they are not in line with customer expectations. The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of mobile banking service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Aceh Syariah in Kuta Alam District. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that the quality of mobile banking services had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, based on the coefficient of determination (R2) test, it was obtained at 0.400 which means that the variable (X) of service quality can partially explain the relationship with the customer satisfaction variable (Y) by 40% and the remaining 60%. , explained by other variables not explained in this study. Abstract

The existence of Mobile Banking has a positive impact on the user because it drives transactions easier. This study aimed to specify the effect of feature availability and risk perception on customers' wishes to use Mobile Banking at BSI KCP Ulee Kareng. This study utilizes a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique in the form of distributing 65 questionnaires to the BSI KCP Ulee Kareng customers and utilizing multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that the availability of features partially has an effect, while the other, risk perception, does not affect customers' wishes. However, the availability of features and risk perceptions simultaneously affect customers' wishes to use Mobile Banking. Abstract

Keputusan nasabah mengambil pembiayaan tentunya diawali dengan kesadaran dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan prosedur pembiayaan terhadap keputusan nasabah mengambil pembiayaan konsumtif multiguna pada Bank Aceh Capem Kampung Aie. Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS. Teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling jenis simple random sampling diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 nasabah. Hasil penelitian secara parsial hanya lokasi yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah, sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan prosedur pembiayaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam mengambil pembiyaan. Namun secara simultan seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat.

Abstract

The smooth operation of the loans released cannot be guaranteed since under certain circumstances, whether intentionally or inadvertently, the debtor breaks his word, making it difficult for Bank BRI Salobulo Kota Palopo to accept the return of the loans that have been given. This study aims to determine the strategy carried out by BRI Salobulo Unit in dealing with KUR Micro credit defaults and the causes and solutions for the handling strategy. The type of research used is qualitative research through interactive data analysis that produces descriptive data, in the form of a fact with the right interpretation to obtain a systematic, factual and accurate picture or painting of facts, characteristics, and the relationship between the phenomenon under study. The results showed that the default on Micro KUR Loans at the BRI Salobulo Bank, Palopo City occurred because the debtor was late in paying his credit bill when it was due. The strategy for handling default loans is adopted by Bank BRI Salobulo Unit through a risk mitigation strategy (preventive) by analyzing customer eligibility with the 5C principle. The rescue strategy (repressive) is carried out by restructuring credit, which is re-launched with the 3R technique (Rescheduling, Reconditioning, Restructuring). If the customer is not cooperative, then the handling is through a settlement strategy (aggressive) by litigation and by selling under the hands. After mapping the SWOT matrix, several strategies are appropriate, and the strategy focuses on the ST strategy.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data PBS, ITB Indonesia mengalami fluktuasi yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Disamping itu, pemasaran konvensional tidak memiliki batasan atau pedoman dalam menjalani kegiatan perekonomian. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan banyak permasalahan. Dengan demikian integrasi bauran pemasaran yang Islami dapat menjadi alternatif dalam memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Permasalahannya adalah bauran pemasaran islam hanya sekedar teoritis dan belum ada bukti empiris. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bauran pemasaran Islam terhadap loyalitas konsumen, dengan objek penelitian di Ummilovely. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan PLS-SEM dengan varibel dependen (bauran pemasaran Islam 4p), dan variabel independen (kepuasan dan loyalitas). Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan kuesioner sebagai data primer, dengan sempel sebanyak 60 responden. Dari hasil pengujian, didapat pemasaran Islam memiliki pengaruh yang postif terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Akan tetapi, hanya bauran tempat, dan kepuasan yang memiliki relevansi secara segnifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Dengan ini, peneliti berharap penelitian ini menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produk yang ada dengan memperbanyak variasi produk, dengan harga yang sesuai. Selain itu, dalam hal promosi disarankan kepada perusahaan untuk lebih gencar lagi dalam mempromosikan produk yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Goal: This study aims to determine whether perceptions of usefulness, perceived convenience, perceptions of security, Islamic financial literacy simultaneously affect the interest in using the LinkAja Syariah Service e-wallet payment system. Method: In this study, researchers used a descriptive quantitative approach with sampling techniques, namely non-probability sampling by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents in the Jabodetabek area. This research method is multiple linear regression analysis with an error rate of 5%. Fact/Findings: The results found in this study are (1) the perception of convenience does not affect the interest in using LinkAja Syariah Services. (2) the perception of usefulness has a positive and significant effect on interest in using LinkAja Syariah Services. (3) the perception of security does not affect the interest in using the LinkAja Syariah Service. Abstract

This study aims to qualitatively analyze and find out the financial reports presented by mosques based on the perspective of Sharia accounting and fraud prevention. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data was obtained from the mosque's financial reports. The results of this study indicate that DSAK IAI (Financial Accounting Standards Board of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants) as a professional organization of accountants in Indonesia issued ISAK 35 to strengthen aspects of recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure so that the financial statements of mosques presented based on ISAK 35 include statements of financial position, comprehensive income statements, cash flow statements, reports on changes in net assets, and notes on financial statements in order to create financial reports that are easy to understand, have relevance and have high comparability to strengthen aspects of accountability and transparency in order to minimize the occurrence of fraudulent practices.
