Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of the marketing mix on patient decision for treatment to the Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. This research is quantitative descriptive research that use primary data. The research was conducted at Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and direct interviews. The number of samples was 175 respondents. The variables used in the Marketing Mix are product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. Data processing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25. The results of the research show that the product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence simultaneously influence patient decision for treatment. Partially, the product variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The price variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The promotion variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The place quality variable has no significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The process quality variable has a significant effect on the patient decision to seek treatment. The people variable has a significant effect on patient decision for treatment. The physical evidence variable has a significant effect on the patient decision for treatment. The people variable is the most dominant variable in influencing the patient decision for treatment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain (1) The effect of emotional fatigue on employee deviant behavior, (2) The effect of work stress on employee laying behavior, (3) The role of work stress in moderating the effect of emotional fatigue on employee behavior. The study was conducted at the Comissão da Função Pública (CFP) secretariat office. This study uses quantitative research methods, data collection using questionnaire instruments, and data analysis using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) using 110 respondents. The results of this study concluded that emotional fatigue had a positive effect on employee deviant behavior. However the work stress variable in this study has a positive influence in moderating the relationship of emotional fatigue to employee deviant behavior.

Abstract

Role and Organization The National Parliament of Timor-Leste is a sovereign body which is constitutionally established "representing all citizens of Timor-Leste, with legislative, supervisory and political decision-making powers" (Article 92 of the RDTL Constitution). The powers and competences of the National Parliament, its relationship with other sovereign organs and the state, respects the principle of separation and interdependence of powers, and the rights and duties of the Deputy are provided for in three fundamental diplomas: the Constitution of the Republic. Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, Rules of Procedure of the National Parliament and Statutes of Deputies. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of distributive, procedural and interactional justice on job satisfaction of the employees of the Timor-Leste National Parliament. This research is a quantitative research. The data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sample used in this study were 85 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, that is, all of the population was used as a sample. As for the level of explanation (level of clarity) this researcher uses an associative problem formulation. The data collection method uses a questionnaire (questionnaire) and the data analysis techniques used in this study are the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research conducted indicate that the composite reliability values ​​of the three variables that make up the research model are all above 0.70. This means that all the reflexive indicators that make up the research model are reliable.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research with a case study approach to the use of technology in the internal audit department of a retail company during the pandemic. The samples used were all internal auditors of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Branch Jember. The data analysis used was the focus group discussion (FGD) method and literature study. Research results related to audit activities during a pandemic from the point of view of technology utilization have been implemented in five (5) sectors. Sector planning, documents, field audits, confirmation and reporting. In general, the use of technology in carrying out internal audits during a pandemic has been well adapted.

Abstract

The banking industry is currently growing rapidly by utilizing and optimizing management information and technology in the form of e-banking as an efficient means of a satisfying customer. Online-based services at banks are more efficient services to help customers. Technological advances have been used to attract customer for bank transactions. Therefore, customer satisfaction is a priority in banking activities. Customer satisfaction is an important factor in maintaining a competitive advantage in the era of technological development. This research is a form of replication that use the subject of bank customer of e-banking user in Jember city. The aim of the research is to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction of e-banking users. The role of cloud service, security banking system, e-learning and service quality are four factors that can drive customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample use in this research amunted 125 respondents. This research find that cloud service, e-learning and service quality significantly affect on customer satisfaction, on the other hand security banking system has no effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, brand image, E WoM and WoM on purchasing decisions for Oriflame products. Case studies at SPO Amalia Kartika Putri Situbondo.This type of research is included in the type of quantitative research.The sample used was 40 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis.the influence of WoM on Purchase Decision shows that there is a positive and significant influence. Purchases show no negative and significant influence. the effect of Price on Purchase Decision shows that there is a positive and significant influence; Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions shows a positive and significant influence; E-WOM on Purchase Decision shows a positive and significant influence; the influence of WOM on Purchase Decision shows that there is a positive and significant influence. the influence of Product Quality, Price, Brand Image, E-WOM, and WOM shows that there is a positive and significant influence.
