Abstract

Brand image and price also become a determining factor for someone in making a purchasing decision. Brand image is a number of images, impressions, and beliefs that a person has towards an object. If a product already has an appropriate price, and a brand image has been formed in the eyes of the public, then the company does not need to hesitate in providing a price above the average because it is likely that consumers will still buy it. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on purchasing decisions for iPhone smartphone products. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression by testing the hypothesis using SPSS 25. The results of multiple linear regression calculations, Y = 1.507 + 0.458X1 + 0.492X2 + e, explain that the independent variables brand image and price have a positive effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination show that brand image and price variables influence purchasing decisions by 53,6% and the rest are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mediation of return on assets on funding decisions, investment decisions, and dividend policies in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of approach in this research is associative quantitative with data collection using documentation studies and secondary data in the form of annual reports published by the company on the IDX's official website, www.idx.co.id. The research population is all manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 27 companies with the year of observation starting from 2017-2021 (5 years) so that 135 samples were obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study used path analysis with the SPSS v.26     program.The results of this study indicate that funding decision (DER), investment decision (TAG), dividend policy (DPR) and return on assets affect firm value (PBV). Funding decisions (DER), investment decisions (TAG) and dividend policy (DPR) affect return on assets. Return on assets mediates the effect of funding decisions (DER), investment decisions (TAG) and dividend policy (DPR) on firm value (PBV).

Abstract

Delivery or logistics services are one of the business fields that is currently growing. Its development cannot be separated from the rise of online shopping trends. Paxel is a technology-based long-distance delivery service company. Today's consumers have many choices to use delivery or logistics services in their purchase transactions. Various factors can drive consumer buying interest to use delivery services. This study aims to prove the effect of price and advertising attractiveness on consumer buying interest in using Paxel shipping services in Surabaya. The research population is all users of Paxel logistics services in Surabaya. Based on the simple random sampling technique, a sample of 100 people was taken. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The conclusion from this study is that price influences consumer buying interest. Advertising attractiveness affects consumer buying interest. Price and advertising simultaneously influence consumer buying interest. The suggestion from this research is that Paxel shipping companies should continue to monitor the prices offered by competitors in the shipping industry and adjust the prices offered to remain competitive. Paxel shipping companies should provide promotional offers or special discounts to loyal customers or new customers, this can help increase buying interest and strengthen customer loyalty.

Abstract

Bantuan Pendidikan sangat perlu menjadi perhatian karena saat ini mayoritas mahasiswa yang berpotensi dan memiliki kemampuan akan tetapi terkendala dari segi keuangan sehingga hal ini perlu ditanggapi dengan serius oleh pemerintah, saat ini pemerintah melalui kementerian Pendidikan telah berusaha memberikan bantuan dana berupa beasiswa diantaranya adalah beasiswa peningkatan prestasi akademik. Saat ini untuk mendapatkan beasiswa setiap universitas tentunya mendapatkan kuota yang terbatas hal ini dilakukan guna untuk memberikan pemerataan bantuan Pendidikan, dikarenakan perbedaan yang besar antara kuota yang didapatkan dengan mahasiswa yang membutuhkan bantuan sehingga perlu diberikan seleksi kelayakan mahasiswa yang berhak mendapatkan beasiswa. Penelitian ini mengambil data sampel dari daftar beasiswa semester genap 2023 dilingkungan Universitas Negeri Manado khususnya di Program Studi Teknik Informatika, kemudian dilakukan normalisasi data untuk dapat digunakan pada metode SAW dan PSI, setelah dilakukan normalisasi selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan metode SAW dan PSI, setelah didapatkan hasil prediksi dari kedua metode maka selanjutnya akan diuji tingkat akurasi menggunakan metode confusion matrik maka didapatkan hasilnya bahwa metode SAW memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 98,13% dan kemudian tingkat akurasi PSI sebesar 97,24% berdasarkan hasil akurasi prediksi maka SAW memiliki tingkat akurasi lebih tinggi disbanding PSI.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of halal labels and material safety on purchasing decisions. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, amounting to 88 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire / questionnaire. Partial research results Material Safety has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously the Halal Label and Material Safety have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated F value > F table with a significant value of 0.000, it can be concluded that the halal label variable and material safety simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination can be explained that the level of influence (R Square) of the halal label variable and the material safety variable on the purchasing decision variable is 0.700. It can be concluded that the halal label variable and the ingredient safety variable have an influence of 70% on the purchasing decision variable while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Halal label, material safety, purchase decision

Abstract

The study's goal is to investigate the impact of salary, competition, and job enjoyment on workers' perceptions of job productivity. The sample size of this study is 21 workers from PT Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. The results of the partial testing of salary variables have a significant positive impact on job productivity. The competition has an influence on the job productivity of the employees. Partially, salary and competition have a significant positive impact on job productivity, but not on job enjoyment. Simultaneously, salary, competition, and job enjoyment have a significant influence on the employee's productivity.Keywords: salary, competition, job enjoyment, job productivity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and creativity on the success of Culinary Umkm in Medan Johor District. The method used in this study uses descriptive methods. Quantitative research method is a research method used to examine certain populations or samples. The population is also not just the amount that exists in the object or subject being studied, but includes all the characteristics or traits possessed by the subject or object. The population of this study is 40 SMEs Kec. Medan Johore. So the sample used in this research is all members of the population of 40 in UMKM in Medan Johor District. The time of the research to be carried out starts from December 2022 to February 2023. Based on the research results it can be seen from the influence of each variable simultaneously that the value of Fcount (5,356 )> Ftable (2.86) then this shows the characteristics of entrepreneurship and creativity have a significant effect on the success of culinary MSMEs in the Johor sub-district.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Stratindo Jaya Packaging Pekanbaru. work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2). While employee job satisfaction (Y). In this study the method used was quantitative descriptive analysis with the SPSS program. The population in this study was 58 people, with the sample technique used was non-probability with the type of accidental technique. From the results of the tests carried out, it shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect.
